Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Kerinci Regency Education Office Staff. The number of samples in this study were 68 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained by the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on work commitment. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on work commitment. c) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational justice on work commitments. The results of the study simultaneously showed that work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on work commitment. work and organizational justice on the Work commitment dependent variable of 0,700 or 70.0%. While the remaining 30.0% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen opini alumni menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM). Analisis sentimen opini alumni merupakan faktor penting dalam evaluasi kualitas institusi pendidikan. Metode SVM digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan opini dengan tingkat keakuratan yang tinggi, dengan menggunakan TF-IDF untuk pembobotan dan vektorisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 0.873, dengan nilai precision, recall, dan F1-Score berturut-turut sebesar 0.877, 0.803, dan 0.823. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa SVM dapat menjadi pilihan yang efektif dalam analisis sentimen opini alumni. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan penting bagi institusi pendidikan untuk memahami dan meningkatkan kepuasan alumni, serta mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek yang perlu diperbaiki. Dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan, hasil analisis sentimen opini alumni dapat memengaruhi strategi dan pengembangan program pendidikan. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mempertimbangkan perluasan sampel dan eksplorasi teknik pemrosesan bahasa alami lainnya untuk meningkatkan performa analisis sentimen opini alumni.

Abstract

Media sosial sebagai alat komunikasi global telah membawa dampak positif namun juga muncul sisi gelapnya, seperti peningkatan kasus cyberbullying. Penelitian ini mengajukan pendekatan melalui analisis sentimen, dengan penekanan pada teknik vektorisasi. Pendekatan ini menggabungkan tiga teknik vektorisasi utama, yaitu LSTM, Word2Vec, dan TF-IDF, dengan tiga model klasifikasi utama: Random Forest, Naive Bayes, dan Gradient Boosting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LSTM dalam kaitannya dengan algoritma Random Forest memunculkan akurasi tertinggi, mencapai 92.5%, dengan kemampuan mengenali pola sentimen yang kompleks. Sementara Naive Bayes memiliki akurasi yang lebih rendah, Word2Vec memberikan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengenalan pola sentimen pada algoritma ini. Penggunaan Word2Vec juga menghasilkan hasil yang konsisten pada algoritma Gradient Boosting dengan akurasi sekitar 86%, menegaskan kemampuannya dalam mengidentifikasi relasi kata dalam analisis sentimen terkait cyberbullying. Di sisi lain, teknik vektorisasi TF-IDF memberikan hasil yang mengesankan, mencapai akurasi tertinggi 96.25% pada algoritma Random Forest, dengan kemampuan mengenali kata-kata kunci yang mempengaruhi sentimen. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa berbagai metode vektorisasi memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam analisis sentimen terhadap komentar Instagram, terutama dalam konteks deteksi cyberbullying. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan metode vektorisasi yang sesuai sangat penting dalam mengembangkan algoritma analisis sentimen yang efektif.

Abstract

Informasi tempat tinggal merupakan hal yang sangat sering dicari bagi para perantau. Namun permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah perantau sulit mencari informasi rumah kos secara detail, serta memerlukan waktu dan tenaga. Maidekost hadir dengan menyediakan platform guna menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Maidekost merupakan platform untuk mencari dan mengelola kos-kosan. Dari awal tahun 2022, Maidekost masih dalam proses pengembangan, namun proses bisnisnya telah berjalan tanpa penggunaan website. Website yang tersedia belum digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap pihak Maidekost, website tersebut belum pernah diuji kepada target user dan mereka beranggapan bahwa pengujian ke user adalah hal yang perlu dilakukan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakjukan evaluasi dengan paket kuesioner USE yang menilai dari aspek usefulness (kegunaan), satisfaction (kepuasan), ease of use (kemudahan pemggunaan), dan ease of learning (kemudahan untuk dipelajari). Selain itu dilakukan wawancara ke target user yang meliputi mahasiswa, pekerja, dan pemiliki atau pengelola kos dengan total 15 responden. Dari evaluasi USE Questionnaire didapatkan rata-rata usability untuk usefulness 3,76, satisfaction 3,79, dan ease of use 4,18 dengan predikat usability yang tinggi. Sedangkan untuk aspek ease of learning sebesar 4,27 yang berarti predikat usability sangat tinggi. Dari hasil tersebut didapatkan presentase usability keseluruhan sebesar 79,96%, yang bermakna website Maidekost layak untuk digunakan. Meskipun hasil evaluasi tersebut baik, Namun berdasarkan komentar responden ketika wawancara berlangsung, website tersebut masih perlu diperbaiki khususnya dalam hal kelengkapan infromasi yang dapat mempengaruhi pencari kos dalam menentukan pilihan.

Abstract

Sebagai upaya menghadapi tatanan baru perkembangan teknologi informasi dan dampak pandemic Covid19 yang cukup hebat pada sektor pariwisata khususnya yang berfokus pada Agrowisata, diperlukan pengembangan pengelolaan dengan memperhatikan kondisi di era modern ini. Penelitian ini berangkat dari kurangnya efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan hasil tanam pada Bagus Agrowisata di Pelaga Petang Badung, sehingga dibangun sebuah sistem informasi penjualan yang bisa mengakomodasi aktivitas ekonomi jual beli hasil tanam tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur serta menggunakan database MySql Server dan XAMPP. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah berhasil dibangun sebuah sistem informasi penjualan dengan sasaran mengguna admin, owner dan customer serta terdapat menu data transaksi, laporan transaksi, pemesanan produk dan print struck. Kebermanafatan yang dirasakan oleh Bagus Agrowisata juga tertuang pada pengujian sistem menggunakan blackbox testing dengan hasil semua sistem berjalan sesuai fungsionalitasnya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design and build a Software Defined Radio (SDR) based ground station for communication with low earth orbit (LEO) satellites at 437 MHz. This ground station is designed to overcome the challenges of high cost and hardware complexity in conventional satellite communications. Methods used include system development using two Yagi antennas as transmitters and receivers, and the use of Raspberry Pi and RTL-SDR for signal processing. Tests were conducted at Telkom University, Bandung, with results demonstrating the ground station's ability to effectively track and receive signals from multiple LEO satellites. The test results show that the system can operate well in the UHF frequency range, with stable signal reception despite some minor interference. The study concludes that the use of SDR can increase the flexibility and efficiency of satellite communications, and provides recommendations for further hardware and software improvements to improve satellite tracking accuracy.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of wireless communication systems, particularly in WiFi networks, underscores the need for efficient and high-performing antennas. This paper addresses this requirement by presenting the design and simulation of a dual-band rectangular microstrip antenna tailored for wireless local area network (WLAN) applications. The proposed antenna features a rectangular patch with two pairs of slots positioned on opposite edges, fed by a microstrip line. These slots are strategically designed to produce two distinct resonant frequencies at 5 GHz and 6 GHz The design methodology incorporates standard equations for rectangular patch and microstrip antennas to determine the optimal patch size, feedline position, and slot dimensions. Following this, a 3D modeling software is utilized for simulation. This tool enables detailed electromagnetic analysis and provides a range of param eters and plots, including return loss, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), input impedance, current distribution, radiation pattern, and gain, facilitating a thorough evaluation of the antenna’s performance. The anticipated results suggest that the antenna will achieve a VSWR of less than 2, with peak gains of 2 dBi at both 5 GHz and 6 GHz. The proposed antenna is expected to be well-suited for dual-band WLAN applications, offering advantages such as a compact size, simple structure, and low cost, thereby meeting the growing demands of modern wireless communication systems

Abstract

Indonesia's Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) results from 2000 to 2018 are worrisome because they are at the bottom of the international rankings. This result illustrates the low quality of education in Indonesia, which correlates with the qualifications of teachers. The quality of education will increase proportionally to the proportion of teachers who possess the necessary skills. Therefore, this study aims to train teachers to improve their professionalism in developing HOTs questions using the Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) approach. Design research-type development studies with two stages, preliminary and formative evaluation, are utilized. The results of the workshop revealed that the teacher's competency scores in developing HOTs questions increased by 45.70% (before the workshop), 77.14% (workshop 1), and 85.70% (workshop 2), respectively. It is evidenced by the teacher's ability to develop HOTs questions with the characteristics of questions investigating number content within the local context of selling duku fruits (langsat), which is a typical fruit of the East Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency and with a high degree of difficulty. This research also affects students in that it can stimulate their critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

In a world that continues to grow rapidly, technological developments present new challenges, especially in terms of signal detection and control. The presence of unauthorized foreign signals especially at radio frequencies poses a serious threat to the stability of communications, especially in the field of aviation, radio frequency signal interference can threaten and endanger communications. For example, effective communication between air traffic controllers and pilots is essential. However, overlapping frequencies and illegal radio signals can disrupt such communication and threaten flight safety. Software Defined Radio (SDR) technology is an appropriate solution to enable adaptive frequency adjustments and detect the direction of incoming signals more effectively using GNU Radio. In the test using RTL-SDR, 2 test methods were carried out with a frequency of 145.525 Mhz. Tests were carried out using a dipole antenna with 2 antenna tilt methods, namely 90 and 135 °. From the test results, the dipole antenna with a 135° tilt has better accuracy than the dipole antenna with a 90° tilt.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the sustainability and competitiveness of the Kerupuk Rambak Sapi Sapariyah business in the digital era through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The program consists of five main stages: resource identification (to know), problem identification (to understand), solution strategy planning (to plan), solution strategy implementation (to action), and evaluation (to reflection). The initial stages focus on identifying resources and core issues, such as unappealing branding, limited digital marketing capabilities, and production inefficiencies. Based on these findings, strategic solutions were designed, including creating a new logo and packaging, conducting digital marketing training, mentoring in social media management, developing marketing content, and providing essential production tools like stoves and oil-draining spinners to improve operational efficiency. These solutions were implemented in stages with active participation from the business owner to ensure effective collaboration. Evaluation was conducted based on performance indicators, such as improvements in product quality, operational efficiency, and market reach. The program's results demonstrate significant changes in the business's sustainability and competitiveness, highlighting the potential of PAR as an impactful and sustainable model for supporting small business development through community engagement.
