Abstract

Promotion is an important activity to communicate or inform the superiority of the product and persuade prospective customers to purchase the product offered. Location is a decision in which a company makes its business by operating and its staff is placed in a location factor that is right and right so that consumers also have their decision in choosing or buying which will affect the success of a business. The purchasing decision is a stage where consumers have alternative or more choices in deciding whether or not to buy an item or service. This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion and location on purchasing decisions at Kedai Mie Korea. This research is quantitative. The population of this study is consumers who visited the Kedai Mie Korea. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique. The method used is descriptive and verification methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from sales data. Data is processed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that Promotion and Location have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

In Indonesia by 2007, Telkomsel launched TCash as the pioneer of mobile payment service provider. In the next year Indosat launched Dompetku and XL also offered the same service which is XL Tunai in 2012. The interesting part start when GoPay as the newcomer in mobile payment services had the same number of users with TCash. The great market value and the large number of players in the mobile payment business require service providers to understand and capture what consumers really need. Therefore, a model is developed which can represent post-consumer behavior using mobile payment services. This research used a set of questionnaire and valid data gathered from 200 samples from Bandung, Indonesia. We analyzed the data by Partial Least Square. The result shows that the model has a strong predictive power for measuring consumer behavior towards the use of mobile payment and all the hypotheses were accepted.

Abstract

One of the factors that can increase employee productivity, i.e. employee performance. Good employee performance determines the achievement of the agency's productivity. Officers with difficulty adjusting can be the stressor that will impede the process of working. The stress that negatively impacts is called distress and stress that is positively impactful is called eustress. A company needs to conduct a performance assessment on its employees. The Data is a crossection with a nominal scale, essentially using a Likert scale. Employee performance is the result employees work with following their instructions, direction, compensation, and ability. Partial hypothesis test (test-F) significance that variable Stress work discipline variables and working conflicts have a significant effect on employee performance in the economic part of Magelang Regency which stated that there is an influence on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis in this study came the conclusion that work stress, work discipline, and work conflict jointly (simultaneous) affects employees ' performance in the economic part of Magelang regency.

Abstract

The development of technology at this time can facilitate someone in finding the product they want. This is because the availability of information, and access services that can allow someone to get what they want. Fashion products become the influence of various industries, because in the present day someone wants to look neat and fashionable, therefore there are many online businesses with fashion products that exist in Indonsesia. The development of online fashion products can not be separated from the quality of websites that offer convenience, completeness of products and information about products online. However, there are constraints in shopping online that consumers can not feel and see the product directly. Consumers can only read product information through online catalogs and read comments by previous consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine consumer attitudes in online shopping with the quality of websites, electronic worth of mouth, perceived benefits and consumer trust in shopping online. This study uses 220 respondents who have been shopping for fashion products online with purchases less than six months and spread throughout the territory of Indonesia. Data testing is done by using SEM with AMOS software. The findings show that not all the variables tested have significant and expected results. Electronic worth of mouth of the beliefs and perceived benefits in consumer attitudes of online shopping is not significant. This is because, this research is a research attitude toward behavior. It will be difficult to measure the consistency of one's behavior to stay the same between one behavior and another.

Abstract

The need of information is important in the strict of business competition. The quality and result of data information which have been processed affects the strategy and the succeeded in the future. Joenoes Ikamulya is a company concerns in selling product and it use the selling data to be transformed into useful information for the company itself. By counting the forecasting with several forecasting time series method and the error in each method, it is expected that the company could have information and the best result in the forecasting. The results from prediction system were made by 4 forecasting time series method, they are Naïve Approach Method, Single Moving Average Method (with n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), Weighted Moving Average Method, Exponential Smoothing Method (with α = 0.1, 0.5, 0.9), and Trend Projection Method. The result from forecasting chosen from Weight Moving Average method is used as selling product prediction D Boday Wash and Evany, however, the result from Trend Projection method is used as selling profuct prediction for Aganol, Ligent, dan Porstex.

Abstract

Nowadays digital technology provides benefits for the business development process in a company. Astra Motor Kedungsari Magelang also utilizes digital technology through the Motorku Express application service. This service is a form of appreciation for all Astra Motor Kedungsari Magelang customers. However, not all customers know the usefulness of the Motorku Express application. Therefore Astra Motor Kedungsari Magelang requires a strategy to promote the Motorku Express application to customers in order to increase the effectiveness of the application utilization. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Motorku Express application based on SWOT analysis to formulate a promotion strategy. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that uses interviews, observation, and literature review as a method of data collection. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the formulation of strategies that can be applied is the WO strategy by increasing promotion strategies using mass selling by utilizing social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Line, E-mail, radio, television, and Youtube as promotional tools, conducting sales promotion strategies by giving discounts or even free service discounts by using the Motorku Express application for one year specifically to purchase a motorbike at Astra Motor, attend events for promotion, free shipping costs to attract consumers and offers purchasing programs every month.

Abstract

The type of research carried out using a quantitative approach with the research method used is survey research using questionnaires as a means of collecting basic data. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. To determine the sample to be used, the researcher used incidental sampling techniques. The regression test results show that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.491 or if it uses a percentage of 49.1%. This means that the independent variable or independent variable, namely product quality, service quality, and price together (simultaneously) affects the dependent variable or dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction by 49.1% while the remaining 50.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the variable quality product, service quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction with the results of the calculated F value of 32.855 greater than the F table which is 2.700. The results of the t-test show that the product quality variable gets at a value of 2.467, the service quality gets at a count of 3.368 and the price gets a value of 4.088 t where the t table value is 1.985. So partially the product quality, service quality, and price variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction PT. Watertech Estate Cikarang.

Abstract

The background of this research is the decrease in employee performance. The issue should be addressed immediately because the optimal and standardized employee performance is important and can support the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance in the XYZ Office. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study were employees of the XYZ Office. The type of research used is descriptive, derivative, and the method used is an explanatory survey with a research sample of all units of analysis (population) that is 145 employees of the XYZ Office. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 23.0 computer software. Based on the results of the study can be seen that training and discipline work simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Jayamandiri Gemasejati is a company engaged in the Yamaha Motor and Spare Parts Sales Industry. This study aims to describe how the method used in this study is a descriptive method using a descriptive approach. Analysis of research data was carried out by identifying various internal and external factors through PT Jayamandiri Gemasejati's IFE, EFE, and SWOT matrix analysis. The identification and mapping of the key factors of the IFE and EFE matrices indicate that PT Jayamandiri Gemasejati is in a strong position and can well take advantage of opportunities and deal with existing threats with the strength they have, where Total IFE shows 2.69 and Total EFE shows 3,22 which indicates a strong internal and external position.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of awareness of Civil Servants (PNS) to carry out the obligation to pay professional zakat, even after the BAZNAS conducted socialization to related agencies. The purpose of this research is to Analyze the Strategies of Collecting Professional Civil Servant Zakat in Amil Zakat Board in Sukabumi City. This research is based on field data using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collected using observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. This research found that there is a strategy used by BAZNAS in the management of professional zakat through socialization. Through socialization, BAZNAS immediately went to the field to visit the muzzaki candidates who were focused on civil servants (Civil Servants) through related agencies. As for the collection, the community comes directly to the BAZNAS office or can also be transferred to the BAZNAS account. In this study also found constraints faced by BAZNAS in carrying out management, especially professional zakat, namely the civil servants assume that civil servants' salaries do not meet Nishob, not calculated with benefits. After joining the basic wage with the allowance, the civil servant reaches Nishob to pay the zakat of the profession.
