Abstract

In accordance with the vision of "growing and developing into one of the best and committed companies in the telecommunications industry", and the mission of "becoming a partner for all stakeholders and providing the best solutions in the development of telecommunications in Indonesia.". No wonder this company developed rapidly at the beginning of its establishment, but in recent years has experienced a significant decline in performance. It is suspected that this temporary decrease in performance is caused by work stress and workload and a work environment that does not meet the proper requirements. These three independent variables will determine their influence on the performance of PT. Sakti Mobile Jakarta employees either partially or simultaneously using simple regression and multiple regression. Before the regression equation was determined, the validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests were carried out. The magnitude of the effect is done by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents who are employees of PT. Sakti Mobile Jakarta. The results obtained by the independent variables have a significant effect. either partially or simultaneously. The effect in percent (%) for work environment, work stress and workload (separately is 37.8%., 41.2%. and 20.1%). While the influence in % together is 44.8%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze product prices, service quality, and trust in the ability of the Jakarta Millennial community to shop online and shoppers during the Covid19 pandemic. This sample collector has 100 index statements with statement metrics that include variables that look at product prices, service quality, purchasing power and trust in satisfaction when shopping online during the Covid-19 pandemic at Shopee. Use a survey that asks the respondent 28 questions. Sampling by random sampling method using multiple linear regression method. The results show that fluctuations in product prices, service quality, and trust during the Covid19 pandemic simultaneously have a partial positive impact on the purchasing power and online shopping satisfaction of the Millennial community in Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of the research on the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance quality of the Bekasi City Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) distribution is to find out how much influence the organizational culture and motivation variables have on the quality of performance, using quantitative methods, statistical data testing is carried out after obtaining primary and secondary data. secondary from respondents consisting of employees of the Social Service and Beneficiary Families (KPM) by conducting interviews, field observations (field research) with the method of distributing questionnaires directly as many as 40 respondents, while the results of this study indicate that the organizational culture variable is positive and the motivational variable is positive. low negative, so it can be concluded that organizational culture and motivation variables have a significant positive influence on the quality of the distribution performance of BPNT Bekasi City.

Abstract

There seems to be something different from the results of Transparency International Indonesia (TII) including sextortion or sexual extortion in the Global Corruption Barometer Asia 2020. This is extortion in the form of violence or sexual harassment. Generally a form of abuse of power. Sextortion is different from the corruption we know in a legal context. In terms of regulations and institutions, the practice of sextortion or sextortion is a case that occurs quite a lot but is not yet known in corruption eradication institutions in Indonesia. Sextortion is a new area that opens everyone's eyes to the fact that corruption is not only about money. This study uses a qualitative approach to answer how the form of legal protection for victims of sextortion is rife lately in the educational environment. The conclusions of this study indicate that the form of legal protection for victims of sextortion in the educational environment is in the form of assistance, protection and recovery of victims by strengthening the legal aspect in the form of SOPs for Handling Sexual Violence in each educational institution as well as the installation of detection devices. The novelty of this research can be used for extensive interpretation of legal findings by judges to protect victims of sextortion. And the importance of education on strong self-protection awareness, boldly rejecting or saying no.

Abstract

A person's job satisfaction is related to the person's perspective on the experience felt when working, while loyalty is a person's desire to stay and give his best performance for the organization. Both are very important because they will be closely related to a person's work output to the organization where he works. This study reviews the factors that influence job satisfaction and loyalty to an organization. This research is in the form of a literature review, where all the discussions in it come from various printed and electronic sources from various library sources. The analyzed factors consist of Salary, Age, Distance of Residence, Training, Performance Allowance, Performance Appraisal, Career Development, and Length of Service. This article was prepared with the aim of designing a hypothesis of the influence between variables so that it can be used as a basis for studies for future research. The results of this study, namely: 1) All factors analyzed have a significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) All factors analyzed have a significant effect on Loyalty. Based on the results that have been obtained, it is important for an organization to be able to make the factors that have been researched as material for consideration in carrying out the management of an organization. Suggestions for further research to be more comprehensive is to add other factors such as Work Environment, Leadership and Motivation as factors that influence job satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This article reviews previous studies as theoretical reinforcement or the basis for further research. This article examines the optimization of productivity and sales of Pempek Palembang using the integer programming method. This study aims to determine the combination of production at Warung Pempek Serasan in order to create an effective and efficient pattern to create maximum profit. The results of this study are: 1) Production optimization using the integer programming method can be used to find the maximum production mix in order to get the best production results 2) Using the economic order quantity (EOQ) can be calculated maximum or minimum stock/inventory so that the stock of raw materials is not experiencing shortages or buildup; 3) Calculating the break even point (BEP) can be used as a reference for profit targets that must be obtained in the sale of a product.

Abstract

World Cancer Observation states that in Indonesia cervical cancer ranks second with a total of 9.2% of all cancer cases, which is cervical cancer which continues to increase in percentage every year due to the addition of new cases. It is important for the public to be aware of the symptoms that arise from cervical cancer. Lack of knowledge about cervical cancer from an early age increases the risk of death. This is because the patient knows cervical cancer when it is at an advanced stage. So it is important to know the symptoms of cervical cancer sufferers and their stage level in order to get the appropriate treatment. This study aims to create an expert system that can help the public know the classification of cervical cancer stages. The method used to develop an expert system is the Decision Tree method. One of the decision analysis techniques and classification methods in data mining. The classification process uses 200 records of cervical cancer patients with 12 symptoms as a reference. The Decision Tree method used has an accuracy value of 85.50%, recall 85.40%, and precision 86.74%. The expert system was developed using the flutter framework. The results of the study are in the form of an expert system mobile application that has been black box tested which is declared valid. This system can help the public know the diagnosis results from the symptoms experienced and the stage level accurately to apply the appropriate treatment.

Abstract

The implementation of the midterm exam, which is currently being conducted online in the midst of a hybrid makes the use self-regulated learning different from when the learning system and midterm exams are conducted offline on campus. The difference in the current system will certainly affect the self-regulated learning of students. From this, students will have different experiences when they will undergo self-regulated learning as preparation for the midterm exam. This experience will be explored more deeply in this study by using qualitative methods and phenomenological approaches that will describe more deeply what is experienced with 2 students as research informants while undergoing self-regulated learning midterm examonline. From the results of the study, it was found that there was use of study time, learning motivation, learning strategies and feelings of anxiety and difficulty from the experiences of the subjects when doing self-regulated learning in order to face the midterm exams.

Abstract

To investigate the performance of employees of PT. The dynamics of Airufindo Persada Jakarta used three independent variables of organizational atmosphere, work discipline and supervision by determining the indirect effect of organizational atmosphere and work discipline on employees of PT. Dynamics of Airufindo Persada. These two indirect effects can be determined by determining the direct effect of organizational atmosphere, work discipline and supervision on the work discipline of PT. The dynamics of Airufindo Persada and the direct influence of organizational atmosphere and work discipline partially on supervision. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research to determine the simple regression equation and multiple regression from 82 respondents employees of PT. Dynamics of Airufindo Persada Jakarta. The regression equation was determined after the research data were tested with validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The investigation of the positive and significant effect was carried out by determining the t-test (tcount>ttable) for simple regression and the F-test (Fcount>Ftable) for multiple regression. In this study, all direct and indirect effects were positive and significant. The influence of the independent variables of organizational atmosphere, work discipline and supervision in percent are 27.3%, 25.7% and 23.3%. This effect is true because all Fcount>Ftable (30.006, 27.715 and 24.332>3.57). The effect of organizational atmosphere and discipline partial employment of supervision in percent are 26.3% and 54.2%. This effect is true because all Fcount>Ftable (28,563 and 94,554 > 3.57).

Abstract

The aims of this study to conduct experimental study on student’ at Department of Communication Science, State University of Gorontalo regarding information that relate to police. Police have negative image in society’ perspective, especially on Generation Z. On Twitter, netizen criticize police with hashtag #1hari1oknum. The hashtag show news from several mass media about the nasty and cruel behavior from several police. In addition, the hashtag also an attempt by public to criticize the police on Twitter. The police institution also created Twitter account, @divhumas_polri to improve their image. This research analyzes the management of information of students who given information from @divhumas_polri account and news with the hashtag #1hari1oknum. This research use positivistic paradigm, quantitative approach, and questionnaire distribution. The amount of population was 120 students, who were divided into experimental and control groups. Furthermore, 60 students were further divided into three groups base on their academic years, 2021, 2020, and 2019. The results of this study showed that students did not have high trust towards police, especially students from experimental group who received treatment to read news with hashtag #1hari1oknum. The findings also show that students manage information through central route. They are considered critical in responding to information. As generation Z who depend on gadgets, students do not believe new information from @divhumas_polri and news with hashtag #1hari1oknum immediately. Students need supporting information from other sources, find out the information about account that spreads information, and pay attention to hashtags that used.
