Abstract

Optimizing the use of land transport with the management of logistics and supply chain management of the warehouse to the port of Tanjung Priok can minimize cost, time, and quantity. Then the delivery of goods is faster,  more focused and more precise. This research uses descriptive quantitative and data is collected from secondary and primary data using SPPSS software 27.00 version. Based on the three proposed research hypotheses, it is proved that the efficiency variable (X1) and variable discipline (X2) --- either individually or together --- have an influence to the shipment of goods from the warehouse in Tangerang to the Port of Tanjung Priok (Y).

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the best tourist destination countries in the world.  It can be concluded fromthe availability of tourism transportation services in Indonesia. Sungai Penuh as a promoted city of Regional Activity Center (PKWp) has not served as the brand of Kerinci Regency for tourism in Jambi Province. It is caused by the lack of route services of public transportation for tourism in Kerinci Regency.  The purpose of this study is to determine the form of transportation services in the tourism development of Kerinci Regency. The analytical method used in this study was quantitative descriptive method by utilizing questionnaire data, observation interviews and documents to identify tourist characteristics, tourism activities and transportation infrastructure. The data processing was using Arcgis Software on Route Analysis, in order to find out the travel time, travel distance, costs incurred and types of tourist movements. The results of this study shows that there are two types of movements, which are the type of tour movement determined  by the closest distance between attractions and the type of trip destination movement determined  by the length of time needed  to reach a tourist attraction.  The result will be displayed in the form of Kerinci Regency tourism map. It is expected that with the availability of tourism transportation services in Kerinci regency, tourists could travel easily, safely and comfortably, which is expected to attract the number of tourists and increase the economic activities in Sungai Penuh.

Abstract

In order to improve effectiveness, ergonomics is needed in every part of our activities including in designing the paratransit. Through library research, mini lab-testing, and field study, we could find out how ergonomics our paratransit is, in this case paratransit route Pusat Grosir Cililitan (PGC) Mekar Sari. Based on the study, it is revealed that the ergonomics value which should be applied cannot be achieved due to overloaded passengers of the transportation that caused inconvenience.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impactsof promotion and service quality on the student’s demand for online serviced taxi. Taxi online itself is a kind of application-based service in public transportation.In this research, the writer took randomly 379 students of Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Transportasi (STMT) Trisakti as respondents. The collected data then were processed and analysed by using statistical method, the multiple linear regression. The research result concluded that the promotion and the quality of service have significant and positive impactsfor the students to order the onlined servicing taxi.

Abstract

Aviation business is a capital intensive and high risk in terms of safety. Legislation in force in Indonesia requires enterprises should cost in the form of a limited liability company that is obliged to deposit the basic capital of 500 billion rupiah. The capital cannot be made in working capital which is useful for the collateral to a third party. The regulations for a limited liability company are to be established by at least 2 people. The purpose of this research is to analyze the linkage of the board directors and the status of aviation industry licensing law. The position of the legal status of business entities where shareholder is only one person is to be studied in this descriptive study. The result shows that the airlines company should provide the capital risk and high insurance of the third party. UUPT also has given the authority of the shareholders (who owns 20 % of the share) to be decision makers in the company. However, without independent surveillance, it is possible that the shareholders do some mistakes in making decisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the operational management system to improve the Transjakarta bis maintenance needs of safety and comfort for the user community. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. Results of the study: 1. Implementation of busway that has been and are going to be implemented by the local government of DKI Jakarta through the Department of Transportation (Dinas Perhubungan) and the Agency of Busway management (BP) has met the expectation like infrastructure such as ticketing system, bis stops, bis facilities, human resources and publications, 2. Performance in implementating busway program, in general has shown its satisfaction level. Busway is considered as an alternative public transport that is safe, comfortable and punctual, 3. Evaluation of the implementation of the busway program since last year have shown satisfying results. Busway passengers are around 17.4 million. 7.6 percent has shifted from private transportation to busway. It is higher than the average of shift rate in the world that is only 4 to 5 percent. The income from this program in 2015 for DKI Jakarta is Rp. 42.7 billion and it also has successfully changed people's attitude to use public transportaion. However, congestion problem is not significantly decreased.

Abstract

Communities in general are in urgent need of public transportation beside private vehicles as a means of supporting the transportation of daily activities to meet their needs. The problem in big cities in Indonesia is urban transportation, especially big cities that are crowded like in Jabodetabek. The increasing number of residents of South Tangerang city is 3.27% high and the increase of the number of both motorcycles and four wheels is not followed by the improvement of urban public transportation service quality. Communities also negatively assess public services, especially urban transport that makes them choose to use private vehicles that can cause problems lannya social problems plus the lack of regulation in the use of private vehicles. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the relationship of urban public transportation concept which influenced by service quality, perceived value and government regulation. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling LISREL with population of urban transport passengers in south tangerang with 400 respondents. The result of this research shows that consumer behavior is influenced by service quality, perceived value an. And there is a positive mediation effect of service quality and perceived value on consumer behavior

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the feasibility of Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train Transportation policy in realizing environmentally friendly transportation. The research uses qualitative methods, because it intends to get empirical facts, find deep meaning, observe, capture reality and examine the behavior of indifidu and group of research object. Instruments with interviews, focus group discussion, observation, and triangulation. Determination of Informant with purposive technique. Data analysis with emic, ethical approach and verstehen. The results of research: 1. Jakarta and Bandung as the first and third largest cities with very high economic potential, hence, the policy of the Government decided the construction of Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train infrastructure is appropriate. The fast train became the preferred form of modernization of mass transportation in building inter-city connectivity between provinces, and regional development. 2. The rapid railway development of Jakarta-Bandung is in the framework of moving large quantities of people or goods within a short time, creating optimal employment, creating the railway industry using local materials, and technology transfer. 3. With the substitution of the type of movement of conventional and highway-based racecars to fast trains with electric power, thereby reducing carbon emissions through emission reduction. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of ship visits and draught ship with terminal performance by throughput dock. The main problem of this research is about the low of utilization in loading and unloading and box crane hour. This quantitative research used path analysis method. There were 30 respondents from PT Plindo II in container terminal at Tanjung Priok port. The result of the hypothesis on the structure of model -1 showed that the variable of ship visits, draught ship, and throughput dock have positive and significant impact in terminal performance. The structure of model -2 showed that the variable of ship visits and draughput ship have positive and significant impact through terminal performance. On the structure model -2 partially in visit variable and draught ship have positive and significant impact through terminal performance and throghtput dock indirectly. Based on the data, there is positive and significant impact between ship visits, draught ship, and throughput dock of terminal performance in container terminal at Tanjung Priok port.
