Abstract

: This study aims to determine the effect of management technology and information systems on employee performance at dr. Masbullah Abdulmajid Hospital, Bekasi City. The method used in this study is a survey approach, this type of research is associative and the research used is explanatory ( explanatory research). The sampling technique used is a random sampling of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and cyclical assay. From the results of the study, there is a positive and significant influence between technology and management information systems on employee performance at dr. Masbullah Abdulmajid Hospital, Bekasi City t count 6,865> t table (1,661). Second, there is a positive and significant influence between technology and information management systems on employee performance at dr. Kasbullah Abdulmajid Hospital, Bekasi City where t count is 4,257> t table (1,661). Third, there is a positive and significant influence between technology and information management systems on the performance of employees at RSUD Dr. Chaasbullah Abdulmajid Bekasi City (48.325)> F table of 2.359. Together, technology and information systems manage the performance of employees at RSUD Dr. Chaasbullah Abdulmajid Bekasi City with a determination coefficient of 50.4%. And from the results of R2 (coefficient of determination) states that the variable technology and information systems management the performance of employees at RSUD Dr. Chaasbullah Abdulmajid Bekasi City which is 50.40%, while the remaining 49.60% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Inadequate public transportation, both in cities and villages, makes people prefer to use more efficient personal transportation. The increasing need and interest of the Indonesian people towards transportation which is fast, cheap and easy to use makes motorbikes preferred by the public to carry out daily activities. For this reason, it is a duty for the motorcycle industry to provide a variety of products and their choices to the public. This study intends to find out how much influence the brand image and quality of Honda Vario Matic products on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is quantitative, with an explanatory technique, this study applied a cross sectional research design. The research findings show that 1) the brand image of Honda Vario motorcycle is good and inherent in the minds of consumers, seen based on the results of the total calculation of each dimension of attributes, benefits, and overall evaluation. 2) product brand image and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. However, on the level and consistency dimensions, Honda must make improvements to the quality of its product.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly, and computers are equipment to facilitate human work at this time. At PT. Siantar Top, Tbk to get ISO 9001: 2015 certification, one of which is the document control system. But there are still many using archives manually so that it takes a long time in the search and has less effective and inefficient impact. This document is for large organizations / companies that have dozens of departments with constraints in the process which is very inconvenient for the part responsible for control documents. This application is built web-based with PHP as the programming language. The design of the model uses LRS and ERD and uses the waterfall method. So that this application helps in terms of managing and searching document data when needed does not take long. Computerized data storage makes it easier to store data stored neatly in the database and reduces risks associated with data loss and data damage.

Abstract

The company had main purpose to maximize profit and having ongoing efforts to a long period of time ) ( going concern .Working capital play significant roles because affect profitability for the company .Working capital component consisting of cash , securities , credit , and supplies .Liquidity is reflected in the ratio of smoothly also has an important role for the company and may affect profitability .The research was done to look at the level of the two , two credit profitability of companies in the food and drink that are listed at the indonesian stock exchange 2014-2016 years .This research is quantitative research .The data used in this research was secondary data such as financial statements . Abstract

Since the Corona Virus pandemic has disrupted almost all business industries from various sectors, and changed the behavior of the world community in all circles. Likewise, the impact of Covid-19 was most pronounced in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector which experienced problems with the low ability of MSME players to use technology TO market products, a decrease in sales turnover results, and problems in hampered distribution of goods. The solutions offered in this PM activity to solve the problems faced are prioritized in terms of increasing the sales ability of PKK Jamaah Masjid Ar-Royyan women as MSME business actors by going online, so that it is expected to increase sales turnover results and smoothen the distribution of goods. With the implementation of PM through training provided through zoom, it is hoped that the PKK women of Lubang Buaya Village, East Jakarta as MSME business actors can improve their ability to market their products online in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic so that their businesses can survive and get more advanced. Output targets in the form of articles in print or electronic mass media, activity videos, and increased knowledge of online marketing (go online). The method of implementation in this activity consists of the preparation stage, namely by conducting a survey at the location where community service activities will be carried out, the implementation stage, namely marketing training through go online in an effort to increase sales and distribution of goods as well as the monitoring and evaluation stage to find out how much increased ability you have. by partners

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. This research is a case study with a quantitative approach. NSData used in this study is primary data collected through a questionnaire using a saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique in this study is some linear analysis using statistical software products and service solutions (SPSS) 26. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership Style and work motivation have a partial effect of simultaneous influence on performance.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang dituntut setiap organisasi. Sistem rekrutmen dan lingkungan kerja merupakan hal yang berperan dalam pencapaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. HYUNDAI MOBIL INDONESIA (PT. HMI). Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Sejauh mana pengaruh sistem rekrutmen dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. HMI. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. HMI, sifat penelitian kausalitas kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dimana seluruh populasi karyawan PT. HMI dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan satuan pengukuran skala Likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. : Performance is one of the main factors demanded by each organization. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Excellent Service on customer satisfaction of Lottery Restaurant, Cibubur Branch, Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Sampling in this study was taken randomly totaling 100 customers. The method used to collect quantitative data. For the calculation concept there are instrument validity tests, reliability tests, population, samples, Likert scale, correlation coefficients, determination and regression equations. Indicators or questionnaire testing of calculations using SPSS 24 Based on the calculation of the regression equation obtained equation Y = 3,742 + 0,950X, which shows that in the absence of Excellent Service, the result of Customer Satisfaction is 3,742 and if X increases or decreases by 1 or if Prime Service increases or decreases by 1% it will increase or decrease customer satisfaction by 0.950%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian kepemimpinan transformatif dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajemen di kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bekasi dimasa pandemic Covid19, merupakan penelitian yang menggambarkan kondisi secara objektif dan proposional dalam masa kerja Work From Home (WFH) dan Work Form Office (WFO), dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dan memakai data primer serta skunder di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bekasi dengan 75 responden pegawai dan masyarakat, lalu data diolah menggunakan SPSS IBM Versi 25 analisis regresi berganda, adapun hasil menyatakan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan dari variable bebas yaitu kepemimpinan transformatif dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajemen, dapat simpulkan bahwa kinerja manajemen cukup baik dan perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan P dalam bidang pelayanan disegala bidang termasuk Kesehatan dan terus melakukan inovasi dan teknologi dan menciptakan birokrasi yang handal. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan transformatif, Komitmen organisasi, Kinerja manajemen. Abstract: Research on transformative leadership and organizational commitment to management performance in the Bekasi City Health Office during the Covid19 pandemic is a study that describes conditions objectively and proportionally during the work period of Work From Home (WFH) and Work Form Office (WFO), using descriptive research methods. quantitative, and using primary and secondary data at the Bekasi City Health Office with 75 employee and community respondents, then the data were processed using SPSS IBM Version 25 multiple regression analysis, while the results stated that there was a positive and significant relationship between the independent variables, namely transformative leadership and organizational commitment to Management performance, it can be concluded that management performance is quite good and needs to be improved to increase P in the field of services in all fields including Health and continue to innovate and technology and create a reliable bureaucracy. Keywords: Transformative leadership, Organizational commitment, Management performance.
