Abstract

Roads are land transportation infrastructure which includes all parts of the road including its complementary buildings which are designated for land vehicle traffic except railroads. In general, there are 2 types of road pavement structures in Indonesia, namely rigid pavement with the main material being concrete, then flexible pavement with the main material being a mixture of asphalt or Asphalt concrete. Asphalt mixture consists of several aggregates of a certain size and asphalt as a binder. Asphalt is generally made from the process of refining petroleum, but the longer the availability of petroleum will be depleted and increasingly expensive. This problem opened the idea of developing polymer modified asphalt by adding polymer ingredients to reduce the use of petroleum and increase the quality of asphalt. The Ministry of PUPR through the Director General of Highways applies rules regarding asphalt with PG70 polymer modification through the 2018 General Specifications. In this study a marshall test was carried out on PG70 polymer modified asphalt used for the Sidoarjo - Malang Road preservation project with pen 60-70 oil asphalt as a comparison. The results obtained by asphalt concrete with PG70 polymer modified asphalt have a greater marshall quotient value proving that PG70 polymer modified asphalt has better quality than asphalt concrete with pen 60/70 oil asphalt.

Abstract

Mathematical poetry is considered capable of developing a culture of reading, writing, and arithmetic in the process of learning mathematics. This study aims to identify and describe the development process and the quality of the results of the development of a mathematical poetry e-book. To achieve this, the research and development (R&D) method with the 4D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate) is applied without carrying out the fourth stage. The development process begins with the define stage, which includes analyzing curriculum, needs, and materials as well as developing competency achievement indicators. After that, product prototypes were designed at the design stage, then consulted with three experts as validators at the development stage before being tested on teachers and students to find out their practicality and effectiveness. The findings of this study include the development of a mathematical poetry e-book in pdf format that is: 1) very valid in terms of material, media, and poetry aspects, with a validity value of 4.56; 2) very practical in terms of ease of use, efficiency of learning time, and benefits of teaching materials, with a practicality value of 4.25; and 3) effective in improving student learning outcomes. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the mathematics poetry e-book in junior high school mathematics as a development product in this study meets the requirements as a quality development product. Nonetheless, a product with new innovations has some advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

Nowadays, information technology plays an important role as a support for daily activities. The role of this information technology is to provide convenience for its users. The development of information technology in banking is developing rapidly, until now there are digital banks. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence customers in the use of digital banks, especially in Indonesia. The research model used in this study is the UTAUT model with the addition of variables fear of financial loss, perceived identity theft, and security & privacy, with behavioral intention and security & privacy as moderation variables. In order to obtain data, data collection in the study was carried out by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. From the questionnaire distributed, the results of 100 respondents of digital bank users were obtained. The results showed that the variables that have the most significant direct influence on Use Behavior in the use of bank digital applications are rerformance expectancy and security & privacy. Meanwhile, effort expectancy can be concluded that it does not have a significant influence on variable use behavior in digital banks, because both through variable moderation and direct effect, the Effort Expectancy factor does not have a significant influence.

Abstract

PT. Guardian Pharmatama is a sizable pharmaceutical firm that has created numerous drug brands. All corporate operations have been carried out in a contemporary manner, so technology has no place in them. PT. Guardian Pharmatama places a lot of emphasis on product offerings and sales methods, similar to other businesses in general, especially for workers who work as medical representatives (abbreviated Medrep or Sales in the pharmaceutical sector). Visits to outlets (hospitals and pharmacies) are how Medrep strives to educate and promote its goods. In reality, however, because it is merely a written report, Medrep has not been able to offer genuine proof of having visited the business. In order to prove that Medrep visited, a system of proof is needed. This proof system will take the form of an application with a tracking feature, a photo upload feature, and an Android-based location point. This application was created using the Mobile-D technique, which was created specifically for building Android mobile applications. With the creation of this application, it is hoped that the sales and marketing divisions will be able to carry out their tasks more efficiently and methodically, the area manager will gain clarity regarding the proof of visits by Medrep staff, and they will be able to assist Medrep staff in creating visit reports.

Abstract

Is the aging process something that all humans should experience? Or is there a way to reverse the process so that aging humans can get back young? We know that after birth, humans go through stages as babies, then become children, teenagers, adults, age, and eventually die. The question is, how can our bodies know when it's time to move on to the next stage? Why does the average human being go from adolescence to physical maturity in their teens and not at 40? This study tested whether these stages can be reversed by making modifications to the Bioenergy program stored in the Hypothalamus, with the aim of making the body think that the stages being undergone are stages from adolescence to adulthood and thus adjusting their conditions. This study was held in two waves and so far, although it is far from perfect, the results obtained by the participants are significant enough to state that the method used is correct and only needs improvement or merging with other methods.

Abstract

Data leakage in indonesia is still regarded as being extremely common, which has led to a low level of confidence among indonesians when it comes to storing their personal data online. The use of blockchain is still not popular in Indonesia. These two technologies may be merged to produce the best technical outcomes, especially in the security area, thanks to technological advancements in the healthcare industry and blockchain technology. The implementation of the EMR blockchain is also capable of facilitating the reach of the patient's medical record history, allowing each patient who receives outpatient or other treatment at one of the XYZ hospitals to easily integrate their medical records when seeking treatment at other branches, even if XYZ hospital just recently acquired another hospital. Data transmission with the standard system is still in doubt since there is no guarantee of the security of the data because the security of the new branch hospital and the acquired hospital cannot be guaranteed securely. The EMR blockchain can help all hospitals in the future by easing their concerns and facilitating hospital system mobilization, particularly in the patient data department.
