Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine a) The effect of teacher's motivation to affect Job Satisfaction in Teachers in Vocational Schools in Bireuen Regency, b). Influence of Compensation on Job Satisfaction in Teachers in Vocational Schools in Bireuen District, c). The climate of the School organization on Job Satisfaction in Teachers in Vocational Schools in Bireuen District, and d). The effect of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Organizational Climate simultaneously on Job Satisfaction in Teachers in Vocational Schools in Bireuen District. This type of explanatory research that explains the causal relationship and influence between variables through hypothesis testing, so that the influence of independent variables is known namely work motivation (X1), Compensation (X2), Organizational Climate (X3) on dependent variables, namely Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y). The research method is quantitative, with a path analysis approach to the research sample of 184 teachers in vocational schools in Bireuen Regency in 2020. The results of the analysis, indicate the influence of teacher motivation on vocational teacher satisfaction by 7.34%. The influence of the Compensation factor on Vocati- onal Teacher Satisfaction is 13.33%. And there is the influence of the climate of school organizations on vocational teacher satisfaction by 55.00%. Descriptive analysis results, found that, a). the level of teacher motivation is good, reaching 82.55%. b). Expected Compensation Level has reached 82.36%, and c). School climate support for teacher satisfaction reaches 87.56%. As well as d). The level of teacher satisfaction reached the good category, which was .83.57%, than expected. Based on the coefficient of determination statistics explained that the contribution of work motivation, organizational compensation and climate factors to the satisfaction of state Vocational School teachers in Bireuen was 76.1%.

Abstract

This paper examines the role Foreign Direct Investment and Human Capital on Economic Growth in Indonesia. The data used in this research are time series data period from 1990 to 2012. Data obtained from the website of World Bank. The results showed that the Foreign Direct Investment and Human Capital affect economic growth in Indonesia. Of both independent variables, Human Capital variable compared to Foreign Direct Investment variable more affect economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to assess and measure the magnitude; 1) The effect of the service system on the community satisfaction of e-KTP-e applicants and birth certificates, 2) the influence of infrastructure on the community satisfaction of e-KTP-e applicants and birth certificates, 3) the effect of service employee behavior on community satisfaction with e-KTP and the applicant for a birth certificate, and 4) the influence of the service system, facilities, and employee behavior on the community satisfaction of applicants for KTP-el and birth certificates at the Civil Service Population and Civil Disability Service. Bireuen District. With the research object is the people of Bireuen Regency who submitted and made El-KTP and birth certificates as many as 70 samples. With a path analysis approach. The results showed that; A). There is a direct and indirect effect of service quality factors on the satisfaction of the community managing and making KTP-e and child birth certificates by 33.58%. b). The magnitude of the influence of service facilities and infrastructure factors on the satisfaction of the people who care for and make e-KTPs and birth certificates for children is 16.13%, c). And the influence of employee behavior factors on community satisfaction who care for and make e-KTPs and birth certificates for children at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bireuen Regency is 20.89%. Based on the size of the determination coefficient of 0.705, it explains that the contribution of the aspects of service quality, service facilities and infrastructure and employee behavior to community satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bireuen Regency is 70.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining role of the variable that was not examined was 29.5%, indicating that there are other factors that can influence the variable of community satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see 1) The effect of salary on job satisfaction of BRI employees in the Bireuen Branch, 2) the effect of promotion on job satisfaction of employees of the BRI Bireuen Branch, 3) The influence of colleagues on job satisfaction of employees of the BRI Bireuen Branch, 4) The effect of salary, promotion position, colleagues on job satisfaction of BRI employees at the Bireuen Branch jointly (simultaneously). This research was conducted at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bireuen Branch Office, having its address at Jl Medan Banda Aceh Simpang 4 Bireuen. As for the variables in this study are salary, promotion, coworkers, and job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees of BRI Bireuen Branch as many as 182 employees. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula and the results are 125 people. The research method used is quantitative research. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 17 and shows the results: from three independent variables, namely salary, job promotion and co-workers, it is found that salaries and co-workers partially affect employee job satisfaction with the value of the salary regression coefficient (X1). is 0.288 and co-workers (X3) is 0.451 while Job Promotion (X2) has no effect with the regression coefficient value of 0.63. Simultaneously, salary, job promotion, coworkers have an effect on job satisfaction of employees of BRI Bireuen Branch, the value of R Squer is 0.754 or 75.4%, the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui a) pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, b) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru, c) pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru, dan d) pengaruh faktor-faktor budaya organisasi, kompetensi guru, dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen. Objek penelitian adalah 50 guru PNS (ASN) yang bekerja sebagai guru di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen tahun 2020. Dengan metode kuantitatif, dan teknik analisi menggunakan model analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; 1) Budaya organisasi yang telah dijalankan di sekolah SMA Negeri Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaen Bireuen, menurut persepsi guru sudah berjalan baik dalam mendukung kinerja guru. Penilaian guru atas budaya sekolah mencapai 87,87% telah disesuai dengan harapan guru. Sementara itu tingkat Kompetensi guru yang profesional, sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No.74 tahun 2008, sudah baik mencapai 85,83% dari kondisi yang ideal. Dan motif guru untuk berprestasi, afiliasi dan kekuasaan dalam mendukung program sekolah yakni peningkatan mutu menunjukkan hal yang baik, mencapai 85,13% dari yang diharapkan. Dan tingkat kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan perencanaan pembelajaran, Pelaksanaan KBM maupun melakukan evaluasi hasil belajar sudah mencapai kategori sangat baik, yakni 85,83 % dari target tugas yang ideal. 2) Hasil penelitian verifikatif didasarkan analisis kausalitas antar variabel membuktikan; a) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikans budaya sekolah terhadap Kinerja guru, mencapai 25,06 %. b) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap Kinerja guru, sebesar 50,52 %. c) pengaruh motivasi guru untuk berprestsi dan berafiliasi terhadap Kinerja guru, sebesar 18,09 %, dan d) secara bersama-sama pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi guru, terhadap Kinerja guru diperoleh dari nilai determinasi antar variabel ini, yakni sebesar 62,6 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance, 2) the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, 3) the influence of the work environment on teacher performance, and 4) the influence of the principal's leadership, organizational culture and work environment on performance. Elementary school teacher at the Regional Office for the Technical Implementation Unit for Education, Youth and Sports, Jeunieb District, Bireuen Regency. Methods of data analysis with a path analysis approach. The results showed that: a). There is an influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance by 12.74%. b). There is an influence of organizational culture on teacher performance by 10.95%, and c). There is an influence of the work environment on teacher work performance by 21.95%. Based on the magnitude of the determination coefficient of 0.509, it is explained that the contribution of the aspects of the principal's leadership, organizational culture and work environment to teacher performance is 50.9%

Abstract

The research was conducted on employees of the Education, Youth and Sports Office of Bireuen Regency 1). Knowing the influence of leadership on employee performance, 2). Knowing the effect of communication on employee performance, 3). Knowing how the influence of work discipline on employee performance, and 4). Knowing the influence of leadership, communication and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Education, Youth and Sports Office of Bireuen Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a survey of 78 employees with data collection through questionnaires. And the method of data analysis with statistics with a path analysis approach. The results showed that a) There is a direct and indirect effect of leadership on employee performance by 18.85%. b) There is a direct and indirect effect of communication on employee performance by 21.04%. c) There is a direct and indirect effect of work discipline on employee performance by 23.5%. Based on the size of the determination coefficient of 0.657, it explains that the contribution of the aspects of leadership, communication and work discipline to employee performance is 65.7%. While the rest (residual value) of the role of the variables not examined was 34.3%, indicating that there are other factors that can affect the performance variable

Abstract

The study was conducted on 116 state high school teachers in Juang City District, Bireuen Regency, with the aim of knowing the effect; 1). The leadership of the principal on the performance of the teachers of the State Senior High School of Juang City, Bireuen District. 2). Work motivation on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri Juang City District, Bireuen Regency. 3). Job satisfaction with the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency, as well as 4). The influence of principal leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive analysis methods and path analysis. The results of the research show, in a descriptive analysis that; a) Principal Leadership Factors including good in supporting teacher performance. The teacher assessment score on the Principal's Leadership reaches 82.59%, b) The level of teacher work motivation, is already good, reaching 82.27% of the ideal conditions in achieving teacher performance, and c) Teacher job satisfaction has shown good things, reaching 82 , 88% of which is expected to improve teacher performance. While the results of the path analysis showed the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance was 7.97%. There is an influence of the teacherwork motivation factor on the performance of SMAN teachers in Juang City, Bireuen Regency, which is 9.44 percent. The job satisfaction factor is also a factor that has a very high effect on teacher performance, namely 15.11%. The results of the analysisof the coefficient of determination explain that the contribution of the principal's leadership, work motivation and teacher job satisfaction to the performance of high school teachers in Juang City, Bireuen Regency, is 26.2%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis; a) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru, b) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, c) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan d) pengaruh secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Simpang Mamplam Kabupaten Bireuen, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan eksplanatori yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal dan pengaruh antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis, dengan metode analisis dengan pendekatan analisi jalur. Secara dsekriptif, diperoleh, a). Faktor gaya kepemimpinan, menurut persepsi guru sudah baik, mencapai 83,19% walaupun masih harus dioptimalkan lagi. b). Faktor motivasi dianggap oleh sebagain guru sudah baik dalam mendukung kinerja guru. Skor penilaian guru atas motivasi mencapai 81,04 %, c). Faktor kepuasan kerja, menurut penilaian guru, juga hampir mendekati optimal, yaitu mencapai 81,66%, dan d). Tingkat Kinerja guru mencapai kategori baik, yakni 81,29 %. Sedangkan secara eksplanatori, diperoleh hasil bahwa; 1).pengaruh faktor Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja guru sebesar 24,53%, 2).pengaruh faktor Motivasi terhadap Kinerja guru sebesar 19,12%, 3) pengaruh Kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Simpang Mamplam Kabupaten Bireuen, yakni sebesar, yakni sebesar 16,95%

Abstract

The study was conducted on 125 offices of SimpangMamplam District Bireuen Regency. With the aim of knowing and measuring 1) the influence of leadership on the performance of the Apparatus, 2). the influence of motivation on the performance of the Apparatus, 3). the effect of the work discipline on the performance of the Apparatus, and 4). the effect of competence on the performance of the Apparatus. The research method used is a quantitative verification approach, with a path analysis method. Descriptively, the results of the study showed that there was support from the Camat Leadership on performance reaching 79.68 percent, this should be optimized again so that employees received clear directions and the Camat's concern for the performance of its employees. Likewise from work motivation, work discipline, and employee competency factors. It appears that the motivation of new employees reached 69.70 percent, while the level of employee discipline reached 74.65 percent. but the level of competence has only reached 70 percent. The results of the path analysis, with a 95 percent confidence level, the results show that 1). There is an influence of aspects of the Camat Leadership to improve employee performance, both direct influence and indirect influence through work motivation, work discipline, and competency support owned by employees, by 19.98 percent. 2) there is a significant influence between motivation and performance by 21.03 percent.3). While the influence of employee discipline on employee performance, both the direct contribution of factors, as well as the relationship with motivation support, employee competence, and Camat Leader-ship, amounted to 16.84%. 4) And competency factor which is no less important factor that must be owned by employees contributes to the improvement of the performance of Simpang Mamplam District Office staff in the Bireuen Regency by 18.35 percent. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.578 explains that the contribution of aspects of camat leadership, work motivation, work discipline and employee competence to Performance amounted to 57.8%.
