Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal Kerja, Perputaran Piutang dan Penjualan terhadap Laba Bersih melalui laporan keuangan tahunan selama 3 tahun dengan 20 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda (multiliniear regression analysis) dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Modal Kerja (X1) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih (Y), secara parsial Perputaran Piutang (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih (Y), secara parsial Persediaan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih (Y), secara parsial Penjualan (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih (Y). Sedangkan secara simultan baik Modal Kerja, Perputaran Piutang, Persediaan dan Penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the professional competence of Islamic Education teachers in utilizing google classroom. Researchers used this type of library research by examining data from sources related to research problems in the form of textbooks, scientific journals, e-books, and sources related to the professional competence of Islamic Education teachers. The findings of the study show that a professional competent Islamic Education teacher must be able to master all kinds of things related to Islamic Education learning, both in terms of material, strategy, evaluation and being able to develop Islamic Education learning media. The professional competences that must be possessed by a teacher are pedagogical, social, personal and professional competencies. Meanwhile, to improve the ability of Islamic Education teachers in the field of technology can use learning media, for example by using the google classroom application. By utilizing these learning media, it is hoped that the teacher can develop PAI learning media that is not only done face-to-face but also online, so that it can have a good impact to strengthen the relationship between teacher and students.

Abstract

Reading the Al-Qur’an is one way to acquire glory and primacy on the side of god communication is an important part of human life. So too is harmonious communication a desirable situation in the family. The family also has an important role to play in the development of a child's character, especially the morals of each child. Teaching children morality early on helps them socialize in families, neighborhoods, schools, and communities. Consistent with what is taught, children become accustomed to behaviors that reflect religious values. Implanting values and moral materials should go hand in hand by instilling virtue and overbearing children in moral behavior. This study is intended for us as parents to know what communication a child wants to have and how parents' role in instilling moral values is to make children have good character. Research methods use qualitative research methods. Research indicates that children's communication that should be understood by parents is important to children. In the cultivation of moral values also parents cannot follow the same manner of speaking or communication as their fellow adults. For when implanting value to children, parents must choose a young vocabulary that is understood and understood by the child

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi ini kita ketahui banyak terjadinya peristiwa yang mengindikasikan terjadinya penurunan nilai moral yang menandakan nilai-nilai karakter pada siswa sekarang perlahan memudar. Dimana dua diantaranya karakter komunikatif dan tanggung jawab siswa. Masih sering kita jumpai siswa yang kurang aktif dalam bertanya kepada guru/teman saat pembelajaran ataupun kerjasama dalam suatu diskusi kelompok, dan juga masih dijumpai siswa yang kurang serius dalam mengerjakan sesuatu di kelas ataupun dalam hal menyelesaikan tugas dan latihan yang telah diberikan. Sehingga, sangat diperlukan pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter pada siswa sekarang ini melalui pendidikan karakter. Menyediakan perangkat pembelajaran berupa RPP bermuatan karakter dengan model teams games tournament adalah salah satu solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Menghasilkan RPP bermuatan karakter materi garis dan sudut dengan model teams games tournament di kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang valid merupakan tujuan penelitian ini. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp yang disederhanakan menjadi empat tahap yaitu investigasi awal, perancangan, realisasi/ kontruksi, dan tes,evaluasi, dan revisi. Pada tahap tes, evaluasi, dan revisi dilakukan uji validitas oleh tiga validator. Hasil uji validitas terhadap RPP yang dikembangkan menunjukkan RPP memenuhi kriteria valid. Sehingga, dihasilkan RPP bermuatan karakter materi garis dan sudut dengan model teams games tournament di kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang valid.

Abstract

Abstract: There have been several academic works at the international level on the role of religion in times of crisis or the relationship between religion and resilience. In this paper, I discuss important arguments in the literature, then bring them into the context of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. This paper underlines that religion can play a positive role or a negative role in times of crisis. Evidence from religious discourses about the Corona outbreak demonstrates this duality. But the findings of previous researchers on prayers, as well as my own findings on philanthropy, show equally strongly that religion is part of the solution during the pandemic. Abstrak: Telah ada beberapa karya ilmiah di tingkat internasional mengenai peran agama di masa krisis atau hubungan agama dengan ketangguhan (resiliensi). Dalam paper ini, saya mendiskusikan argumen-argumen penting dalam literatur tersebut, lalu membawanya ke dalam konteks Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Paper ini menggaris-bawahi bahwa agama bisa berperan positif atau berperan negatif dalam masa krisis. Bukti-bukti dari wacana keagamaan tentang wabah Corona menunjukkan dualitas ini. Namun temuan dari beberapa peneliti sebelumnya tentang doa, serta temuan saya sendiri tentang filantrofi menunjukkan sama kuatnya bahwa agama menjadi bagian dari solusi semasa pandemi

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengalaman Belajar Lapangan Kesehatan Masyarakat (PBL KESMAS) tahun 2022 dilakukan oleh Kelompok 20 di wilayah RW 006 Kelurahan Cireundeu, Kecamatan Ciputat Timur, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Provinsi Banten. Tujuan dari kegiatan PBL KESMAS ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran permasalahan kesehatan yang dijadikan sebagai prioritas, yaitu Demam Berdarah Dangue (DBD) di RW 006, Kelurahan Cireundeu, Kecamatan Ciputat Timur, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Provinsi Banten tahun 2022. Diperoleh data sekunder dari salah satu petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Cireundeu bahwa jumlah kasus penyakit Demam Berdarah Dangue (DBD) di Puskesmas Cireundeu di tahun 2021 dari bulan April sampai Desember sebanyak 18 kasus dan di tahun 2022 dari bulan Januari sampai Juni sebanyak 26 kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Dari data sekunder tersebut bahwasannya di wilayah RW 006, Kelurahan Cireundeu, Kecamatan Ciputat Timur, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Provinsi Banten menempati posisi tertinggi pada bulan Januari 2022 sebanyak 10 kasus. Metode pada Pengalaman Belajar Lapangan Kesehatan Masyarakat (PBL KESMAS) ini telah dilakukan dengan enam tahapan. Tahap pertama diawali dengan kegiatan Survei Mawas Diri (SMD) yaitu mengumpulkan beberapa lintas sektor untuk mendiskusikan terkait permasalahan yang ingin dijadikan prioritas. Tahap kedua dengan menetapkan tiga prioritas masalah kesehatan dengan metode Bryant, guna memperoleh rincian tiap-tiap masalah kesehatan sehingga akan mendapatkan gambaran terkait permasalahan kesehatan yang ada di wilayah tersebut dengan memberikan nilai (score) untuk tiga permasalahan penyakit yang telah di tetapkan. Tahap ketiga yaitu menyusun beberapa pernyataan terkait Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD), kemudian melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas di Kelurahan Cireundeu. Tahap keempat yaitu menyebar Kuesioner mengenai pencegahan Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) yang dilakukan kepada masyarakat RW 006, sampel tersebut berjumlah 150 orang, hal tersebut dilakukan dengan Teknik Random Sampling dengan metode Cluster Random Sampling. Tahap kelima, yaitu kegiatan Masyarakat Musyawarah Desa (MMD), tujuan dilaksanakannya Masyarakat Musyawarah Desa (MMD) adalah mengenali dan meyakini bahwa terdapat masalah kesehatan di wilayah RW 006 yang diperoleh melalui Survei Mawas Diri (SMD), sehingga masyarakat bersepakat dan berperan aktif untuk menanggulangi masalah kesehatan melalui beberapa upaya pencegahan penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Tahap keenam yaitu kegiatan intervensi yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan serta mengubah penyebaran penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD).

Abstract

This research is intended to provide an understanding of Islamic financial accounting standards. In carrying out its sharia principles, sharia banks must also uphold the values of justice, trust, partnership, transparency and mutual benefit for both the bank and for customers which are the pillars in carrying out muamalah activities . With the rapid growth rate of Islamic Financial Institutions in the world, an appropriate standard is needed in presenting financial reports to overcome differences in the preparation of each country. The role of AAOIFI in this regard has greatly contributed in terms of the formulation of standards, although in practice there are many obstacles to its application, moreover the standard that is widely used by countries is IFRS and it is not easy for countries to adopt AAOIFI standards in a short time . Most of the standards used by Islamic banking follow the AAOIFI standards adopted in the Sharia PSAK but in relation to IFRS standards are also applied as long as they do not conflict with sharia principles and values.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to analyze the political power of the caliph as a whole. Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama is an organization that has always been active in supporting the khiffah in making political contention successful, this is also evidenced by the election of the Governor of East Java in 2018, nahdiyin residents participated in the victory starting from mass mobilization at the grassroots level to consolidation at the nahdiyin elite level. The research method used is a qualitative method that seeks to understand social phenomena in depth. The results of this discussion are concrete evidence that the NU organization is the largest community organization in Indonesia and that strong solidarity has become a source of political strength for the caliph. Apart from that, identity branding as a woman has succeeded in becoming a source of Khofifah's political strength. Khofifah is a successful female figure, even though Khofifah's brand identity is not instantaneous. There are many things that must be taken by Khofifah, including massive communication, also known as a clean political actor. Corruption, with a clean track record, is certainly a strength for Khofifah in increasing her electability, this will add to the weight of the voter's decision, especially in the rational voter segment.

Abstract

The division of inheritance does not always run smoothly. Many disputes occur between the heirs, both before and after the distribution of the inheritance. Disputes can be resolved by mediation, either out of court (non-litigation) or in court (litigation). Settlement of disputes over the division of inheritance by way of mediation is an alternative that can create a harmonious family atmosphere. Inheritance disputes can be resolved by mediation in court (litigation) because inheritance disputes are the absolute authority of the Religious Court. This research aims to find out the process of resolving inheritance disputes through the media. In this research using a qualitative method with a literature study approach, data is obtained from published studies and analyzed to obtain actual conclusions. The results showed that mediation provides many advantages for heirs compared to dispute resolution through the court. The advantages of the mediation process can strengthen the family relationship of the heirs and the dispute ends in a peaceful manner. The advantages that will be obtained, namely: First. Mediation can resolve disputes quickly, effectively and relatively cheaply compared to taking the dispute to court. Second. In the mediation process, the parties are not pressured by any party so that the outcome of the mediation is the agreement of the parties themselves. Third. Mediation produces an outcome that can end a dispute without causing hostility in the future.
