Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze, 1). The effect of job rotation on employee performance, 2) The effect of work motivation on employee performance, 3) The influence of employee morale on employee performance, and 4). Effect of job rotation, work motivation. and Simultaneous morale on the performance of Aceh KIP employees. The analysis was carried out descriptively and with a Path Analysis approach. The results of this descriptive study showed that the response of KIP Aceh employees who were examined regarding work rotation, found that the implementation of work rotation that could make high employee performance was only achieved by 59.67%. Likewise, regarding employee work motivation, both with the support of employee needs, as well as the achievement of motivation expected by employees in the Aceh KIP environment only reached 68.82% which is classified as good. And the work spirit of Aceh KIP employees, the achievements tend to be good reaching 71.07%. The results of the path analysis prove that 1) there is a significant effect on employee performance by 16.67%, 2) there is a significant influence on work motivation on the performance of Aceh KIP employees, which is 11.94%. 3) There is a significant effect of work morale on the performance of Aceh KIP employees, amounting to 23.45%. and 4). There is a simultaneous influence of work rotation, work motivation and work spirit on the performance of Aceh KIP employees by 52.8%. While the remaining 47.2% not researched, such as work facilities, compensation, career development, education, and others

Abstract

This study aims to examine, 1) the influence of leadership on employee performance, 2) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, 3) the influence of motivation on employee performance, and 4) the influence of leadership, organizational culture and motivation on the performance of UPT employees of the Department of Education, Youth and Bireuen Regency Sports. The research method used in this study is the associative method with a quantitative approach, to 104 employees, with the collection technique using a closed questionnaire instrument. The analytical method used is a path analysis approach. The results of the study show that 1) There is a significant influence of leadership factors on employee performance. Statistically, with a large influence of 19.74 percent on the performance of the employees of UPTD Education, Youth and Sports, Bireuen Regency. 2) It is proven that there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance by 19.46 percent, 3) It is found that there is a significant influence of work motivation factors of 12.81 percent on the performance of UPTD Youth and Sports Education, Bireuen Regency. The relationship between leadership factors, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance has a high closeness, and is linearly related, with a degree of relationship of 0.721. And the contribution of leadership factors, organizational culture and motivation to the performance of the employees of the UPTD Youth and Sports Education in Bireuen Regency is 52%. While the rest of the role of variables that are not examined by 48%. This shows that there are other factors that can influence employee performance variables, such as organizational climate, career development factors, education and training, and others

Abstract

This study aims to examine, 1) the effect of competence on the principal's performance, 2) the influence of work discipline on the principal's performance, 3) the effect of work experience on the principal's performance, and 4) the influence of competence, work discipline and work experience on the principal's performance. SD in Bireuen Regency. The research method used in this study is the associative method with a quantitative approach, to 147 elementary school principals throughout Bireuen Regency, with the collection technique using a closed questionnaire instrument. The analytical method used is a path analysis approach. The results showed that 1) There was a significant influence of the Competency factor on the Principal's Performance, amounting to 8.45%. 2) It is statistically proven that the work discipline factor affects the Principal's Performance by 12.69%. 3) It is statistically proven that the work experience factor affects the principal's performance, amounting to 7.82%. 4) The results of the correlation coefficient between competence, work discipline and work experience on the principal's performance obtained R of 0.638 explaining the relationship between competence, work discipline, and work experience on performance, has a fairly high level of relationship, and is linearly related, with the degree of relationship of 0.638. The value of the coefficient of determination of 0.407 explains that the contribution of competence, work discipline, and work experience to the Principal's Performance is 40.7%. While the rest (residual value) of the role of the variables that were not studied was 59.3%. The residual value shows that there are other factors that can affect the performance of school principals throughout Bireuen Regency, such as organizational climate, work facilities, education and training, and others

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of 1). The work ability of employees in the financial sector on job satisfaction, 2). Career development of employees in the financial sector on job satisfaction, 3). Communication between employees and leaders in the financial sector on job satisfaction, 4). Employee work ability, career development and communication of employees in the financial sector on job satisfaction at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports, Bireuen Regency. The research was conducted quantitatively with a descriptive study and verification using path analysis. The results of the study concluded that simultaneously the factors of employee work ability, career development, and employee communication in the Finance Department of the Education, Youth and Sports Office of Bireuen Regency had an effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially, it is obtained that a). It is statistically proven that the work ability of employees has an effect on job satisfaction. With a large influence of 10.61 percent. b) It is statistically proven that career development factors affect job satisfaction of the employees of the Education, Youth and Sports Office of Bireuen Regency. The magnitude of the effect is 11.21 percent, and c). It is statistically proven that career development factors affect employee job satisfaction, the magnitude of the effect is 40.39 percent. The contribution of work ability, career development and communication factors to employee job satisfaction, amounted to 62.10%. This is evidenced by the following path fit model: Y = 0.188 X1 + 0.203 X2 + 0.547 X3

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh budaya kerja, pengalaman kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan metode penetian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan masalah yang diteliti, diperoleh bahwa : 1). Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai, dengan besar pengaruhnya 16,35%. 2). Terbukti pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap terhadap Kinerja pegawai, dengan besar pengaruhnya 15,68%. 3). Terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai kantor kecamatan Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen sebesar 12,06%. 4). Dan berdasarkan Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,440 menjelaskan bahwa kontribusi faktor budaya kerja, pengalaman kerja dan disiplin kerja pegawai terhadap Kinerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen sebesar 44%. Sementara sisanya (nilai residu) dari peran variabel yang tidak diteliti sebesar 60%. Nilai residu atau factor lain ini seperti kompensasi, iklim organisasi, fasilitas kerja, Diklat, Kepemimpinan, dan lain-lain

Abstract

This research was conducted on high school teachers in Physical Education in Bireuen District, with the aim being a). To find out the magnitude of the influence of the Principal's Leadership on teacher motivation in Physical Education in high schools throughout Bireuen Regency; b). To find out the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on teacher motivation in Physical Education in high schools throughout Bireuen Regency; c). To find out the magnitude of the effect of financial compensation on the motivation of teachers in Physical Education in high schools throughout Bireuen Regency; and D). To find out the simultaneous influence of the Principal's leadership, organizational culture, and Financial Compensation on the motivation of teachers in Physical Education in the Bireuen District. This research is in the form of quantitative research with a survey of 60 high school Physical Education teachers in the Bireuen Regency, by collecting data through a questionnaire. And the method of data analysis with statistics with the path analysis approach. The results showed that 1). there is an influence of the Principal's Leadership factors on the motivation of high school Physical Education teachers in the Bireuen Regency, which is equal to 35.16%. 2). It also proves the influence of organizational culture factors, namely school culture on the motivation of high school Physical Education teachers in the Bireuen Regency, which is 18.46%. Bireuen, which is 13.81%. 4). The results of the analysis of the value of the coefficient of determination explain that the contribution of the factors of Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture and Financial Compensation to the Physical Education Motivation of 67.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about 1) The influence of psychological factors on employee job satisfaction, 2). The influence of social factors on employee job satisfaction, 3). The influence of physical factors on employee job satisfaction, 4) The influence of financial factors on employee job satisfaction, and 5). The influence of psychological factors, social factors, physical factors and financial factors on employee job satisfaction. The study was conducted on 57 employees at the Bappeda office, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province. With the research instrument using a questionnaire and statistical path analysis methods. The results showed that; 1) There is a significant influence of psychological factors on employee job satisfaction, giving a positive contribution of 20.19%. 2) The test results show the influence of social factors on employee job satisfaction by 23.47%, 3). Physical factors of the work environment of Bappeda Bireuen Regency employees also have a significant effect on employee satisfaction by 18.58%. 4). And employee financial factors affect employee job satisfaction, and is the biggest factor among the factors studied, namely 24.47%. 5) Simultaneously, the four factors analyzed, namely psychological, social, physical and financial factors, showed a simultaneous influence on job satisfaction of Bappeda employees of Bireuen Regency by 86.8%. While the rest (salvage value) the role of the variables not examined is 13.2%. The residual value indicates that there are other factors that can affect the employee job satisfaction variable, including; organizational climate, employee education and training, leadership and others

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about, 1) the effect of work conflict on the performance of elementary school teachers in Ulim Pidie Jaya District. 2) the effect of workload on the performance of elementary school teachers in Ulim Pidie Jaya District. 3) the effect of work stress on the performance of elementary school teachers in Ulim Pidie Jaya District. 4) the effect of work conflict, workload and work stress on the performance of elementary school teachers in Ulim Pidie Jaya District. The results of the path analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect effect of conflict on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Ulim Pidie Jaya District, which is 28.91%. 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of workload on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Ulim Pidie Jaya District, which is 28.03%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of stress on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Ulim Pidie Jaya District, which is 36.56%. 4) Simultaneously the variables of conflict, workload and work stress together affect the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Ulim Pidie Jaya District. This result is evidenced by the F test results obtained by Fcount of 15.322 while the Ftable value for the number of respondents is 152 people at a significance level (α) = 5%, which is 2.43. This shows that F-count > F-table with a significance level of 0.05
