Abstract

The concept of human resource management (HR) emerged in the mid-1980s. The overall goal of HRM is to improve human resources so that success can be achieved in the organization. The HRM system can be a benchmark for an organization's ability to develop and obtain new opportunities. This research was conducted using qualitative research. collect, analyze, and compile sources organization from articles, books, reports, and other research. The research approach used will help provide an overview of Human Resource Management and help analyze problems in Human Resource Management. Where the role is to organize, manage based on the vision and mission so that the organization's goals can be achieved optimally. The main goal of human resource management is to ensure access to a ready workforce for an organization. HRM functions to meet the basic needs of management and staff. The importance of HR in a company to achieve organizational goals. Human Resources and Human Resource Management have a very important role in the success of a company by focusing on managing, developing and empowering human resources to achieve organizational goals. Related theories help in understanding and implementing best practices in human resource management in the work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of organizational climate and the influence of self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction. (2) analyze the influence of organizational climate through job satisfaction on employee performance. (3) the influence of self-efficacy through job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of the research is employees of Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) Bireuen Branch. Through associative research with a path analysis approach. The research results show: Organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office with a percentage of 15%. This means that organizational climate has a contribution of 15% in increasing employee job satisfaction, while self-efficacy has a contribution of 6.8% in increasing employee job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the performance of employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office and contributes 44.7% in improving employee performance, while self-efficacy has a contribution of 24.9%. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of Bank Aceh Syariah employees at the Bireuen Branch Office and has a direct influence of 21.7%. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of organizational climate on employee performance and self-efficacy on employee performance at Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the transformational leadership of the school principal and the teacher's personality on student motivation and its implications for student achievement. Research on students of SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan, Bireuen Regency. Using associative quantitative methods with path analysis tools. The results of the study prove: 1) There is a causal relationship between the principal's transformational leadership variables and the teacher's personality. 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of the principal's transformational leadership on student learning motivation of 38.52%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of the teacher's personality on student learning motivation of 22.96%. 4) The contribution of the principal's transformational leadership factor and teacher's personality to student learning motivation is 62,1%. 5) There is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement of 41.7%. 6) There is a direct and indirect effect of the principal's transformational leadership on student achievement of 20.66%. 7) There is a direct and indirect influence of the teacher's personality on student achievement of 42.17%. 8) Simultaneously the contribution of the transformational leadership of the principal and teacher's personality to the learning achievement of SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan, Bireuen Regency is 60,2%.

Abstract

The number of cooperatives in Indonesia reaches hundreds of thousands, but not all of them are active due to several factors including member participation, business volume, total assets and outside capital. The purpose of this study is to provide the dominant factors that influence the success of cooperatives in terms of SHU/profits. The data used is from 2001-2021 with multiple regression as the analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the variables own capital, outside capital and businesa volume affect the SHU. Partially own capital does not affect the profit, while sales volume and outside capital affect the profit. The limitation of this research is that the data used is not based on the types of cooperatives in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work environment, teacher motivation and job satisfaction which contribute to teacher performance. The research was conducted on teachers of State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) 3 Bireuen. Using path analysis. Data was collected through valid and reliable questionnaires. The research results show; 1) between exogenous variables namely work environment, work motivation and teacher job satisfaction have a positive correlation with an average between 0.46 to 0.56. 2) there is a direct and indirect influence of the work environment on teacher performance of 42.14%, between work motivation on teacher performance of 45.55% and job satisfaction on teacher performance of 47.74%. 3) Simultaneously work motivation, work motivation and job satisfaction make a positive contribution of 71,1% to the performance of MAN 3 Bireuen teachers

Abstract

This research was conducted on Class IIB Bireuen Penitentiary employees who analyzed financial performance based on a study of the factors of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction. With descriptive and verification analysis methods using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that the correlation of transformational leadership style variables, organizational culture and job satisfaction was very strong on the financial performance variable so that the contribution was 89,9%. However, partially there is no significant influence of transformational leadership style or organizational culture on financial performance. Significant influence only occurs in the variable job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, teacher competency and principal leadership on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The research objects were 49 teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bireuen Regency. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) There is a relationship between the variables of organizational culture, teacher competency and principal leadership on a moderate scale, 2) there is a partial influence of the three predictor variables namely organizational culture, teacher competency and principal leadership on teacher performance. 3) together with organizational culture, teacher competence and leadership

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and obtain empirical input on the facts that occur in the research object relating to the influence of work environment factors, individual characteristics of teachers and school organizations on the work spirit of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers (MTSN) in Bireuen Regency. In the form of a survey with data collection through questionnaires. Described quantitatively by analyzing the problem using a path analysis model. The results were found; 1) there is a causal relationship between work environment variables, individual characteristics of teachers and school organizations with an average correlation level of 0.475 or medium category, 2) there is a direct and indirect influence of the work environment on teacher morale of 36.05%. Meanwhile, individual characteristic factors were 57.87% and organizational factors were 52.91%. 3) Simultaneously the work environment, individual and organizational characteristics contribute 48,7% to teacher morale

Abstract

The research aims to analyze patient satisfaction at the Datu Beru Takengon Regional General Hospital (RSUD) to obtain empirical input regarding the influence of service quality factors and interpersonal communication carried out by medical and non-medical employees in caring for patients and patient families. The research was based on a survey of 50 samples of patients who had previously used hospital services, with an associative type and using a path analysis model. The results of the research show that (a) there is a causal relationship (associative) between service quality and interpersonal communication between medical and non-medical personnel at Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital with a strong category (0.845), (b) Service quality factors have a causal relationship (associative) has an impact on cause and effect (associative) relationships. positive towards patient satisfaction, with a direct and indirect contribution of 68.11%. And the interpersonal communication aspect of RSUD officers was 30.58%. (C). Simultaneously, the quality of service and interpersonal communication at RSUD Datu Beru Takengon contributed to patient satisfaction, namely 77.10%.

Abstract

The research was conducted on State Vocational School teachers in Bireuen Regency, with the aim of knowing the effect of work experience, workload and motivation on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. Using quantitative research methods with descriptive and verification analysis. Data obtained based on a survey with a questionnaire instrument that is measured. And statistical data analysis techniques with a path model approach (Path Models). The research results are known, (1). there is a significant correlational relationship between the exogenous variables (work experience, workload and teacher motivation). (2). Through the F-test and t-test it is proven that there is a direct effect of all exogenous variables (work experience, workload and teacher motivation) on endogenous variables (teacher performance). (3). The direct and indirect influence of work experience on teacher performance is 25.04%. (4). The direct and indirect effect of workload on teacher performance is 27.17%. (5). The direct and indirect influence of work motivation on teacher performance is 25.4%. (6) Simultaneously work experience, workload and motivation contribute to teacher performance at SMK Negeri Bireuen Regency by 58.3%. And the remaining 41.7% is the role of variables not examined, such as work culture, environment, competence and others
