Abstract

This study examines how educational background, social-media exposure, and investment knowledge shape individual investors’ interest in sustainable (ESG) stocks in Indonesia. Using a qualitative design with a small confirmatory survey, data were gathered through purposive and snowball sampling via semi-structured interviews with retail investors (until saturation) and a short online questionnaire; tools included an interview guide, NVivo (QSR International) for thematic coding, IBM SPSS Statistics for basic descriptives and reliability checks, and Google Forms for survey administration, complemented by a desk review of OJK/BEI documents and ESG index fact sheets (IDX ESG Leaders, SRI-KEHATI). Findings indicate that finance-related education aligns with stronger, steadier ESG interest; social media often initiates interest but can induce bias and FOMO, while credible sources and community support sustain it; greater investment knowledge improves content filtering and risk–return judgment, reducing noise from social platforms; investors still prioritize risk, return, and liquidity, with lingering concerns about liquidity and greenwashing; clear ESG labels in trading apps and transparent issuer reporting increase stated intent to invest. Overall, interest peaks when financial and sustainability literacy intersect with credible ESG information and accessible products, yet traditional risk–return–liquidity anchors decisions. Limitations include non-probability sampling, modest sample size, Indonesia-centric context, self-reported data, and a cross-sectional design. The study contributes actionable guidance for regulators, the exchange, platforms, and educators to blend literacy programs, credibility cues, and affordable ESG offerings, and enriches behavioral and sustainable finance by showing how education, social media, and knowledge jointly shape ESG investment intentions in an emerging market.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of Sustainability Supply Chain Management (SSCM), Service Innovation, and Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage and Customer Satisfaction at PT X, with Competitive Advantage as a mediating variable. Data from 71 respondents were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that SSCM positively affects Customer Satisfaction (p-value = 0.000) but does not impact Competitive Advantage (p-value = 0.606). Service Innovation has no significant effect on either Competitive Advantage or Customer Satisfaction (p-value = 0.303 and p-value = 0.363). Product Innovation negatively affects Competitive Advantage (p-value = 0.001) but positively impacts Customer Satisfaction (p-value = 0.000). Competitive Advantage mediates the relationship between Product Innovation and Customer Satisfaction (p-value = 0.033), but does not mediate the relationship between SSCM and Customer Satisfaction or Service Innovation and Customer Satisfaction. These findings suggest that PT X should focus on product innovation to enhance competitive advantage, while improving sustainability and service innovation communication to maximize customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study addresses the persistent challenge of strategy execution effectiveness in organizations, by investigating the evolving role of Project Management Offices (PMOs) in managing organizational change. Traditionally viewed as governance entities focused on project monitoring and compliance, PMOs are increasingly repositioning themselves as strategic enablers that integrate project governance with change management to bridge the gap between strategy formulation and execution. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research develops a conceptual framework positioning PMO services as antecedents, organizational change management as a mediating factor, and strategy execution effectiveness as the ultimate outcome. The findings reveal that embedding organizational change management into PMO functions significantly enhances an organization’s capacity to realize strategic goals, emphasizing the people dimension of change as crucial to sustaining strategic initiatives. While limited by its descriptive methodology and reliance on secondary data, this work offers valuable theoretical insights and practical implications for organizations seeking to harness PMOs as catalysts for strategic transformation. It underscores the imperative for PMOs to adopt a service-provider mindset that proactively addresses the people side of change, advocating for a symbiotic partnership between PMO professionals and change managers. Ultimately, this research serves as a call to action for senior leaders and practitioners to reconceptualize PMOs not merely as administrative units but as vital agents of strategic change, where successful execution is as much about people engagement as it is about technical rigor.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the characteristics of the appropriate creative process in art therapy. Through this descriptive analysis, the characteristics of the appropriate work created through the art therapy process will be discovered. The main focus of the study is to analyze the paintings of autistic individuals studied through the art therapy process. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method, namely analyzing the works of 9 autistic children in Yogyakarta, Bandung, and Jakarta. The main focus of the study was to collect qualitative data through interviews, questionnaires, and observations covering the process of representation of the work, namely: (1) the process of objectification, (2) the process of symbolization, and (3) the process of expression. The technique of analyzing the painting is related to the use of symbols and ways of expressing. The results of the study show that the process of creating the work is carried out through an unexpected process, achieving visual surprise (aha erlebnis), honesty in expressing inner thoughts (silent expression), incidental and spontaneous expression (spontaneous expression). However, in some of the individual works studied, visual achievements were found that did not reflect honesty and spontaneity (spontaneous expression). This is likely due to the role of teacher and parent intervention that directed towards a good final result so that it did not reflect the honesty of the child's work

Abstract

The significance of John Calvin for modern times is clearly expressed in these words: "The sixteenth century was an extraordinary century”. Of all the people who made this century great, only Calvin has made broad contributions to the wider country. Calvinism is the name given to the system of thought that was revealed to us by John Calvin. He is recognized as the main initiator of this system, even though he is not the creator of the ideas contained in it. Calvin's theological views, along with other great leaders of the Protestant Reformation (Augustine and Martin Luther), are known as the rise of Augustinianism, which in turn is the same as the revival of the teachings of the Apostle Paul. But it was Calvin who first presented the basics of this view for modern times, in the systematic form and with the special application that we know from his time as Calvinism. Calvinism does not limit itself to theology; Calvinism is a comprehensive system of thought, which includes views on politics, society, science, and art, in addition to theology. A Calvinist tries to apply the truth of the Scriptures. Calvinism does not stop at the church structure, but extends within one system of life, and Calvinism elevates Christianity to the highest spiritual beauty; Calvinism created the church structure, which was a prerequisite for the confederate state; Calvinism developed a political scheme, which gave birth to constitutional government, both in Europe and in America; Calvinism promotes holiness through high moral standards in our social environment. Calvinism places under Church and State, under society and household circles, a strict philosophical conception. This dissertation is written in a qualitative method, "analyzing the data collected in the study, the main findings resulting from the data analysis". Qualitative research usually uses descriptive methods such as observation, data study, using data that can be analyzed through data or literature studies. This dissertation is written from the background of John Calvin's life, his conversion, even since he was a child, Calvin was happy to study law. The author explains the historical context of the institute, as well as the influence of the concept of civil government from Augustine (City of God) and Martin Luther (Two Kingdoms); the explanation is continued with the concept of civil government according to John Calvin, through the principles of government, also explains Calvin's ideas in relation to theocracy.

Abstract

The non-standard variety of the English language is often referred to as uneducated or unintelligent people who come from the lower-class and lower working class. Therefore, the differences in people’s social background will influence the choice of language use in societies. The objectives of the study are to identify the functions of the illocutionary acts spoken by the main character of 8 Mile and to describe the effects of the speech acts used by the main character toward the hearer’s behavior. This research is designed as descriptive qualitative research. The object is the film script of 8 Mile. There are 92 scenes in the 8 Mile film script and a sample of 47 scenes was conducted using a purposive sample technique. As many as 110 of the main character’s utterances of 8 Mile were gathered and treated as the data of this research. The instruments were the researcher herself, helped by the data sheets and several selected relevant guiding books. To gain the validity of the research, the researcher used a triangulation technique by consulting the data with her consultants, asking some of her friends in the English Literature Study Program, and also repeating the observations several times. The findings reveal four functions of the illocutionary acts spoken by the main character of 8 Mile and ten perlocutionary acts used by the main character toward the hearer’s behavior in 8 Mile. The functions of the illocutionary acts are assertive (33.69%), directives (43.70%), commissive (4.08%), and expressive (18.52%). The perlocutionary acts are to convince the hearer (20.59%), to surprise the hearer (4.41%), to bore the hearer (1.96%), to annoy the hearer (1.96%), to frighten the hearer (2.46%), to cause the hearer (33.82%), to insult the hearer (2.94%), to alarm the hearer (0.49%), to make the hearer do something (9.80%), and to make the hearer realize something (21.56%).
