Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi berbasis Computer Vision membuat berbagai aplikasi pengolahan citra menjadi semakin mudah untuk digunakan oleh siswa. Namun, kemudahan tersebut tidak selalu diikuti dengan pemahaman mengenai bagaimana teknologi tersebut bekerja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar mengenai pengolahan citra digital dan Computer Vision kepada siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui penyampaian materi dan praktik sederhana menggunakan Google Teachable Machine, kemudian dievaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar indikator mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan (p < 0,05). Di sisi lain, siswa juga menunjukkan respon yang sangat positif dengan tingkat minat dan persepsi yang berada pada kategori tinggi hingga sangat tinggi. Meskipun demikian, beberapa konsep dasar seperti pixel dan resolusi masih perlu diperdalam. Namun secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman sekaligus menumbuhkan ketertarikan siswa terhadap teknologi Computer Vision.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan pengendalian hipertensi pada pekerja migran melalui pemberdayaan komunitas berbasis Participatory Action Research. Metode yang digunakan menekankan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program secara berkelanjutan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan perilaku kesehatan berdasarkan skor pretest dan posttest. Pendekatan ini efektif karena memanfaatkan interaksi sosial dan pembelajaran kolektif dalam komunitas. Program ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan kesehatan mandiri dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Siomay merupakan salah satu kuliner khas Indonesia. Lokasi usaha berada di wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Kegiatan usaha ini masih terbatas pada penjualan melalui konsumen langsung ke lokasi usaha, sehingga belum menggunakan platform digital. Sehingga belum menjangkau pemasaran secara luas. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini mendampingi pemilik usaha dalam proses digitalisasi melalui pembuatan dan pemanfaatan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, pembuatan akun dan qris. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukan adanya perolehan pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai cara mengelola aplikasi untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Dengan demikian, hasil kegiatan pendampingan ini berhasil mendukung modernisasi usaha kuliner siomay agar tetap relevan di era digital

Abstract

This community service program aims to realize the Halal, Safe, and Healthy (KHAS) Area in the Nusantara Islamic University (UNINUS) canteen towards a campus-based halal ecosystem. UNINUS as an Islamic university has the responsibility to guarantee halal consumption for 6,635 academics. The SIKOMIN canteen, managed by the SIMANTRA Cooperative with 14 tenants, is a strategic locus. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) through the stages of problem identification, participatory planning, implementation, and reflection, which began with a Systematic Literature Review of 21 AI-assisted journals. Implementation includes socialization, training, and mentoring of tenants in the application of KHAS standards and the halal certification process with the support of the Salman Halal Center ITB. The results show an increase in halal literacy, changes in tenant behavior, and strengthening canteen governance. Institutionally, the program encourages the establishment of the UNINUS Halal Center and has the potential to develop a halal ecosystem in the surrounding community. Abstract

Perkembangan Internet of Things (IoT) dan Machine Learning menuntut mahasiswa vokasi memiliki literasi teknologi yang relevan dengan sistem elektronika modern. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat literasi teknologi mahasiswa melalui diseminasi pengetahuan berbasis kolaborasi internasional. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Program Studi Teknologi Rekayasa Sistem Elektronika Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Negeri Malang dengan menghadirkan narasumber dari Universiti Teknologi MARA Malaysia. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 40 mahasiswa, dan seluruh peserta mengisi angket evaluasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan kegiatan, diseminasi pengetahuan, diskusi interaktif, serta evaluasi respons peserta menggunakan angket skala Likert 1–5. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan respons sangat positif, dengan rata-rata keseluruhan skor 4,43 dan mayoritas aspek berada pada kategori sangat baik. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan respons positif terhadap penguatan literasi teknologi mahasiswa vokasi, terutama pada pemahaman konsep, relevansi materi, kebermanfaatan kegiatan, serta kebutuhan tindak lanjut berupa workshop teknis.

Abstract

The development of industrial automation requires vocational students to have relevant competencies in control systems, robotics, and applied electronic technology. This community service activity aimed to support vocational students’ industrial automation competencies through a Control System Engineering workshop that combined expert lectures and technical practice. The activity was conducted over two days at the Faculty of Vocational Studies, Universitas Negeri Malang, involving 32 students. The first day focused on material delivery, discussion, and conceptual reinforcement of control systems, while the second day emphasized technical practice, device demonstrations, and robotics project consultation. Evaluation was conducted through observation, documentation, and participant response questionnaires. The evaluation results showed a very good response, with an overall mean score of 4.46. This activity contributed to supporting participants’ understanding of control systems, robotics applications, and the need for sustainable industrial automation project development.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The flood that hit one of the areas in Ketambe District, Southeast Aceh Regency in 2025, namely Simpur Jaya Village, was an event that not only left physical damage, but also shook the social and economic foundations of the community. In this situation, the community faced various limitations including access to basic needs. Carrying out community service activities as a form of real response through student programs that have an impact with a community empowerment approach in assisting post-disaster recovery through home-based livestock and gardening. The purpose of the activity was to increase student awareness of the conditions and needs of disaster-affected communities, support efforts to strengthen community capacity, strengthen the role of student organizations in community empowerment and realize the application of science, technology and innovation according to the needs and potential of the community. The activity was carried out for 20 days. The community service were 3 lecturers from various study programs and 50 students, target partners (farmer groups, livestock breeders and family nutrition groups), and cooperation partners. The method of implementing the activity used the Participatory Action Research method. The results of the activity showed the achievement of the availability of livestock land, chicken and duck coops made from local materials, the availability of vegetable gardens with various types of vegetables such as salad, mustard greens, cayenne pepper and tomatoes, the availability of digital showcases and product promotions in wide reach, as well as ongoing commitment by farmer and livestock groups to achieve results from the development of home-based livestock and home gardening in realizing strengthening nutrition and community welfare.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in rural areas of Blitar Regency, East Java, with the aim of increasing environmental awareness and opening economic opportunities through participatory teak planting. The program was motivated by the low utilization of vacant land and limited employment opportunities for the village community, the majority of whom work as farm laborers. The activities were carried out on land covering more than 10 hectares spread across several villages, involving 20 local workers, consisting of core and seasonal workers. The methods used included environmental education, socialization of the benefits of teak wood, technical training on planting and maintenance, and collective tree planting. A participatory approach was key to fostering a sense of community responsibility. The results showed an increased community understanding of environmental conservation and long-term economic benefits. In addition, the program also created local jobs and reduced the need to migrate, thus creating sustainable social, economic, and environmental impacts.

Abstract

This community service activity focused on strengthening digital promotion capacity through website development as a school marketing medium. The main challenges faced by partners were limited effective promotional media, low digital visibility, and the suboptimal use of information technology to attract prospective students. The objective of this activity was to increase school competitiveness through innovative website-based promotional media integrated with digital marketing strategies. The method used was Participatory Action Research, which emphasized active collaboration between the implementation team and the school. The results of the activity demonstrated improved digital content management capabilities and significantly increased the reach of school promotions.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to form a Tourism Awareness Group as a forum for organizing the community in managing the potential of coffee agrotourism in Cipaganti Village, Garut Regency, West Java. This village has superior potential in the form of Arabica coffee and Ateng coffee which have not been managed optimally due to the absence of community-based tourism institutions. The approach used is Participatory Action Research PAR which emphasizes active community participation in every stage of the activity from identifying planning problems to evaluation. The expected result is the formation of Pokdarwis which functions as a driver of the local economy, increasing community capacity in tourism management and increasing the added value of coffee products through tourism-based processing and marketing. The findings of the activity show that strengthening community-based institutions is able to increase collective awareness of the community in managing village potential and opening up new economic opportunities based on sustainable tourism.
