Abstract

We inspect client premium in the utilization of the Mandiri Syariah Mobile application as a type of improvement in the computerized world at one of the Islamic banks in Indonesia. The reason for this review was to decide the impact of control (age, sex, and experience) on the connection between free factors (execution assumptions, exertion, impact of social beliefs, assistance conditions, decadent inspiration, value esteems ??, and propensities) on the reliant variable (conduct expectations and conduct). utilization conduct) which alludes to the Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) II model. The technique is a quantitative methodology with an informative examination plan that intends to clarify the factors to be considered and the impact between one variable and another. Social conditions, assistance conditions, indulgent inspiration, value esteems ??, propensities with conduct expectation factors. Given the consequences of the examination, execution assumptions have the most significant relationship, precisely 43.2% on social goals. Subsequently, this review proposes that before expanding the connection between social aims to utilize conduct, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri needs to reinforce the impact of the seven factors on social goals.

Abstract

Higher education is the face of innovation for any country. The quality and dedication of professors help to maintain quality in this process. With time, parameters were raised to check the quality of professor attributes. In this paper, we discuss all possible parameters taken by universities to evaluate faculty performance. Gradually it grew overhead pressure on professors and impacted the teaching-learning process. Our paper focused on stress parameters with possible solutions for the same issue. The process consists of several parameters to evaluate an employee's performance, such as no publications in conferences and journals, no patents filed, additional responsibilities performed, other qualifications achieved, result in the analysis of courses taught, etc. Still, it also puts a lot of pressure on both of them because they have to balance all this extra work and teaching. This paper focuses on different faculty assessment parameters and their impact on the faculty teaching-learning process. We also propose possible solutions on how this stress can be alleviated, and the existing strategy can be simplified.

Abstract

Natural language processing is one of the essential activities of artificial intelligence. There is an excellent need for chatbots that require integration into artificial intelligence applications. The local language makes the process easier. Our research aims to analyze the possibilities and challenges of implementing a chatbot in the Kumaon language. We also provide a detailed survey of the Kumaon language and map it to other languages to make it easier to process it for industrial use. This chatbot can help with various needs and services in the Kumaon language. The method used in this research is a study analysis of the Kumaon language to deal with language extinction. The novelty in this research is a chatbot in the Kumaon language with end-to-end encryption so that the service user has good security.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the economic and industrial growth of a country. Almost 90% of all activities in the world are contributed by SMEs. In addition, SMEs contribute to employment. Empirical studies show that SMEs internationally are a source of job creation so that the contribution of SMEs to employment in both developed and developing countries, including Indonesia, plays an important role in overcoming unemployment. Problems in the current era of the global economy, SMEs must make changes to increase their competitiveness. One of the important factors that will determine the competitiveness of SMEs is information technology (IT). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to use Information Technology for novelty that can improve business transformation through the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of exchanging large amounts of information. The European case study also shows that more than 50% of productivity is achieved through investment in information technology. SMEs are said to be globally competitive if they can carry out their business activities in a reliable, balanced and high quality manner.

Abstract

A certificate is a form of award that is obtained by someone after completing a competency test or certain learning. Certificates must be generated and stored in a safe and secure manner to prevent alteration of content or even falsification. Blockchain technology is a technology that allows secure storage processes at low costs. Security is guaranteed because everyone can take part in storing data with a distributed ledger. Based on the results of research and system design, it can be concluded that the process of making blockchain technology as a medium for issuing certificates and their validation can be made using Ethereum's program, namely Geth, and storing data using smart contracts issued on the blockchain network. The results of the reliability testing of the system show that the system has successfully processed 200 transactions in approximately 8 seconds. For scalability testing, it is estimated that 10 million blocks require a storage capacity of 22.6 GB to become a node or miner on this blockchain network.
