Abstract

The research focuses on the application of principal management in the implementation of the independent curriculum, studies at the bullying school of SD Negeri 01 Meulaboh, West Aceh. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The role of the school principal is to ensure that the implementation of the independent curriculum is in accordance with the indicators that have been prepared. Organizational techniques by functioning all lines, according to their respective tasks and portions. The principal ensures that his teachers implement the implementation of the independent curriculum, by completing teacher administration, implementing the independent curriculum in class, and implementing the P5 independent curriculum project. As well as carrying out the process of monitoring and evaluating the independent curriculum in stages, including; setting standards, implementing activities, analyzing deviations, and taking corrective action.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors related to user satisfaction of UNIKI campus library, by limiting it to CRM, TQM and service quality factors. Data sources were obtained through questionnaires to users, namely 275 students who use UPT Library services, using quantitative-associative methods and problem analysis tools with path analysis models. The results of the study obtained information that: (1) the implementation of CRM has a direct and indirect effect on user satisfaction of 35.32%, while the implementation of TQM is 51.57% and the service quality aspect is quite significant at 45.58%. (2) Simultaneously, the implementation of CRM, TQM and service quality provide a positive contribution to user satisfaction of 71,4%. (3) There is a causal relationship between the factors of CRM, TQM and service quality implementation with a moderate level.

Abstract

The study was conducted on 54 employees of the Bireuen Regency Social Service. To determine the influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Individual Characteristics on Organizational Commitment. Implementing quantitative and associative research, with path analysis using SMART-PLS. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. And Individual Characteristics Have a Positive and Significant Effect on Organizational Commitment. Leadership Has a Positive Relationship with Individual Characteristics, Leadership is Positively Related to Organizational Culture and Organizational Culture is Positively Related to Individual Characteristics. The influence of leadership, organizational culture, and individual characteristics simultaneously on organizational commitment is 77.3%.

Abstract

The need for employee training is part of human resource development, motivating employees, and impacting their performance. Furthermore, compensation is expected to significantly contribute to employee performance. This research on employee performance within the Bireuen Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) attempted to investigate this issue. To this end, an associative method with a quantitative approach was applied, and a path analysis model was used. The analysis showed: (1) Employee performance is directly and indirectly related to the implementation of employee training, amounting to 26.6%. Work motivation contributes 32.3% and compensation implementation contributes 9.6%. (2) The analysis also demonstrated that all three factors—training, motivation, and compensation—simultaneously contribute significantly to employee performance, amounting to 38.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of food security programs funded through village fund allocations in realizing food security at the rural level in Bireuen Regency. Using a qualitative approach that emphasizes observing the natural conditions of the objects, the research informants consisted of three main groups: the Village Head, Village Facilitators, and the community. The results showed that the food security program funded by village funds has a significant level of effectiveness. The program has been proven to contribute to reducing poverty in Bireuen Regency by providing access to more affordable and nutritious food for those in need. Furthermore, the assistance provided by village facilitators is not only limited to the distribution of food aid, but also directed at increasing community capacity in managing resources and utilizing available opportunities to achieve long-term sustainability. The community's response, which tends to be positive, is an indicator that the food security program through village funds provides real benefits in improving the quality of life of the people of Bireuen Regency
