Abstract

The aims of the research is to measurecorrelation between oxygen saturation, uric acid and creatinin level tomaternal outcomes of a woman with severe preeclampsia. The research is observational with cross sectionalcross design. The amount of samples is counted by using categorical correlative analysis uncoupled andthe sample taking is using total sampling technique which collected 135 women sample with severepreeclampsia in Wahidin Sudirohusodo General Hospital Makassar. The data is analyzed by using SPSS 21.The result of this research shows oxygen saturation (p=0.021) the uric acid has (p=0.006) association withcomplication on severe preeclampsia. Oxygen saturation (p=0.000) and uric acid (p=0.028) also has theassociation with the mortality on severe preeclampsia. Creatinine has no relation with the complication (p=0.56) and mortality (p=0.358) on severe preeclampsia. The logistic regression analysis shows that oxygensaturation (OR=5.443; p=0.016) and uric acid (OR=4.333; p=0.004)has the relation with the complicationon severe saturation. This research concludes that oxygen saturation and uric acid has relation with thecomplication and mortality on severe preeclampsia.

Implementation of schooling or lectures fromhome is currently only regulated in a Ministerial Circular so that it is only a suggestion. Therefore, in orderto be able to realize the protection and fulfillment of the right to education during Covid-19 pandemic, thegovernment should issue legislation that becomes a reference for education providers and for the communityso that their right to education is still granted under any circumstances.
