Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the direct and indirect effects between service quality and ticket fare through customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty of Perum DAMRI Land Transport service at central office /Prime Pull Perum Damri in Jakarta. The population is Perum DAMRI customers who have used the services of Perum DAMRI several times for several destinations. While the sample is Perum DAMRI customers in the Region of DKI Jakarta of 125 respondents, using purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is Path Analysis Method. The calculations indicate that the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction is significant. Based on calculations, it is indicated that the ticket fare variable to consumer satisfaction is significant. Consumer satisfaction can be an intervening variable between service quality and loyalty of consumers. Consumer satisfaction can be an intervening variable between the ticket fare to the customers’ loyalty. Based on the test results, the variable of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty is significant, Adjusted R Square (R2) of 0.981 shows that 98.1 % of the variance or consumer loyalty is determined by the independent variables and intervening variables in the regression equation

Abstract

A safe, convenient, and comfortable pedestrian network in the Kebon Nanas area is an important component that should be provided to improve the effectiveness of citizen mobility. Currently the availability of pedestrian network has not been able to meet the needs of the community both in terms of quantity and standard provision. The purpose of this research is to identify the need for revitalization of pavement in the area around IPN, Kebon Nanas East Jakarta. The approach method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis through direct measurement method in the field by Traffic Counting (TC) for vehicles and pedestrians, through which the study is reviewed based on development criteria. Sampling was conducted on eight points. The conclusions of this study are (1) the traffic volume in the vicinity of the IPN road is high enough for a community road class, while the pavement capacity is not standardized, thus affecting the safety and safety of pedestrians; (2) Based on field measurements, the number of pedestrians is very minimal,  2 persons/ minute/ meter, but it is necessary to revitalize to obtain adequate capacity according to the volume of pedestrians by considering safety and security; (3) Planning of pedestrian facility requirement in IPN and surrounding roads includes green lines, lighting, seating, safety fences, garbage cans, markers, shophouses and traffic signs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain information from businessmen about how far multimoda transportation system that is applied during this time can affect the efficiency of existing logistics costs and what constraints that affect the implementation of the multimoda freight transportation system. The role of multimoda transport is growing very fast in recent decades which are in line with the growth in demand for goods consumed by society and production machines. The movement of goods is keep on increasing that requires an efficient transportation and can be executed quickly, so a system is very needed thatis called multimoda. This system is believed to reduce logistics costs, knowing that the Indonesia logistical index is still below compared to other countries in Asean, that is 24% of the GNP. The research found out that the Multimoda Transportation System has a strong relation with the Logistics Cost Efficiency of r = 0.89 and the regression relationships form Y = -0809 + 1:12 X + e, X = MultimodaTransport System and Y = Logistics Efficiency Costs. The influence of Multimoda System on Logistics Costs in the opinion of the respondents is 80%, assuming other factors are not observed

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to assess the effect of marketing strategy of the company’s performance and the role of competition environment in moderating the marketing strategy of the company’s performance. The MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) was used as the analyzing method. The result shows that there is a significant and positive effect of the marketing strategy of the company’s performance (r = 0, 912), and a significant and positive effect of the logistics competition environment of the company’s performance (r = 0, 955). The role of competition environment in moderating the negative relation between marketing strategy and company’s performance since the competition environment comes from outside and could threaten the company’s marketing and decrease the performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the process and the influence of acceptance in delivery order and lead time delivery order before and after using online delivery order. The rapid development of information, technology, and communication changes human life activities that previously used a manual system to an online system that already applied in ports. It is due to the transparency needed to monitor container position and efficiency of port activities to give accelerate service that can give good impact on logistics cost, container acceptance, and delivery. One of the efforts in accelerating the service is applying electronic or online delivery order for imported goods. This research was conducted at Agility International by using qualitative and quantitative methods. The data was taken from ten shipment companies in a way judgmental sampling through observation, interview, discussion, and monthly report from KPI. The study used paired sample t test. The result shows that the average of lead time for receiving delivery orders before using online delivery order in 2017 was 1.9560 days and after using online delivery order is 0.9800 days.

Abstract

Halim Perdana Kusuma International Airport is integrated with the development of National Economic Zones, which is included in the implementation of Master Plan for the Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesian Economic Development in Java and Sumatra islands. The operation of Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport is expected to become a locomotive for the economy of its surrounding regions because its presence will encourage the emergence of new centers of growth and economic activities. The operation of Halim Perdana Kusuma airport signifies the seriousness of the Indonesian government in preparing the accelerated development of national connectivity and supporting infrastructures in order to support the trade connectivity and it is projected to be national and regional aviation hub. Service is an act, performance appearance, intangible and it quickly disappears, which can only be consumed but can not be held, where customers can participate more actively in the process of consuming it. Assessment by customers on the performance of service providers will greatly influence the passenger satisfacti. If the passengers with a high level of importance or expectations find the airport performance comparable with their hope, thus it gives satisfaction to the passengers. Passenger satisfaction will have a positive impact on the airport, by which the airport sales volume will likely increase if the passengers' past experience as well as its word of mouth are positive.

Abstract

The utilization of Indonesia’s fisheries potential should be supported by the development of fisheries industry, more specifically by the improvement on fisheries supply chain management. It is needed to preserve the quality and safety of fisheries product from sea to consumers’ table and the sustainable fisheries supply. The fisheries product is perishable therefore the appropriate handling and full controlled process are needed to maintain product quality and safety. In fisheries industry, quality and safety can be maintained by applying good logistic practices (GLoP). GLoP is best practices ofcold chain management supported by quality and safety control system such as good manufacturing practices (GMP), standard sanitation operating procedure (SSOP) and hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP). On the other hand, the sustainability of fisheries supply canbe achieved by applying full controlled resources management. The commitment and cooperation of all parties on fisheries industry, as well as the standard implementation of fishery management is needed to improve quality and quantity of Indonesia’s fisheries products.
