Abstract

This research is a survey of junior high school teachers in Rayon 05, Bireuen Regency, which aims to analyze teaching performance factors related to the principal's academic supervision and teacher achievement motivation. Applying quantita-tive research methods with descriptive and associative types between variables. Statistical analysis tools are used as a solution to test hypotheses with path analysis models. The results showed: (1) there was a correlation between exogenous variables (school principal's academic supervision and teacher achievement motivation) of 0.309. 2) there is a direct and indirect effect of the principal's academic supervision on teacher teaching performance, with a change rate of 0.390 or a contribution of 16.61%. (3) there are direct and indirect effects of teacher achievement motivation on teacher teaching performance with a change rate of 0.548, so that the determination is 29.78%. (4) the principal's academic supervision variable together with the teacher's achievement motivation makes a significant contribution to teaching performance of 63.70%. While the rest is due to the role of variables that are not examined at 36.3%. These factors include school culture, teacher competence, school facilities, and others

Abstract

The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method in assessing the internal factors that affect teacher performance. The factors studied were limited to 3 (three) things, namely the level of education, teacher competence and teaching experience. Study of teachers working in private junior high schools in Juang City, Bireuen Regency. Alleged research, there is a direct influence from the causality of the three observed exogenous variables on the endogenous variable "teacher performance". There is also a correlation between exogenous variables both in substance and empirically. So the analysis uses a path model approach by building a structural framework in the form of a path diagram. The results of the study show that there are direct and indirect effects: 1) the factor of teacher education on teacher performance is 34.71%. 2) the teacher competency factor on teacher performance is 37.58%. 3) the factor of teaching experience on teacher performance is 41.8%. 4) Simultaneously the level of education, competency and teaching experience have a significant effect on the performance of private junior high school teachers in Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency based on a coefficient of determination of 49.1%. While the remaining role of the teacher's internal variables that were not examined was 50.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence teacher performance in terms of aspects of school organizational climate, work environment and teacher satisfaction factors. This research is a survey using quantitative and associative descriptive methods with the object of research being teachers who work at SMP Negeri Kutablang Bireuen District. Data analysis in the framework of hypothesis testing through statistical inference with multiple regression analysis approach. The results of the study, it was found that; (1). (1). There is a partial significant effect of School Organizational Climate (SO), Work Environment (WE) and Teacher Job Satisfaction (TS) on Teacher Performance (TP), with the regression equation TP = 16.458 + 0.470 SO + 0.518 WE + 0.339 TS. (2). Simultaneously it is proven that the variables of school organizational climate, work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance with a contribution of 40.5%. While the remaining role of variables not examined was 59.5%, including motivation, work discipline, school culture, teacher competence, and others.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and measure the contribution of school environment, completeness of facilities and student motivation in creating student discipline by studying among students of SMPN 3 Jambo Aye District, North Aceh Regency. This research is a survey on a sample of students, with a quantitative descriptive approach. The analytical method uses the path model. The research results show that 1) there is a correlation between the school environment variable and the facilities of 0.446, and there is a relationship between the facilities variable and the motivation of 0.360 and there is a relationship between the motivation variable and the school environment of 0.427. 2) The results of the hypothesis test show that the contribution of the school environment to student discipline is 14.4%, the contribution of learning facilities to student discipline is 12.29%, and the contribution of learning motivation to student discipline is 19.13%. 3) Simultaneously the school environment, facilities and motivation make a positive contribution to student discipline at SMP Negeri 3 Tanah Jambo Aye Aceh Utara by 55.4%

Abstract

This study aims to examine and measure the influence of discipline, motivation and independence on the learning achievement of students at Dayah Maskanul Huda in the Keude Simpang area, Jalan Seunuddon, North Aceh Regency. This research is in the form of quantitative descriptive and associative methods with analysis techniques through the path model. The results showed that 1) there was a correlation between exogenous variables, namely the correlation of the variables of discipline and learning motivation of 0.508, the correlation of variables of learning motivation and learning independence of 0.364, the correlation of variables of learning independence and discipline of 0.445. 2) there is a direct and indirect effect of discipline on student achievement of 24,64%. 3) there is a direct and indirect effect of learning motivation on student achievement of 20.08%. 4) there is a direct and indirect effect of independent learning on student achievement of 30.51%. 5) Simultaneously discipline, learning motivation and learning independence make a positive contribution to student achievement by 57.7%. Meanwhile, the influence of other variables not examined was 42.3%.

secretariat, with the aim of observing communication activities, leadership style, employee motivation and employee job satisfaction descriptively. And with path analysis trying to prove and measure: the influence of communication aspects and leadership style on employee motivation, the implications for job satisfaction of employees of the Bireuen DPRK secretariat. The results of the analysis show: a). there is a direct and indirect effect of communication aspects between employees and superiors on employee motivation, namely 49.78%, b). there is a direct and indirect effect of leadership style on employee motivation of 78.89%, c). simultaneously there is a significant influence of communication factors and leadership style on employee motivation of 62.8%, d). there is an effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction of 87.0%, e). there is a direct and non-communicative effect on employee job satisfaction of 54.56%, f). there is a direct and indirect effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction of 96.5%, and g). simultaneously there is a significant influence of communication and leadership style on job satisfaction of employees of the Bireuen District DPRK Secretariat of 53.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Servant Leadership, Teacher Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction both partially and simultaneously on teacher performance. The research was in the form of a survey of a sample of 226 public elementary school teachers in the Peusangan area of ​​Bireuen Regency. This type of quantitative research was carried out using descriptive and associative analysis, with a path analysis model approach. The results of the path analysis show, 1) the Servant Leadership factor has a direct effect of 0.472 on teacher performance, 2) the teacher discipline factor has a direct effect of 0.312 on teacher performance, 3) the job satisfaction factor has a direct effect of 0.214 on teacher performance, 4) The servant leadership factor through discipline and teacher job satisfaction have an effect of 46.75% on teacher performance, 5) Work discipline factors through servant leadership and job satisfaction have an effect of 32.6% on teacher performance, 6). The Job Satisfaction Factor through Servant Leadership and Work Discipline influences Teacher Performance by 26.56%. 7) Simultaneously servant leadership, work discipline and job satisfaction contribute to changes in teacher performance by 57.9%. While the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other factors not examined, researchers suspect from the aspects of work motivation, teacher competence, work environment and others.

Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of teachers at Dayah Daruss'dah Cot Puuk in Bireuen District, Aceh Province. The analysis is based on aspects of the individual characteristics of the teacher, the organizational culture of the dayah and work behavior. This type of quantitative research with descriptive and verification methods. While the analysis tool with multiple regression approach. The results of research on 55 Islamic boarding school teachers where data were collected through questionnaires, it is known that the relationship between variables is expressed by the equation: Kj = 4.742 + 0.477 Ki + 0.553 Bo + 0.314 Pk, based on statistical tests stating a). Teacher performance is influenced by individual characteristics (Ki), organizational culture (Bo) and work behavior (Pk) with a contribution of 40.3%. So that there is an influence of 55.7% on variables not examined such as teacher competence, compensation and Dayah leadership factors and work facilities. b). Partially the three variables studied have a significant effect with a positive impact on improving the performance of dayah teachers. And the biggest factor is the influence of the dayah organizational culture variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between purchasing decision variables and consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics, Almuslim University. Decision Variables have several instruments in the form of product, price, service and risk. And what is the Islamic view of the consumptive behavior of Almuslim University Faculty of Economics students in shopping online. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In this study the population was students of the Faculty of Economics, Almuslim University by taking a sample of 45 people as respondents. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire with a Likert scale that guarantees its validity and reliability. The statistical tool used is through multiple linear regression. The results of the study found a) there were only two significant variables, namely online purchasing decisions and product factors that had a positive relationship to consumptive behavior, b) From an Islamic perspective, student consumptive behavior leads to excessive behavior caused by frequent online shopping just because of the desire to support appearance not as needed, and when shopping online just follow the trend.

Abstract

Clinics are health facilities that provide medical services, both basic medical and specialist medical services. The obligations of health clinics are regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation no. 269 ​​of 2008, one of which is maintaining medical records. Electronic-based medical records must be carried out by health service facilities in accordance with government policy as stated in Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is a computerized health information system that provides records of patient data as a decision support system. Kusuma Medical Center Clinic Batukajang, East Kalimantan has implemented EMR since 2021, but its implementation has never been evaluated. The aim of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of EMR at the Kusuma Medical Center Clinic Batukajang, East Kalimantan. The research method that would be used in this research was mixed methods. Research instruments include questionnaires, interview guidelines and observation sheets. Quantitative data analysis was carried out through assumption testing and path analysis (PATH). The research results showed that the implementation of EMR at the Kusuma Medical Center Clinic Batukajang, East Kalimantan has been effective. EMR filling was complete, accurate, timely and in accordance with the law. The results of the analysis showed that employees perceptions of EMR had a positive and significant effect on employees attitudes towards filling out EMR.
