<![CDATA[During the Covid-19 Pandemic, there was a notable increase in the proportion of children experiencing stunted in Indramayu District. The lack of existing research on the linear communication model in relation to stunting and the promotion of social capital during the Covid-19 pandemic is a notable requires attention. This study is to conduct a qualitative study to examine the communication models of stunting and social capital within the specific setting of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indramayu. This is influenced by the linear communication model and the limited choices for engagement in improving and utilizing social capital. The communication strategy shows ineffective communication and coordination, both within the government and between officials and parents or caregivers of undernourished young children, as well as inadequate utilization of GESIT application data. Therefore, it is crucial to develop an intervention strategy that includes legal components, models and communication methods. A communication model needs to be developed to provide a two-way communication, encourage input from caregivers, convergence of stakeholders, and provide training in communication techniques for the staff involved. To sustain the foster parent program, it is essential to enable communication and ensure two-way access for all parties involved. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of social media and buying decisions as consumer loyalty to frozen food, Bekasi, the role of social media greatly influences consumers in deciding to buy a frozen food product, but how to build loyalty so that consumers remain interested and repeat purchases as a form of satisfaction of the frozen food so that producers will get high profits. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method and uses primary data in frozen food Bekasi by taking a sample of 50 respondents in September-November 2022 multiple linear regression analysis using panel data and distributing questionnaires and interviews, after which data is processed using SPSS Analysis Version 25. The results of the study show that social media variables and buying decisions as consumer loyalty at Forozen Food Bekasi have not been fully implemented properly, that social media variables and buying decisions influence the consumer loyalty variable and have a significant positive relationship, this can be seen in the increase the role of social media to further increase buying interest and be able to increase consumer loyalty to Bekasi frozen food so that entrepreneurs need to get more attention to get maximum profits in the city of Bekasi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explains the relationship between self-control and the tendency of social media addiction to Tiktok in students of SMAN X Tambun Selatan. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Self control and the tendency of social media addiction in students of SMAN X Tambun Selatan, with a total of 139 subjects using quantitative research methods. Subjects were determined using purposive sampling techniques based on predetermined characteristics and subject willingness. This study uses the Self control scale instrument from Averill and the Social Media Addiction Tendency scale from Griffiths. The correlation test in this study used the non-parametric correlational analysis method from Spearman with a correlation coefficient of 0.771 with a significance level of 0.000 which indicates that p> 0.05 which means there is a relationship between Self control and Social Media Addiction Tendencies. As for suggestions that can be given by researchers, namely entering into groups or outside communities so that addiction to social media does not occur.]]>

<![CDATA[Until now, ethnic Arabs in Indonesia continue to grow and try to maintain their group identity. One of the traditions practiced is to maintain the continuity of descendants by marrying among fellow Arabs. Ethnic Arabs in Indonesia still adhere to the rule of endogamous marriage, which means they marry within their own ethnic group. This custom has created a strong sense of community and prejudice against other groups. Ethnic Arabs in Indonesia use paternal lineage or patrilineal rules in marriage, so men have the freedom to marry women from the Arab group or women from outside the Arab group because lineage is determined by the father. Women have the opposite fate from men, for women who do not undergo marriage are threatened with punishment. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This research found that the practice of endogamous marriage among ethnic Arabs in Indonesia has significant impacts, especially for women. Although endogamous marriage is practiced to maintain the integrity of cultural and religious norms, this research shows that the practice has a negative impact on Arab women's health and well-being, as well as limiting their right to choose a life partner. In addition, endogamous marriages can also lead to stigmatization, discrimination and mental health issues for Arab women.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to; find out whether there is a significant positive effect between raw material inventory control on the production process, find out whether there is a significant positive effect between production process planning on the production process, find out whether there is a significant positive effect between raw material inventory control on business competitiveness, find out whether there is an influence significant positive relationship between production process planning and business competitiveness and to determine whether there is a significant positive effect between the production process and business competitiveness. The research method used in this study was a survey method using descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach involving 32 business actors in the Mangrove-Based culinary field in Muara Gembong Regency. The results of the study show that Raw Material Inventory Control has a significant effect on Business Competitiveness. In direct and indirect testing it is known that Raw Material Inventory Control has a direct and significant effect on the Competitiveness of Mangrove-Based Culinary Businesses in Muara Gembong Regency. While the Production Planning Process has a significant effect on Business Competitiveness. This means that the better the Production Planning Process will be able to improve the competitive positioning of Mangrove-Based culinary businesses in Muara Gembong Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[During the 2024 General Election, the Open Proportional Election system was challenged in the Constitutional Court by a number of politicians. When the judicial review took place, PDI Perjuangan, as the winning political party in the 2019 elections, expressed support for the Closed Proportional Election System. This support was conveyed through a number of news reports in the mass media. In this qualitative research, the framing carried out by Kompas.com reveals the reasons Why PDI Perjuangan supports a closed proportional system as well as the advantages of a closed proportional system and the rejection of a closed proportional election system is considered a form of defense of democracy. While mediaindonesia.com emphasizes the majority of rejection of the closed proportional electoral system, showing that this rejection is considered a common thing that then results in an agreement to reject the Closed Proportional Election system as a form of exemplary democracy. This research shows that media conglomeration affects the determination of news sources.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to validate the posttraumatic growth scale developed by Tedeschi and Calhout, known as the 21-item Tedeschi-Calhout (21-item PTG) for wife respondents who have had an affair. The scale validation method uses the Single Trial Administration approach which produces an estimate of internal consistency reliability using the Chronbach's Alpha method. The 21-item Tedeschi-Calhout (21-item PTG) validation sample used in this study consisted of 260 wives who were victims of infidelity. working. From the results of statistical analysis using SPSS software, it was found that all items on the 10-item CD-RISC scale were declared feasible. The reliability coefficient value was 0.829, so it can be concluded that the 21-item PTG scale is reliable and can be used for data collection.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to see the potential of optimizing the democratic policing approach in Papua in creating Papuan security stability that is inclusive, based on community involvement, and involved in fulfilling social demands. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method using interview data collection techniques. In the implementation of conflict policing in Papua, it can be a simulacra in transforming the style/model of policing to be more democratic which produces outputs in overcoming conflict in Papua. The democratic policing that is expected to be achieved in Papua also indicates fundamental changes in policing styles that require intervention at the macro, meso and micro levels in the implementation of policing in the context of conflict management in Papua.]]>

<![CDATA[Quality control for rejected/defective products at PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation must be improved to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation is a company operating in the cosmetics industry. One of the departments in the company, the semi-solid plant, faces challenges where there are a significant number of rejected/defective products, leading to a high reprocessing rate performed by employees to meet the company's specifications for net product weight. The research to be conducted will utilize the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method for quality control and process documentation. This will enable further improvement steps to be taken to maintain process quality. This research indicates significant improvements in quality control processes aimed at enhancing customer and consumer satisfaction while reducing lead time in the production process. This is demonstrated by a Cp value of 0.76 and a Cpk value of 0.55, which align with the company's specification standards.]]>

<![CDATA[Several campuses organize Independent Entrepreneurship, this is done to look for potential leaders and business innovators who can reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia, this is called intention. Intention is defined as something that exists within a person which refers to the desire to carry out certain behavior. Students who focus on pursuing entrepreneurship are faced with various challenges such as uncertainty, all kinds of risks and even failure. Developing this intention in students is what will influence the process of choosing a career as an entrepreneur. Students who run entrepreneurship tend to have a higher level of resilience. Of course, this requires high hardiness which will make individuals strong in their achievement of becoming an entrepreneur. This research took data from 118 individuals who used the internet and collected it by distributing the Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire (EIQ) questionnaire via social media. The data was analyzed and the results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between resilience and hardiness on entrepreneurial intentions. Every student who wants to start a new business must have an attitude of hardiness, especially strong commitment. The higher the level of hardiness, the lower the level of stress.]]>
