Abstract

The purpose of this journal research is to conduct an analysis of the Islamic capital market on Indonesia's economic growth, this research uses the literature review study method with research data on articles and scientific journals as many as 5 journals that have been reviewed with a series of library data collection activities, reading and recording, and managing research materials. The results of the analysis show that Islamic stocks and sukuk have a positive and significant influence on national economic growth. This indicates that investment in both instruments can make an important positive contribution to Indonesia's economic development. Islamic stocks, showing a significant positive influence on economic growth, utilize sharia principles to provide sustainable profits for investors and a positive contribution to the national economy as a whole. Sukuk, as an instrument of Islamic debt, also plays an important role in supporting economic growth by providing a sustainable source of funding for economic projects. Although Islamic mutual funds have a significant negative influence on economic growth, these findings show that they still have the potential to support a sustainable Islamic financial sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Along with the birth of various kinds of organizations which certainly have a variety of organizational cultures and leadership styles applied, it will produce different employee performance in each organization, some of which are satisfied, sufficient, or even dissatisfied. Even the leadership style and culture in an organization can reflect how the character of the organization is, whether the system is running optimally or there are still many mistakes that must be corrected. Because basically these two things will greatly affect the sustainability of the organization, especially in the long term, so that these two factors should be considered in the implementation of the management of an organization. Therefore, this study aims to determine the impact of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance, this research was conducted using the literature review method, with data in the form of 4 scientific journals that have been reviewed. The results obtained show that organizational culture and leadership style have a significant influence on employee performance, it is concluded that the more effective the system used by the organization, it will have a positive impact on employee performance, and vice versa when the organization is unable to implement an effective system and tends to lag behind the times, it will have a negative impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pembersih wajah Garnier di Kota Batam. Populasi yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna produk Garnier di Kota Batam yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti, dan sampel sebanyak 204 responden dipilih menggunakan metode rumus Jacob Cohen. Untuk menganalisis data, digunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan melakukan pengujian terhadap kualitas data, asumsi klasik, pengaruh, dan hipotesis.Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa citra merek terbukti memiliki pengaruh sebesar 5,3% terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi dengan pengaruh sebesar 9,5% terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 16,5% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dari pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2), ditemukan bahwa kombinasi dari citra merek, promosi, dan kepercayaan dapat menjelaskan sekitar 60,1% dari variasi yang terjadi dalam keputusan pembelian. Artinya, faktor-faktor ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian produk pembersih wajah Garnier di Kota Batam. Selain itu, hasil uji t dan uji F menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, promosi, dan kepercayaan secara parsial maupun bersama-sama berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pembersih wajah Garnier di Kota Batam

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Net Profit Margin at PT/Akasha Wira Internasional in 2013-2022. This research uses quantitative research methods. This population uses secondary data in the form of financial reports from 2013-2022 at PT. Akasha Wira Internasional which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the t test (partial) showed that the Current Ratio was not proven to have an effect on the Net Profit Margin, and the Debt to Asset Ratio was not proven to have an effect on the Net Profit Margin. The results of the F test (simultaneous) show that the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio simultaneously influence the Net Profit Margin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis kondisi dan menentukan strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat digunakan oleh Nadjani Indoneisa agar dapat meningkatkan penjualannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data primer dan sekunder diperoleh dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi partisipasif, wawancara mendalam dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) serta dokumentasi. Analisis menggunakan matrik IFE, EFE, matrik IE, analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi strategi pemasaran dengan analisis matrik IE berada pada posisi kuadran 1 yaitu Tumbuh dan Membangun dengan titik temu IFE 3,03 dan EFE 3,14. Berdasarkan analisis QSPM, strategi prioritas yang baiknya digunakan yaitu merekrut tim marketing kreatif dalam membuat konten promosi menarik untuk meningkatkan engagement konsumen.

Abstract

MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) have an important and strategic role in economic growth, so there is a need for a marketing strategy to develop local MSMEs. Marketing mix is ​​a marketing strategy that emphasizes various factors known as the 7Ps. This research aims to discuss marketing mix strategies for local MSMEs through a literature review. The method used is qualitative with a literature review. This research data uses secondary data through online observation. The results of the research by drawing conclusions from several journal descriptions studied show that marketing strategies using a marketing mix can increase the effectiveness of MSMEs, such as increasing sales volume and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the current era of intense competition.

Abstract

Semakin besar pengaruh Toxic Workplace, Work Stressors, dan Cultural Stressors terhadap karyawan, maka semakin tidak baik pula Mental Health Outcomes yang secara langsung mempengaruhi Employee Well-Being. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Toxic Workplace, Work Stressors, dan Cultural Stressors terhadap Employee Well-Being yang dimediasi oleh Mental Health Outcomes pada Perusahaan Distributor Elektronik Cengkareng Timur. Mengunakan metode Purposive sampling terdiri dari 150 karyawan dari 13 perusahaan distributor elektronik di Cengkareng Timur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toxic workplace, Work Stressors, dan Cultural Stressors memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Mental Health Outcomes, dan Hasil Mental Health Outcomes memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Empolyees Well-Being. Toxic workplace dan Cultural Stressors,sedangkan Work Stressors tidak berpengaruh. Hal ini membuat, perusahaan harus memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dan stres karyawan, karena keduanya memiliki pengaruh terhadap Empolyees Well-Being.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of consumer behavior, brand image and influencers on Shopee purchasing decisions in Batam. The population in this study are individuals who use or buy Maybelline brand face powder through Shopee which is not known for certain. To determine the sample, the Jacob Cohen formula was used which resulted in 204 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data collected for this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method applied is multiple linear regression. Next, the data is tested through quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the t test show that consumer behavior has a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Influencers have a partial positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test found that consumer behavior, brand image and influencers simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital payments on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research uses the Systematic Literature Review method using journal keywords on the influence of digital payment on micro, small and medieum entreprises (MSMEs). This research data comes from journals from 2020 to 2023. The research results show that the influence of digital payments on MSMEs shows that digital payments have several benefits felt by MSMEs. The results of the influence of digital payments on MSMEs show that there are benefits for MSMEs, such as increasing income, improving financial performance, and making transactions easier, thereby supporting business growth. This benefit helps consumers and MSMEs minimize the time and effort required to carry out transactions, as well as providing convenience with flexible payment options. The suggestion for using digital payments for MSME players is to collaborate on payments via a digital system, because using digital payments is considered capable of having a positive influence on their business income. However, MSME players must also be aware of various digital payment risks that may occur.

Abstract

Dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, keberhasilan perusahaan sangat bergantung pada tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Penting bagi pelaku bisnis untuk memastikan kepuasan konsumen, yang hanya dapat tercapai melalui penyediaan pelayanan berkualitas. Kualitas pelayanan seringkali dinilai langsung oleh konsumen melalui interaksi dengan karyawan sebagai penyedia layanan atau produsen jasa. Oleh karna itu, diperlukan usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem pelayanan guna memenuhi harapan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Kemajuan layanan perbankan terus berkembang pesat berkat inovasi teknologi yang semakin memudahkan kehidupan manusia. Bank harus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan dengan memberikan kemudahan dan manfaat yang memuaskan bagi nasabah. Dengan asumsi pencapaian kepuasan pelanggan, diharapkan pendapatan perusahaan meningkat, sehingga perusahaan dapat tumbuh sejalan dengan kepercayaan pelanggan.Populasi daalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bank BRI cabang Jakarta Barat dengan sampel berjumlah 106 responden, dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction, person organization fit dan organization commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap service quality.
