Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH TEKNIK PENGGUNAAN BULU MATA TERHADAP HASIL RIASAN MATA BULAT UNTUK TATA RIAS WAJAH PESTA Nama : Nur Amelia NIM : 14050634006 Program Studi : S1 Pendidikan Tata Rias / 2014 Jurusan : Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Fakultas : Teknik Nama Lembaga : Universitas Negeri Surabaya Pembimbing : Dr. Maspiyah, M.Kes Mata adalah jendela hati, salah satu bentuk mata yang perlu dikoreksi adalah mata bulat. Untuk menghasilkan riasan mata bulat yang ideal dan sempurna, dibutuhkan penggunaan bulu mata palsu yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan mata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik penggunaan bulu mata terhadap hasil riasan mata bulat untu tata rias wajah pesta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian True Experimental (posttest only control design) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh teknik penggunaan bulu mata terhadap hasil riasan mata bulat untuk tata rias wajah pesta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan melibatkan 30 observer, yang terdiri dari 5 dosen dan 25 mahasiswa tata rias. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji beda t-test dengan menggunakan bantuan program spss 16 dengan taraf 5 % (P<0,05). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh data meliputi teknik penggunaan bulu mata yang berpengaruh pada mata bulat untuk tata rias wajah pesta dilihat dari aspek kehalusan dan kerataan riasan mata, pengaplikasian bulu mata, penyeimbang riasan pada mata bulat, kesesuaian hasil riasan dan ketepatan waktu. Teknik penggunaan bulu mata yang lebih bagus adalah menggunakan teknik secara langsung yang mempunyai nilai pada kehalusan dan kerataan riasan mata 3,25, pengaplikasian bulu mata 3,3, , penyeimbang riasan pada mata bulat 3,52, kesesuaian hasil riasan 3,43, dan ketepatan waktu 3,13. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh teknik penggunaan bulu mata terhadap hasil riasan mata bulat untuk tata rias wajah pesta dengan kategori nilai baik. Hasil riasan terbaik rias wajah pesta yaitu pada model dengan teknik penggunaan bulu mata secara langsung. Kata Kunci : Bulu mata , tata rias wajah pesta, dan mata bulat.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran Matematika pada materi perkalian dan pembagian. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini ialah bagaimana gambaran penerapan model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu satu (1) guru kelas dan siswa yang berjumlah 22 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus. Pada siklus I hasil penelitian proses pembelajaran observasi aktivitas guru berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) sedangkan observasi aktivitas siswa berada pada kualifikasi cukup (C) dan hasil tes belajar berada pada kualifikasi kurang (K). Sedangkan siklus II hasil penelitian proses pembelajaran observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) dan hasil tes belajar berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) sehingga penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning (pbl) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (Ziswaf) in microeconomic development in This article discusses the role of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (Ziswaf) in microeconomic development in Indonesia. The author explains Ziswaf's urgency in empowering small communities, especially those in the lower economic strata. Funds collected from zakat, infaq and alms can be allocated to support micro and small businesses, provide business capital, and provide training and mentoring to improve the skills and capacity of micro communities. The research method applied is the literature research method or literature review, which is focused on the analysis and synthesis of written works that are relevant to the research topic. The research results show that increasing ZISWAF fund collection has a positive impact on social religious life, poverty alleviation, equitable development, human development, and economic growth. If managed optimally, the existence of ZISWAF will provide a significant boost to economic growth. Therefore, it is emphasized that the government needs to provide greater support to exploit the potential of the ZISWAF instrument in Indonesia.

Abstract

Semakin besar pengaruh Toxic Workplace, Work Stressors, dan Cultural Stressors terhadap karyawan, maka semakin tidak baik pula Mental Health Outcomes yang secara langsung mempengaruhi Employee Well-Being. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Toxic Workplace, Work Stressors, dan Cultural Stressors terhadap Employee Well-Being yang dimediasi oleh Mental Health Outcomes pada Perusahaan Distributor Elektronik Cengkareng Timur. Mengunakan metode Purposive sampling terdiri dari 150 karyawan dari 13 perusahaan distributor elektronik di Cengkareng Timur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toxic workplace, Work Stressors, dan Cultural Stressors memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Mental Health Outcomes, dan Hasil Mental Health Outcomes memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Empolyees Well-Being. Toxic workplace dan Cultural Stressors,sedangkan Work Stressors tidak berpengaruh. Hal ini membuat, perusahaan harus memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dan stres karyawan, karena keduanya memiliki pengaruh terhadap Empolyees Well-Being.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pasar modal syariah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dari berbagai sumber terkait dengan perkembangan pasar modal syariah dan pengaruhnya pada pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasar modal syariah, terutama melalui instrumen sukuk dan saham syariah, memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung pembiayaan pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Pertumbuhan pasar modal syariah yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dalam jangka panjang. Pasar modal syariah menyediakan sumber pembiayaan alternatif yang sesuai prinsip syariah, sehingga dapat memobilisasi dana masyarakat untuk mendukung program-program pembangunan ekonomi nasional.

Abstract

This service was carried out in Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The object is Dharma Wanita SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota as one of the schools in Bangkinang Kota District. This service aims to socialize the Sharia Sale and Purchase Agreement in High Schools. The results of this service show that: 1) The success of the target number of training participants. 2) Achievement of activity goals. 3) Achievement of planned material targets. 4) Participants' ability to master the material. Overall, this service activity can be said to be successful. Apart from being measured by the four components above, this success can also be seen from the satisfaction of the participants after taking part in the activity because the service members provide the opportunity to ask as many questions as possible and when the service members ask questions they can be answered by the participants and they ask about the training agenda with the theme of the next sharia buying and selling contracts. This is because the theme/material of these sharia buying and selling contracts is interesting for participants.

Abstract

This service was carried out for Dhu'afa Mart Air Tiris Kampar, the aim of this community service was to find out the extent of the role of Dhu'afa Mart Air Tiris Kampa in promoting the Sharia Economic System. The methods used in this community service activity are observation, presentation and discussion. The results of the service show that: The service program for Dhu'afa Mart Air Tiris Kampar can be carried out well and runs smoothly in accordance with the activity plan that has been prepared. The results of this service conclude that: First, Dhu'afa Mart Air Tiris really contributes to Introducing Sharia Economics among various Local Communities. Second, the achievement of the objectives of the service activity program for Dhu'afa Mart Air Tiris Kampar, all programs that have been carried out in collaboration between business owners and servants have been carried out and in accordance with the event rounddown and predetermined time .

Abstract

This community service was conducted in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. The object was SMPN 8, Pelalawan District. This community service aims to socialize Islamic economics in junior high schools. The results of this community service indicate that: 1) The success of the target number of training participants. 2) Achievement of activity objectives. 3) Achievement of planned material targets. 4) The ability of participants to master the material. Overall, this community service activity can be said to be successful. This success, in addition to being measured from the four components above, can also be seen from the satisfaction of participants after participating in the activity because the community service provides the opportunity to ask as many questions as possible and when the community service provides questions, they can be answered by students, especially for students who can answer are given prizes. The benefits obtained by participants are knowledge and understanding of the principles of Islamic economics.

Abstract

Di era digital, penyebaran informasi yang tidak terfilter menjadi ancaman serius bagi pelajar, terutama di SMP Muhammadiyah Kuala Simpang, di mana mereka rentan terhadap berita hoaks. Penggunaan bahasa dalam kejahatan siber, yang merupakan bagian dari kajian linguistik forensik, menunjukkan perlunya edukasi untuk mencegah penyebaran informasi palsu. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan mengenai linguistik forensik kepada pelajar sebagai bentuk pencegahan hoaks. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan langsung dan simulasi kasus hoaks untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang identifikasi dan penanganan informasi yang salah. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman pelajar mengenai karakteristik berita hoaks dan cara efektif untuk menangkalnya. Program ini berhasil memperkuat literasi informasi di kalangan pelajar dan mengurangi risiko mereka terlibat dalam penyebaran berita palsu.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out for students of SMA IT Al-Utsaimin Bangkinang, Riau Province, where the purpose of this community service is to provide provisions in improving understanding related to the concept of Sharia-Based Financial Management Strategy for High School Students: Exploring the Potential and Benefits of SMA IT Al-Utsaimin Bangkinang. The methods used in this community service activity are through counseling and presentation, discussion and practice (pretset and post test) for participants. The counseling method is used to explain the importance of knowing the concept of Sharia economics for students in order to become prosperous generations using sharia principles. The presentation method is used to show a work process, namely the stages of how we become individuals who have a prosperous economy. While the question and answer method is used to give participants the opportunity to consult in understanding further the material that has been given. The practice method is used to see how far the participants understand the service before and after the material is delivered. The availability of adequate experts in delivering this material, the enthusiasm of the participants, and the support of the principal for the implementation of the activity are supporters of the implementation of this PPM activity. The obstacles faced are that the students do not yet have initial knowledge about the material of the concept of Islamic economics and limited time in delivering the material. The results of this service indicate that: The community service program can be organized well and run smoothly according to the activity plan that has been prepared, the results of this service concluded that: First, Most students of SMA IT Al-Utsaimin do not understand the concept of Islamic economics well, Second, The achievement of the objectives of the community service program for students of SMA IT Al-Utsaimin Bangkinang, the entire program that has been carried out with collaboration between the school and the community service have been carried out all and in accordance with the event rounddown and the time that has been determined previously.
