Abstract

One of the primary health issues that significantly affects children's growth and development and their future economic potential is stunting in toddlers. To prevent long-term impacts, identification of stunting status needs to be done early so that nutritional and health interventions can be provided effectively.. This research aims to identify the stunting status in toddlers using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method. The dataset used includes various attributes of toddlers, such as gender, age, weight, height, weight-for-age index (W/A), z-score of weight-for-age index (W/A), weight-for-height index (W/H), z-score of weight-for-height index (W/H), height-for-age index (H/A), and z-score of height-for-age index (H/A). The data is then divided into training (80%) and testing (20%) sets. The K-NN model is trained with the training data and tested on the testing data. The initial evaluation of the model shows that the K-NN model has an accuracy of 91.20%, precision of 85%, recall of 28%, and an F1 score of 42%, indicating the effectiveness of this method in identifying the stunting status in toddlers, despite some shortcomings. To address these shortcomings, the K-NN model is combined with the forward selection method, which significantly improves the model's performance, achieving an accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score of 100%. This combination demonstrates that K-NN with forward selection is highly effective and can produce a more accurate and reliable model.

Abstract

Zehan Invitation is a business that provides digital invitation services, established in 2021. The rapid development of digital technology in various fields has led to changes in work methods and easier access to desired information. This technological advancement requires businesses to keep up with trends in order to remain competitive. Currently, Zehan Invitation's digital invitation orders are still processed through WhatsApp, which has several limitations. Using WhatsApp, customers do not receive real-time updates on their digital invitations and the services offered by Zehan Invitation. Customers also often experience slow responses from Zehan Invitation when seeking information about their orders. The objective of this research is to develop a platform that utilizes QR codes as a means of ordering digital invitations and recording guest arrivals through Zehan Invitation's web-based services. The system development method follows a waterfall approach, consisting of data collection, data analysis, system analysis, system design, testing, and implementation. The research results indicate that this system successfully provides practical solutions for guest management and invitation ordering, while also enhancing process efficiency.

Abstract

Electronics and furniture are now a necessity that is in great demand by the public. These products are chosen because they have various important functions in everyday life. The many benefits of electronics and furniture make many people want to have them. However, in reality, not everyone has enough funds to buy them. An alternative that is commonly used by the public is to take out credit, allowing them to have electronics and furniture without having to pay in full up front. However, the credit process is not as easy as a cash purchase, because there are a number of procedures that must be followed by the applicant. PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri faces several obstacles in assessing the eligibility of credit recipients which are still done manually, so it takes a long time to process the data. In this problem, the researcher uses four criteria that will be compared later, whether prospective consumers can be said to be eligible to receive credit, including collateral in the form of BPKB or other valuable documents that can be used if later there are problems with bad credit or others, type of work, income, and completeness of administration. Decision support systems have been widely applied in the fields of education, health, finance and even in the world of business and management. The working process of this decision support system greatly helps leaders in making decisions because the results obtained are more accurate because they are in accordance with the criteria of each interest. The purpose of the research conducted is to facilitate leaders in analyzing the feasibility of prospective electronic and furniture debtor customers using predetermined criteria, and to apply the Moora method as a method that can assist in the process of determining the feasibility of prospective customers who receive credit applications.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including life in rural areas. One of the challenges faced by many villages is the limited access to information, which can lead to misunderstandings between the village government and its citizens. The lack of transparency in information delivery hampers public participation in decision-making and village development. In this regard, a village website can be an effective solution to improve information access by providing important data such as announcements, activities, and public services. The design of the village website must consider ease of access and user comfort. Therefore, this research aims to design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the village website using the Design Thinking method. This method focuses on user needs by creating intuitive, user-friendly, and informative designs. The result of this research is a prototype of the village website, designed with attention to information readability and ease of navigation. This prototype can serve as a reference for the development of other village websites to enhance transparency, accountability, and public participation in village activities. Thus, it is expected that this village website will strengthen the relationship between the village government and the citizens, as well as accelerate the development process at the village level.

Abstract

Along with the development of the internet in this increasingly advanced digital era, it encourages the growth of technology as a solution to improve business performance. One of the developing technologies is website-based applications which are one of the strategic solutions to increase competitiveness, with website-based applications being able to help promote, market, and sell products more widely. This study develops a website-based e-commerce system for UMKM Bobapeer, a boba drink business, with the aim of supporting promotion, sales, and operational management more efficiently. The system is designed using the Waterfall method, this study goes through the stages of planning, needs analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation. The Python Flask framework was chosen as the main tool in system development. The results of this system development provide an effective solution to increase product visibility, facilitate transactions, and increase customer satisfaction

Abstract

Increasingly tight global competition requires industries to continue to innovate and improve production efficiency. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as an innovative technology that can optimize various aspects of the production process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of implementing Artificial Intelligence on optimizing the production process. Through a literature review and case analysis, this study identifies various applications of Artificial Intelligence such as maintenance forecasting, quality control, and production planning. The results of the study indicate that Artificial Intelligence has great potential to increase productivity, reduce production costs, and improve product quality. However, the study also revealed several challenges in implementing Artificial Intelligence.

Abstract

Humans, as social beings, not only interact with one another but also with animals. The presence of pets is often utilized to support various activities, such as reducing stress, pursuing hobbies, and providing companionship in daily life. However, new challenges have emerged, including difficulties in caring for animals, limited access to nutritional needs for pets, and a lack of accurate information.with the advancement of digital technology, there are significant opportunities to enhance services in the field of pet care through technology-based innovations. This research aims to address these issues through the development of a digital platform in the form of the Pet and Care website, utilizing the Design Thinking method. This method was chosen for its user-oriented approach, which allows for the creation of solutions that align with the needs and expectations of users. The results of the study indicate that the developed platform successfully meets user needs, with an average satisfaction level of 52%, reflecting a positive user experience.

Abstract

Social media, especially Twitter or X, is a rich source of data for sentiment analysis. However, dataset limitation is a major challenge in utilizing machine learning, especially to produce fast and accurate sentiment analysis. This research applies data aggregation techniques to expand the training dataset and tests various preprocessing steps, such as cleaning, case folding, normalization, stemming, and lexicon-based methods. The classification method used is Stochastic Gradient Descent Classifier with text representation using Fast Text language model to generate word embedding. Lexicon-based preprocessing, particularly for emoji and emoticon handling, shows significant impact when data is added, as it is able to capture additional emotion and context that is often overlooked in conventional text analysis. Experimental results show that data addition and preprocessing optimization improved F1 Score from a baseline of 40% to 52.13%, surpassing the organizer which reached 51.28%. These findings emphasize the importance of data aggregation, preprocessing optimization, and parameter tuning using grid search in improving model performance on text sentiment classification with limited datasets.

Abstract

The growth of eggplant plants is greatly influenced by environmental conditions, especially pH and soil moisture. These parameters need to be monitored regularly to ensure optimal conditions for the plant. In this study, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring system was developed to monitor soil pH and moisture in real-time. The system uses pH sensors and humidity sensors connected to microcontrollers and combined with IoT connectivity to send data to a cloud platform. The data collected can be accessed through a mobile application, allowing farmers or land managers to monitor soil conditions remotely. The results of the implementation show that the system is able to provide accurate and real-time information on soil pH and moisture, as well as provide notifications when these parameters are outside the optimal range. With this system, it is hoped that farmers can take corrective action quickly to maintain the condition of

Abstract

Mango is one of the agricultural productions. Like other agricultural crops, diseased mango leaves are a production problem. As a result, agricultural productivity decreases. This research aims to classify healthy or diseased mango leaves by developing a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based system with LeNet-5 feature extraction. The dataset used is sourced from Mendeley consisting of healthy leaf types totaling 265 images and diseased totaling 170 images. The data division used consists of 80% training data and 20% test data. The augmentation process is carried out to reduce over fitting. The results showed that the epoch process stopped at the 20th epoch and resulted in 93% accuracy. This shows that the CNN method for image classification can produce accurate accuracy in solving real-world problems.
