Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pesawaran Regency. The type of research used in this study is an explanatory research model. This study used 27 research respondents. There are three variables in this study, namely: 2 (two) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) dependent variable where organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) are independent variables and employee performance (Y) is the dependent variable. . Based on data analysis, it has been found that the answers to the hypothesis are as follows; There is an influence of organizational culture (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence of 46.2%. There is an effect of work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with an influence level of 13.6%. There is an influence of organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) together on employee performance (Y) with an influence level of 55.4%.

Abstract

Wages or salaries is an income, but the income does not always in term of Wages or salaries. Revenue that is also the type of other income, for example, profits from the sales of goods entrusted to someone, as brokerage commissions and other income in the administration in the form fees.The policies of payment of wages have been the problems that always lead to conflict which was never completed from year to year.Determination of remuneration policies, especially for employers and workers are expected to provide fairness and legal certainty in the implementation of the employment relationship so that the interests of the parties according to expectations in providing the realization of rights and obligations, as appropriate.Policies include wage-setting authority to wage determination process, the implementation of the wage, calculation, and payment of wages and wage control that must be done continuously by the Government.

Abstract

Employee performance (work performance) results from work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties according to the responsibilities assigned to him. Thus, performance is essential for the organization or organization and the employees themselves. Therefore, employee performance will run effectively if it is supported by motivation and work discipline. The research objective in this thesis is to examine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Class I Agricultural Quarantine Center in Bandar Lampung. This study used a research sampling method with a total of 97 respondents. The analysis is used using quantitative analysis and data processing using the SPSS program.. The results showed that work motivation positively affects employee performance with an influence contribution of 39.3%. Furthermore, work discipline also positively affects employee performance with an impact contribution of 31.6%. The regression test shows that together there is a positive influence between Work Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of the two variables X1 and X2 on Y is 45.7%, other variables outside of this study influence the remaining 54.3%.

Abstract

The cultural approach to implementing public infrastructure policies is new. The approaches commonly used in implementing policies are structural approaches (organizational roles), procedural and management approaches (network planning and control; program evaluation and review techniques), behavioral approaches: communication, complete information at each stage and a political approach (interdepartemental aspects of politics). This shows that, the cultural approach is an innovation of policy implementation to establish a model of policy implementation innovation with a cultural approach, researchers investigate in a case study of a simultaneous village building program (GSM) in the Tulang Bawang regency of Lampung Province. This study uses a qualitative approach that describes and explains the symptoms and trends in phenomena that appear at the research location.The results obtained, the implementation of the GSMK program is based on the value of mutual cooperation which in local terms Lampung is called sakai sambayan. Sakai Sambayan, covering a broad understanding, such as mutual cooperation, help to help, tolerance to others and to others both morally and materially at times of pleasure and distress.This value provides a spirit in the implementation of the GSMK program in Tulang Bawang Regency. The GSMK program is a movement carried out by, from, and for the people of Tulang Bawang Regency to do good together in an effort to accelerate infrastructure development in 147 villages simultaneously throughout the Tulang Bawang Regency with a budget sourced from non-government organizations, private parties from each village and Community Direct Assistance (BLM) of the APBD of Tulang Bawang Regency. This program is considered quite successful by many people, the innovation of cultural approaches in the implementation of policies makes it an alternative so that policies can be successful and goals can be achieved.Keywords: Implementation of infrastructure programs, simultaneous movement to build villages, cultural approaches.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence and supervision on employee performance. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of competence and supervision either partially or simultaneously on employee performance. The sample used in this study amounted to 36 employees. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS version 21.0 statistical tools including the calculation of the validity test, reliability test, linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of testing the hypothesis of the influence of competence on performance partially show that competence has a positive influence on performance with a contribution of 50.6%. Supervision has a positive influence on performance with a contribution of 41.3%. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that competence and supervision together have a positive influence on performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and competence on PT employees' performance. Lampung Regional Development Bank. The hypothesis of this research is that promotion and competence affect the performance of employees in PT. Lampung Regional Development Bank.This research uses 56 employees as a sample. The research data techniques use the questionnaire method, documentation and observation. The data analysis method uses a quantitative approach with SPSS version 21.0 statistical tools, including the A validation test calculation, reliability test, linear regression test, T test, F test and coefficient of determination test.The hypothesis is the effect of job promotion on performance partially shows that job promotion has an effect on employee performance with a 61.8 % contribution. Competence affects employee performance with a 58 % contribution. Promotion and competence together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance with a 61.8 % contribution. The remaining 38.2% are other variables not examined, such as leadership style, discipline and so on.

Abstract

The research was conducted at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital Lampung Province. This study used 18 respondents. The variables in this study are: 2 (two) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) dependent variable where discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) are independent variables and employee performance (Y) is the dependent variable. Quantitative analysis uses a simple regression equation with partial hypothesis testing using the T test, and multiple linear regression equations with partial hypothesis testing using the F test. From the results of data processing, it has been found that the answers to the hypothesis are as follows; there was influence of discipline (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence (R-square) of 73.0%, which means that discipline has an effect of 73.0% on employee performance. There was influence of motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence of 48.6% which means that motivation has an influence of 48.6% on employee performance. There was influence of discipline (X1), motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y), with an influence level of 81.0% which means that discipline and motivation have an influence of 81.0% on employee performance.

Abstract

The internet has a very important role in education. Many activities are done through internet network. AMIK DCC Bandar Lampung is an educational institution that uses the internet as one of the supporting facilities and infrastructures to manage and organize the data and information used by the student to find references about the lecture. There are three buildings on the main campus building A building B and C buildings, where each building using wireless LAN to deploy internet access. There are some complaints submitted by students related wireless network encourage researchers to study the quality of service wireless LAN. Thus the researchers wanted to analyze the Quality of Service wireless LAN networks in building A, building B, and C, in each floor. The method used in this research is Quality of Services (QOS). Where an analysis wireless network by four parameters. There are namely delay, packet loss, bandwidth, and throughput. The results of the measurement and monitoring of Quality of Service wireless LAN at AMIK DCC Bandar Lampung in building A, building B, C on each floor of the building can be classified in the category of poor, and the factors that occurred in the signal range cannot cover every room in every building and have not bandwidth management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of marketing strategies in increasing consumen attractiveness at Cafe Kiyo Bandar Lampung. This research method uses a questionnaire. The sample of this study amounted to 32 respondents. The statustucal test was carried out using PLS-based Structurel Equation Modeling. Validity test using Cronbach’s Alpha Value, composite reliability and Average Variance Exstracted (AVE). Of the hypotheses proposed, there are two 3 hypotheses proposed,there are that were rejected. The conclusion of this study is the price has a positive but not significant effect on the Cafe Kiyo Bandar Lampung place. The product has a positive but not significant effect on the Cafe Kiyo Bandar Lampung , promotion has a positive and significant effect on the Cafe Kiyo Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The research carried out is descriptive quantitative research. This study used 35 research respondents. There are three variables in this study, namely: 2 (two) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) dependent variable where Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) as independent variables and Employee Performance (Y) as dependent variable . The method used is primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of data analysis, it has been found that the answers to the hypothesis are as follows; There is an influence of Leadership Style (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) with an influence level of 42.9%. There is an influence of Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), with an influence level of 36.4% There is an influence of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), with an influence level of 52.8%
