Abstract

According to BPS and cnnindonesia.com, Indonesia's economic growth for the initial period of 2020 or quarter 1 was 2.97%, this makes Indonesia's economic growth conditions in 2020 the lowest in the last 20 years. IDX Statistics Report for 2022, the properties & real estate sector in the capital market index is negative and has the lowest ranking, namely -19.11%. This research aims to determine the effect of the GCG variable with a proxy for Institutional ownership, the Leverage variable with a Debt to Equity Ratio proxy, and the Company Growth variable with a sales growth proxy on Company Value with a Tobin's q proxy with Financial Distress as an intervening variable. The total sample for this research is the properties and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018 - 2022, totaling 40 issuers. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, F test, T test, GLM mediation test, using the Jamovi data processing tool. The research results of institutional ownership, DER and Sales Growth influence company value, institutional ownership and DER influence financial distress. Financial Distress is unable to mediate the relationship between Sales Growth and Company Value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline persely and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Origin WiraCipta Lestari. The method used is quantitative. The study population numbered 62 people. Analysis techniques and data tests include validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, determination tests, correlation tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the partial test of the work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of > t table or (5.264 >2.000) and reinforced with a value of ρ value 0.000 < 0.050. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and the results of the t-value of the t-count > table of (5,823 >2,000). This is also reinforced by the ρ value of 0.000 < 0.050, simultaneously the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Origin WiraCipta Lestari with an F value calculated > F table or (19.164>2.761), and ρ value 0.000 < 0.050.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transactional leadership, work motivation and employee engagement on employee job satisfaction. The influence of transactional leadership, work motivation and employee engagement will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique with 33 respondents as samples. Primary data used in this research was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly, while secondary data was obtained through literature study. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of the research conducted show that the variables transactional leadership (X1), work motivation (X2) and employee engagement (X3) have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and all independent variables simultaneously (simultaneously) influence employee performance.

Abstract

Internet technology is currently experiencing rapid development. The human need to access something can now be made easier through internet-based information searches. This situation is in accordance with the human desire to obtain information quickly and easily. With the internet, many people now switch shopping from offline to online. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out through non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents as samples. Primary data used in this research was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly, while secondary data was obtained through literature study. The data analysis methods used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted show that the variables shopping lifestyle (X1), online customer reviews (X2) and price discounts (X3) have a significant effect on impulse buying (Y) and all independent variables simultaneously (simultaneously) influence impulse buying (Y).

Abstract

Recycled Paper Hub is a business unit mainly focus in processing recycled paper sorted from local collector who also act as supplier such as waste paper collected from traditional market, ex-packaging collected from home industry and household waste, etc. Recycled Paper Hub primary goal is to participate in the sustainable business by contributing to the economy of the surrounding community along with a commitment to maintaining a green environment. In order to achieve this goals, Recycled Paper Hub conduct business development strategy which include financial planning and projection. The method used in this research is using data that has been previously collected and analyzed within 3 stages, namely : data collection (internaly from company that the author is working, then data filtering, and finally data presentation along with conclusion. Within this research, financial planning is distributed in 5 main pillars, that is : Financial Objectives, ,Financial Elements, Financial Projections, Feasibility Analysis, and Performance Analysis.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important aspects in the company. An employee's performance is influenced by several factors, including motivation and work environment Based on the background of the problem, this study aims to find out the condition and influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance. The method used in this study is a verifiable descriptive method with a sample of 68 people. The results of the study showed that: 1) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Sumedang Branch employees. This means that the better the motivation of employees, the higher the performance of employees. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Sumedang Branch employees, which is 38.2%. This means that the better the work environment is created, the better the performance of employees will increase. 3) Motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Sumedang Branch employees, which is 30.6%. This means that the better the motivation and work environment, the better the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Sumedang Branch employees

Abstract

"This research aims to find out the semiotic analysis of the political economic communication messages of the founding fathers of the nation contained in the implementation of article 33 of the 1945 Constitution." The data collection technique used by researchers to collect data uses the documentation method, namely tracing various sources such as theses, journals, articles, books and certain notes related to the research theme. This research uses a descriptive qualitative methodology in the form of a literature study using a critical paradigm using Ferdinand De Saussure's semiotic theory. The results of this research are (1) From a political economic perspective, the Indonesian economy must be structured jointly by the state through the government, private sector, cooperatives and society on the basis of the principle of kinship where the state is the leader in decision making. (2) From a political economic point of view, the State must be able to create BUMN and Ministries for important production branches that are directly related to people's livelihoods and ensure that the supply chain is unbroken and the prices are affordable for all levels of society. (3) From a political economic point of view, the State must ensure the security of land ownership for all parties, including traditional communities, civil society, the private sector, as well as the state itself, in accordance with applicable rights and laws. The state must be able to provide land for residence to its citizens who do not own land in accordance with adequate portions of their needs. The state must control clean water sources for household needs and the state must control and own shares in mining companies with a portion of more than 50 percent of the total mining wealth in Indonesia. The state must have complete ownership of half of all the total number of mines in Indonesia to be managed by the nation's children themselves for the prosperity of the Indonesian people.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of compensation and work environment partially and simultaneously on the performance of CV employees. Cipayung-Depok Concrete Steel Core. The method used was a quantitative method of descriptive approach with a sampling technique using the slovin technique with a population of 165 employees and a sample of 62 respondents was obtained. The results of hypothesis-1 testing obtained a t-value of 8.142 > t table 2.00100) and a Sig. value of 0.000<0.05. This means that partially the compensation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis 2 test obtained a t-value of 8.994 > t-table 2.001 and a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that partially the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis 3 testing obtained a value of Fcal 66.748 > Ftable 3.15. This means that simultaneously the compensation variables and the work environment have a significant positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT ARSA Indonesia Tangerang Selatan. The method used was a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique of 55 respondents. The data analysis method used consisted of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient test, hypothesis test consisting of partial t test and simultaneous f test. The results of the study partially showed that leadership style had a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a value of t-calculus.  7,871 > ,t-table. 2.007 and significance 0.000. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a value of t-calculus. 7,403 > ,t-table. 2.007 and significance 0.000. The results of the simultaneous test of the value of F-calculate. 43,150 > ,F-table. 3.180 and a significance value of 0.000.This means that leadership style and organizational culture have an effect on employee performance with a regression of Y = 9.811 + 0.403 X1 + 0.355 X2. The contribution of influence is 62.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari (Persero) Galangan Jakarta II either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is a probability sampling  technique with a simple random sampling method. The data analysis method uses simple regression tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results of this study show that: The Work Environment has a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.717, the calculated t value of 5.164 > t table 1.999 and the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.761, the calculated t value of 2.624 > t table of 1.999 and the significance level obtained of 0.000 < 0.05. Work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the result of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 21.838 + 0.232 + 0.256. F values count 74.299 > F tables 3.14 and significance levels 0.000 < 0.05. The value of the correlation coefficient is 0.706 or 70.6%. As well as the value of the determination coefficient of 0.719 or 71.9%.
