Abstract

Pendidikan agama telah lama diakui sebagai pilar utama dalam pembentukan karakter dan moral individu. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran yang dimainkan oleh pendidikan agama dalam proses pembangunan moral, serta untuk mengidentifikasi solusi-solusi yang dapat diimplementasikan dan tantangan-tantangan yang perlu diatasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitasnya. Dalam konteks global yang semakin kompleks dan beragam, pendidikan agama dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, mulai dari pluralisme agama hingga laju modernisasi dan sekulerisasi. Namun, dengan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang nilai-nilai universal dan kerjasama antaragama, pendidikan agama dapat menjadi solusi yang penting dalam mempromosikan toleransi, empati, dan pemahaman antarbudaya. Melalui pendekatan yang holistik dan terintegrasi, solusi-solusi inovatif dapat dikembangkan, termasuk penggunaan teknologi untuk mendukung pembelajaran agama yang inklusif dan partisipatif. Meskipun demikian, tantangan-tantangan seperti kurikulum yang kurang fleksibel dan pemahaman yang sempit tentang agama masih menjadi halangan yang perlu diatasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian dan upaya berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan peran pendidikan agama dalam membangun moral, menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih adil, inklusif, dan harmonis.

Abstract

In this article, dishonest practices in muamalah (gaining profits without considering the losses of buyers), selling goods that are not in accordance with promotions, and often committing fraud in weighing are common problems. Furthermore, the development of wealth that is exploitative towards other groups often occurs, with profit considered as the main priority. In fact, maintaining the principles of muamalah in a sustainable manner will bring balanced benefits to sellers and buyers. This discussion will descriptively explain the principles of muamalah, and raise the study of principles and principles in muamalah. The provisions and restrictions of muamalah should create benefits for all parties and avoid any harm. For example, the prohibition of usury by Allah is due to the many disadvantages in it, which can even cause systemic destruction in the macroeconomic aspects of society and the state.

Abstract

This objective discusses the transfer of functions of waqf assets in the perspective of Islamic law and waqf law in Indonesia. In the fiqh literature, there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding the prohibition of selling or converting waqf assets. Some scholars interpret this prohibition literally, thus arguing that waqf assets, such as mosques and mosque equipment, may not be sold or exchanged, even if they are no longer usable. However, there are scholars who understand that the prohibition only applies to waqf that can still be utilised, while old waqf that is no longer useful may be sold or exchanged. This opinion is particularly adopted by scholars who follow the school of Ahmad bin Hanbal, as explained in Ibn Qudamah's al-Muqni. Meanwhile, the Constitution of Islamic Law (KHI) explains that waqf assets basically cannot be changed or used other than the waqf pledge. However, there is a dispensation mechanism that allows the transfer of the function of waqf property with the approval of the sub-district Religious Affairs Office, the Sub-district Ulema Council, and the local Sub-district Head, provided that the reason for the transfer is in accordance with the public interest or because the waqf property is no longer in accordance with the waqf pledge. Waqf Law No. 41/2004 also regulates the transfer of waqf property functions. In principle, waqf assets are prohibited from being used as collateral, confiscated, granted, sold, inherited, donated, and transferred in other forms. However, there is an exception if the waqf asset is used for the public interest in accordance with the general spatial plan and does not conflict with Islamic law. Waqf assets that undergo a change in status must be exchanged for assets that have at least the same benefits and exchange value as the original waqf assets.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kewarganegaraan pada siswa kelas VII SMP IT Darul Abror melalui implementasi metode pembelajaran interaktif. Mengingat pentingnya pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk karakter siswa sebagai warga negara yang baik dan bertanggung jawab, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah rendahnya tingkat pemahaman dan minat siswa terhadap materi kewarganegaraan. Dengan menggunakan desain PTK yang terdiri dari siklus perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi, penelitian ini mencoba mengintegrasikan teknik pembelajaran interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan simulasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman kewarganegaraan siswa, yang diukur melalui pre-test dan post-test, serta peningkatan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran interaktif terbukti efektif dalam mendorong keterlibatan siswa, memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam tentang nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan, dan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan konsep-konsep kewarganegaraan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap praktik pendidikan kewarganegaraan di Indonesia dengan menawarkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran civik siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa guru kewarganegaraan dapat mengadopsi metode pembelajaran interaktif sebagai strategi efektif untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa dan mempersiapkan mereka menjadi warga negara yang informasi, kritis, dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

In this paper, the practice of buying and selling benches in favourite schools has become an increasingly troubling problem in various schools. This research aims to analyse the control strategies that can be implemented by schools and the government in dealing with this phenomenon. Through a qualitative approach, we conducted case studies in several favourite schools and collected data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of this study identified several strategies that can be used by schools and the government to control the practice of bench buying and selling. Firstly, schools can increase surveillance in school areas, install CCTV, and raise students' awareness about the legal and ethical consequences of this practice. Secondly, the government can enforce stricter regulations related to bench buying and selling in the school environment and provide strict sanctions for the perpetrators. In addition, this research also highlights the importance of collaboration between schools and the government in addressing this issue. By combining their efforts, it is expected to create an educational environment that is safer and free from the practice of bench buying and selling. The implementation of effective control strategies will provide great benefits to the favourite schools and the education community as a whole.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the learning process at home for early childhood during the covid-19 pandemic in PAUD or kindergarten located in Bahorok village, Langkat District, North Sumatra. This research uses inductive qualitative research. This research was conducted for kindergarten or early childhood teachers who are members of HIMPAUDI in the Bahorok village. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used in this study using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of interviews and observations, there are still many obstacles experienced by parents and teachers in giving assignments and teaching children via online.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss how Islamic education programmes are structured and adapted to the needs of the modern era and achieve the expected results through such education. The modern era is characterised by rapid technological advancements, where generations of learners tend to be more skilled in using modern devices since their childhood, in contrast to previous generations who may be less familiar with technology. Because of this difference, it is important to adjust the Islamic education curriculum to be relevant to the lifestyles and preferences of learners who come from this modern generation. This paper is a synthesis of various thoughts that have been reviewed through a literature research approach, which aims to find pre-existing ideas and findings. The purpose of this synthesis is to formulate new ideas in response to the challenges and opportunities that arise in this technological era. This is important because the world is constantly changing and evolving, so Islamic education must also adapt to remain relevant and effective. What needs to be emphasised in the development of Islamic education in this modern era is the adaptation of learning materials into digital formats as well as nurturing generations of Muslims to achieve success. Adaptation of learning materials into digital formats is important to facilitate learning that is more interactive, accessible, and in line with the preferences of modern generations of learners who are more likely to use technology in their daily lives. Meanwhile, fostering a generation of Muslims to achieve success both in this world and the hereafter emphasises the importance of personality development, skills, and Islamic values that can guide them towards a fruitful and harmonious life.

Abstract

This paper provides an in-depth review of the economic anthropology of farmers and Islamic values in the context of Sabapadang community life. The Sabapadang community, which is characterised by agricultural activities as one of the main sources of their economy, is also reflected in their views on Islamic values in their daily lives. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the patron-client relationship that occurs between rubber tree penderes and sap tauke in the Sabapadang community. The main objectives of this study were to reveal the economic living conditions of the rubber tree penderes in Sabapadang village, identify the patterns of patron-client relationships underlying their interactions with the sap tauke, and analyse the factors that maintain the sustainability of these relationships. The results show that rubber tree penderes are continuously involved in economic interactions with the sap tauke. The Sabapadang community is highly dependent on the tauke in their economic aspects. One prominent form of interaction is when penderes experience financial difficulties and borrow money from the tauke. In return, penderes are required to sell their sap to the tauke, often at a lower price than the market price, with no fixed timing. The patron-client relationship between the rubber tree penderes and the sap tauke is maintained smoothly because both parties need each other, both economically and socially.
