Abstract

Today the development of the internet is growing rapidly and has penetrated into several fields, including the field of education. Learning media also developed and gave rise to the Social Learning Network. Zoom meeting is an online learning media that combines several features of the Learning Management System and Social Network into a Social Learning Network specifically created for educational purposes. To obtain an effective learning process, teachers and students must have innovative and interesting learning media, this is what is experienced by the companion/teacher at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage Jalan Nilem. For this reason, researchers from the Social Welfare Study Program, FISIP Unpas, took the initiative to provide online tutoring for abandoned children at the Muhamadiyah Orphanage, Jalan Nilem, Bandung City. This activity was held in the study room of the Muhammadiyah orphanage. The participants of this training are all neglected children who are being cared for by the Muhammadiyah Orphanage on Jalan Nilem, Bandung City. The evaluation of this training is based on the understanding of the facilitators and trainees in each session. In addition, a questionnaire was also given to be filled out by participants to assess the quality of the training at the end of the session.

Abstract

The clean water crisis began to emerge recently in the city of Bandung, especially when the water supply did not meet the needs of the residents, resulting in turmoil. Not only users and the government, but also PDAM as a provider are in trouble. Itinerant traders are also experiencing difficulties because demand continues to soar, while water sources are limited. According to Geodesy Expert from the Bandung Institute of Technology, Heri Andreas, Bandung is already experiencing a clean water crisis and currently the condition is getting worse. Without the intervention of the Government and Regional Governments in managing access to clean water, it is certain that the fate of big cities will have the potential for social conflict due to access to clean water.Springs as one of the shared water sources require management that includes mutual understanding and rules, service management and continuous maintenance. Increasing the Capacity of Kopasti to Manage Clean Water from Springs in Pasirjati Village, Ujungberung District, Bandung City through socialization, training and facilitation is expected to provide solutions faced by partners, especially with regard to opening a common understanding of the need for conservation efforts, protection of springs and management of archive administration and facilitation of work facilities. .

Abstract

The existence of partners who will be selected by the implementing team are teachers who teach at STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (SDN) 206 Putraco Indah Bandung. Partners were chosen because they have not fully implemented the Bandung city government program, namely "Bandung Masagi Pillar of Love for the Environment" as an effort to reforest and organize the environment in every school in the city. The problem faced by partners is that there are no funds to carry out the program and the environmental arrangement is not yet complete, especially the back of the school, then teachers have difficulty finding methods to educate students because almost 75% of the students are Children with Special Needs to thoroughly instill knowledge about Environmental Education ( PLH). The students not only memorize theories, but also implement their knowledge in daily behavior and self character. So that the solution that will be carried out is by providing guidance on making preparation plans for environmental thematic learning then school greening practices which include improving hygiene facilities such as toilets, sinks, and empowering teacher-students in maintaining gardens, composters and waste banks as well as environmental stewardship that is representative. The training providers are a combination of experts from BPLH and PGSD UNPAS. The activities that will be carried out are providing training in making environmental thematic lesson plans, then carrying out school greening and cleaning school facilities. The results of monitoring can be scientific publications in ISSN journals/Proceedings and publications in print/online/repocitory mass media. From this assistance, it is hoped that the teacher's ability to develop PLH RPP for elementary school students will increase so that it is more attractive and becomes good behavior for aspects of environmental protection. In addition, teachers are expected to be able to make modules for learning PLH that are interesting and increase the attractiveness of the environment to students' daily lives. In addition to these two elementary schools, they also have problems with environmental hygiene and sanitation facilities that do not meet health standards. This PKM will provide solutions by improving cleaning facilities such as toilets, sinks, improving the environment, and empowering teachers and students in maintaining gardens, composters and waste banks. The activity of making lesson plans (RPP) for Elementary School (SD) teachers must be thematic. So that the arrangement of the school environment can create a beautiful, cool, clean, healthy atmosphere and can support the process of implementing KBM. A conducive school environment is needed in producing a comfortable learning process. A conducive school environment will contribute to the realization of a quality lifestyle which is currently very much needed in increasing educational productivity.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the central and regional governments have issued a series of policy packages in handling the disease outbreak. The current pandemic situation has become extraordinary due to several aspects. First, this situation has a long-lasting impact on the health, mental, economic and social conditions of the community. Second, the handling of COVID-19 will not be effective in alleviating the suffering of the affected community, especially for vulnerable individuals (children, elderly, and disabled) if without adequate implementation arrangements. Third, Indonesia has almost no experience in dealing with pandemic situations of this scale. The goal to be achieved in this community service activity is as a form of introducing and providing understanding to the public about policy studies in overcoming COVID-19 problems in vulnerable individuals. The service activity was carried out on Thursday, August 5, 2021 in Adi Rejo Village, East Lampung Regency. This activity took place in the form of socialization and discussion with the community and local village officials. The result of this activity is the achievement of goals and benefits in community service activities. Keywords: Public Policy, COVID-19 Pandemic, Vulnerable Individuals.

Abstract

Mekarsari Village is one of ten tourist villages in Bandung Regency, which has the potential to be developed into an eco-tourism village. However, this potential has not been maximized because village government governance to support the development of village potential is still inadequate. One of the crucial things in village governance is the legal umbrella in the form of village regulations that are aspirational and responsive to accommodate the interests of the community. Against the urgency of forming village regulations, it is necessary to conduct training activities on the preparation of village regulations that involve community participation. The activity aims to increase the capacity of village officials, village consultative bodies (BPD), and the community to draft village regulations. Based on the observations, the following problems can be identified; (1) The draft village regulations have not been stipulated in the Mekarsari Village Government Work Plan (RKP); (2) the capacity of relevant individuals in mastering the systematic preparation of the village regulations has not been maximized. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) through three stages of activities, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation activities. The whole activity ran smoothly, and the target audience enthusiastically participated in the activity, increasing the target's ability to make and draft village regulations.

Abstract

Kampung Giri Harja or known as Jelekong village is an art and painting village located in Jelekong Village, Bale Endah District, Bandung Regency. This village was founded by Asep Sunandar Sunarya. Previously, Jelekong Village could be said to be an unknown village, but when Abah Asep Sunandar lived in this village, everything changed. Jelekong village changed its name to Giri Harja Endah Village, then it was known as an art village located in southern Bandung. Because the village of Giri Harja Endah is known as the village of art and painting, many of people are engaged in the arts, especially in the field of wayang golek and in the field of painting. Many residents of Giri Harja Endah are puppeteers and painters and on every street in the village Giri Harja Endah many shops selling paintings and puppets. The problems that have been identified are discussed together by the PKM team (community activity program). In order to be able to provide the best solution, the problem is how the current content creators become qualified so they can help in improving digital media literacy. In this PKM activity, the team will carry out activities based on several methods. The expected output target in this activity is to attract digital media literacy with quality creative content. The approach method used to overcome the problems faced by partners is through socialization, training or counseling and consultation activities.
