Abstract

The study was conducted on the staff of the Bireuen DPRK Secretariat, with the objectives being 1). Knowing the effect of work experience on employee performance, 2). Knowing the effect of loyalty on employee performance, 3). Knowing how the influence of mutations on employee performance, and 4). Knowing work experience, loyalty and mutation to the performance of the staff of the Bireuen Regency House of Representatives (DPRK). This research is in the form of quantitative research with a survey of 53 employees by collecting data through a questionnaire. And the method of data analysis with statistics with the path analysis approach. The results obtained: a). There are direct and indirect effects of work experience, based on work loyalty and employee mutations on employee performance by 25.49 percent. b). There are direct and indirect effects of work loyalty, based on work experience and employee mutations on employee performance by 24.22 percent. and c). There are direct and indirect effects of employee mutations based on work experience and work loyalty on employee performance by 27.78 percent. Based on the size of the coefficient of determination of 0.776 explains that the contribution of aspects of work experience, work loyalty and employee mutations to the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the DPRK Bireuen by 77.6%. While the rest (residual value) of the role of the variables not examined was 22.4%, showing that there are other factors that can affect performance variables, such as income, organizational climate, leadership, work facilities, and others

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of; 1) School culture on job satisfaction 2) Principal leadership on job satisfaction, 3). Emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, and 4) Job satisfaction on teacher performance. The sample of this research is 50 teachers in Public High School in Samalanga Sub-District, Bireuen Regency. The method is descriptive and verification, specifically by using path analysis approach. The results show a significant effect of 4 variables used; 1). 17.74% School Culture on Job Satisfaction, 2) 18.09% Principal Leadership on Job Satisfaction 3). 15.28% Emotional intelligence on job satisfaction 4). Job satisfaction affects teacher performance by 30.58%

Abstract

This paper examines the role Foreign Direct Investment and Human Capital on Economic Growth in Indonesia. The data used in this research are time series data period from 1990 to 2012. Data obtained from the website of World Bank. The results showed that the Foreign Direct Investment and Human Capital affect economic growth in Indonesia. Of both independent variables, Human Capital variable compared to Foreign Direct Investment variable more affect economic growth

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine a) The effect of teacher's motivation to affect Job Satisfaction in Teachers in Vocational Schools in Bireuen Regency, b). Influence of Compensation on Job Satisfaction in Teachers in Vocational Schools in Bireuen District, c). The climate of the School organization on Job Satisfaction in Teachers in Vocational Schools in Bireuen District, and d). The effect of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Organizational Climate simultaneously on Job Satisfaction in Teachers in Vocational Schools in Bireuen District. This type of explanatory research that explains the causal relationship and influence between variables through hypothesis testing, so that the influence of independent variables is known namely work motivation (X1), Compensation (X2), Organizational Climate (X3) on dependent variables, namely Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y). The research method is quantitative, with a path analysis approach to the research sample of 184 teachers in vocational schools in Bireuen Regency in 2020. The results of the analysis, indicate the influence of teacher motivation on vocational teacher satisfaction by 7.34%. The influence of the Compensation factor on Vocati-onal Teacher Satisfaction is 13.33%. And there is the influence of the climate of school organizations on vocational teacher satisfaction by 55.00%. Descriptive analysis results, found that, a). the level of teacher motivation is good, reaching 82.55%. b). Expected Compensation Level has reached 82.36%, and c). School climate support for teacher satisfaction reaches 87.56%. As well as d). The level of teacher satisfaction reached the good category, which was .83.57%, than expected. Based on the coefficient of determination statistics explained that the contribution of work motivation, organizational compensation and climate factors to the satisfaction of state Vocational School teachers in Bireuen was 76.1%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana: 1) Pengaruh Anggaran Pendidikan terhadap Kualitas Lulusan, 2) Pengaruh Kualitas Pendidik terhadap Kualitas Lulusan, 3) Pengaruh Akreditasi Sekolah terhadap Kualitas Lulusan. Penelitian dengan ruang lingkup SMA setiap Kabupaten/Kota se-Provinsi Aceh dengan kasus pengamatan tahun 2017-2019. Dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah Anggaran Pendidikan, Kualitas Pendidik, Tingkat Akreditasi Sekolah, dan Kualitas Lulusan SMA. Hasil penelitian, diperoleh hal-hal berikut: 1). Hasil pengujian ditemukan bahwa faktor Anggaran Pendidikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas lulusan SMA di Provinsi Aceh. Sedangkan faktor Kualitas Pendidik (dengan indikator hasil UKG Guru), dan Tingkat Akreditasi Sekolah (dengan indikator perhitungan tingkat kualitas akreditasi setiap Kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh) selama tahun 2017-2019, berpengaruh signifikans terhadap Kualitas Lulusan SMA di Provinsi Aceh. 2). Nilai korelasi secara simultan antara variabel Anggaran Pendidikan, Kualitas Pendidik, dan Tingkat Akreditasi, terhadap Kualitas lulusan adalah sebesar 0,507. Maka terdapat hubungan yang positif antara ketiga variabel yang diduga dalam penelitian terhadap variabel kualitas lulusan, dengan derajat sedang. Dan Nilai Determinasi adalah R2 = 0,258 artinya kontribusi dari faktor Anggaran Pendidikan, Kualitas Pendidik, dan Tingkat Akreditasi, terhadap Kualitas lulusan adalah sebesar 25,8 %. Terdapat cukup besar faktor lainnya yakni 74,2 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Third Party Fund, Asset To Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) through UMKM financing in Bireuen Regency by taking PT. BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera as a case study. This type of research uses quantitative approach, namely research based on numbers and statistical analysis. This type of quantitative research is included in descriptive research. Data used in this research is secondary data, by collecting annual published financial reports of PT. BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera from 2010 to 2019 per quarter, which is time series data. Data then classified based on existing criteria determined. These data are obtained from the official website of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan www.ojk.go.id. Because the object of research observation is the amount of turnover UMKM, then the population in this study were PT. BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera’s customers which already uses financing services from 2010 to 2019. And due to data limitations, then all population data is sampled. The analysis technique used is path analysis method. The results of this study is total third party fund influence positive and significant on financing of UMKM amounted to 46,46%. There is a positive and significant influence between assets to UMKM financing amounted 51,27%. There is a positive and significant influence between third party fund and assets to UMKM financing amounted 97,7%. Then there is a positive and significant influence between UMKM financing on UMKM turnover amounted 98%. And there is a positive and significant influence of third party fund to assets amounted 94%

Abstract

The study was conducted on teachers of state high schools in Juang City District of Bireuen Regency, with the aim being to determine the effect; 1). organizational culture towards the organizational commitment of teachers, 2) leadership of the school principal towards the commitment of teacher organizations, 3). the school environment towards the organizational commitment of teachers, and 4). organizational culture, school principal's leadership and school environment towards the teacher's organizational commitment. This research is in the form of a quantitative study with a survey of 118 high school civil servant teachers in Juang City District, Bireuen Regency, by collecting data through a questionnaire. And the data analysis method with the path analysis approach. The results of the study showed that it was proven; 1). the influence of organizational culture factors on organizational commitment, at 10.12 percent. 2). 30.17 percent influence the Principal's Leadership on Organizational Commitment, 3). the influence of the School Environment on organizational commitment of 2.92 percent, and 4). Through the coefficient of determination explains that the contribution of factors Organizational Culture, Principal Leadership, and School Environment to the Commitment of teacher organizations by 43.2 percent. While the rest of the role of variables not examined was 34.8% which were assumed to be factors such as compensation, organizational climate, work facilities, Education and Training, etc

Abstract

Masalah penelitian yang dilakukan atas 40 sampel guru berstatus pegawai negeri di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen, yakni tingkat kinerja guru, yang dikaitkan dengan dukungan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, serta Sarana dan Parasarana Proses pembelajaran. Dengan tujuan mengukur pengaruh; 1). Faktor Diklat terhadap Kinerja guru, 2) Faktor Sarana dan Prasarana proses belajar mengajar terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tahun 2020, yang merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif secara kuantitatif, dengan metode analisis statistik menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukan bahwa a) Tingkat Kinerja guru sebesar 77,5%, b) Tingkat manfaat Diklat yang di ikuti guru mencapai 77 % mampu mendorong kinerja guru, dan c) Dukungan Sarana Prasarana, menurut persepsi guru hanya mendukung proses belajar mengajar sebesar 77,67%. Berdasarkan analisis jalur, tebukti Diklat berpengaruh secara signifikans terhadap Kinerja Guru, dengan total pengaruh sebesar 18,22%. Sarana dan Prasarana Proses pembelajaran signifikan berdampak pada Kinerja Guru sebesar 16,14%

Abstract

The study was conducted at the University of Almuslim Bireuen, with the aim to find out; 1) The Effect of Education and Training on Employee Performance, 2) The Effect of Career Development on Employee Performance, and 3) The Effect of Position Placement on Employee Performance. The research method used is descriptive and verification research. Data analysis with the path analysis model (Path Analysis). Descriptive research is research that aims to obtain a description of the training, career development, job placement and employee performance at Almuslim Bireuen University. While verification research basically wants to test the truth of a hypothesis that is carried out through data collection in the field. The sample studied was all employees of Almuslim University with 158 employees. The results of the analysis showed the influence of education and training factors on employee performance at Almuslim University, which amounted to 21.18%. The results of the data analysis also prove the influence of Career Development factors on the performance of Almuslim University employees, which is equal to 20.99%. And from the results of subsequent analysis, it shows that there is an influence of the Employee Position Placement factor on the Performance of Almuslim University employees, which is 14.27%.

Abstract

This study aims to assess and measure the magnitude; 1) The effect of the service system on the community satisfaction of e-KTP-e applicants and birth certificates, 2) the influence of infrastructure on the community satisfaction of e-KTP-e applicants and birth certificates, 3) the effect of service employee behavior on community satisfaction with e-KTP and the applicant for a birth certificate, and 4) the influence of the service system, facilities, and employee behavior on the community satisfaction of applicants for KTP-el and birth certificates at the Civil Service Population and Civil Disability Service. Bireuen District. With the research object is the people of Bireuen Regency who submitted and made El-KTP and birth certificates as many as 70 samples. With a path analysis approach. The results showed that; A). There is a direct and indirect effect of service quality factors on the satisfaction of the community managing and making KTP-e and child birth certificates by 33.58%. b). The magnitude of the influence of service facilities and infrastructure factors on the satisfaction of the people who care for and make e-KTPs and birth certificates for children is 16.13%, c). And the influence of employee behavior factors on community satisfaction who care for and make e-KTPs and birth certificates for children at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bireuen Regency is 20.89%. Based on the size of the determination coefficient of 0.705, it explains that the contribution of the aspects of service quality, service facilities and infrastructure and employee behavior to community satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bireuen Regency is 70.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining role of the variable that was not examined was 29.5%, indicating that there are other factors that can influence the variable of community satisfaction
