Abstract

This research aims to optimize increased sales through the use of TikTok social media. TikTok, as a rising social media platform, offers various features that businesses can use to increase visibility and engagement with potential customers. The main problem faced is how to utilize TikTok's features effectively to increase sales and attract the attention of a wider audience. The solutions in this research include creative content strategies, the use of influencers, and trend analysis to ensure that marketing campaigns reach the right target audience and generate the desired conversions. This research uses a case study method on several small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that have utilized TikTok as part of their marketing strategy. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, surveys and analysis of the performance of TikTok campaigns that have been run by these SMEs. The research results show that the use of creative and interesting short video content can significantly increase user interaction. In addition, collaboration with TikTok influencers has proven effective in increasing product reach and credibility in the eyes of consumers. Other results show that trend analysis and setting the right posting time are very influential in determining the success of a marketing campaign on TikTok. From these results, it can be concluded that TikTok is a platform that has great potential for increasing sales, especially for SMEs who are able to utilize creative features and appropriate marketing strategies. Recommendations from this research include developing authentic and relevant content, as well as using analytics to continuously adapt marketing strategies according to changing trends and consumer behavior. Thus, this research provides practical guidance for businesses to optimize the use of TikTok in efforts to increase sales, as well as offering insight into the importance of adaptation and innovation in digital marketing strategies. This research also emphasizes the importance of consistency in presenting interesting and relevant content. Considering TikTok is a very dynamic platform, businesses need to stay up to date with the latest developments and adapt their strategies quickly. In addition, utilizing features such as TikTok Ads and TikTok Shopping can provide additional encouragement in achieving sales goals. TikTok Ads, for example, allow businesses to target more specific audiences, while TikTok Shopping makes it easy for users to directly purchase products they see in videos. This research shows that TikTok is not just an entertainment platform, but also a powerful marketing tool if used with the right strategy. By harnessing the potential of TikTok, SMEs can expand their market reach and increase sales significantly. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for businesses who want to develop their digital marketing strategy and maximize sales potential through TikTok social media.

Abstract

Dapur Ibu Yanti is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in Segalaminder Village, Bandar Lampung. Currently, the products produced by Dapur Ibu Yanti are still limited, only donuts and kue lapis which is flour based are produced every day. Innovation must be carried out to make consumers more interested in their products, especially by utilizing local raw materials such as papaya. Papaya fruit has the potential to be used as an innovative food product that can be developed into sheet jam as a superior product in Dapur Ibu Yanti. Sheet jam is jam that is thin, shiny, has a soft, compact texture, is plastic and not sticky and has a natural fruit taste. The team carried out community service by making sheet jam from papaya fruit and then the results of the innovation in developing papaya sheet jam were taught to culinary practitioners, namely in Dapur Ibu Yanti. The aim of this activity was to process papaya fruit into a featured product known as sheet jam. The method used was a field survey, interviews with key culinary actors, and continued with direct training by making papaya sheet jam. The output of this service was papaya sheet jam that could be the featured product which can increase economic value and become an innovative product in Dapur Ibu Yanti.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and the internet has had a significant impact on marketing, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Digital marketing is a more promising option because it allows potential customers to get complete information about products and make transactions online. Although it is still considered less important by the players, this is due to the need for specialized skills related to mastering information technology in order to reach a larger target market. Previously, the sale of Makaroni New Asep required consumers to come directly to see the products they wanted to buy. The purpose of this research is to provide an understanding to the owner of Makaroni New Asep Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regarding the implementation of digital marketing strategies. In an effort to provide guidance to Makaroni New Asep Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regarding the application of Digital Marketing as a product marketing strategy, this activity involves several stages, including: (1) introduction to the use of social media; (2) introduction to the marketplace platform; and (3) the process of receiving orders and shipping goods. The results of this service show that New Asep Macaroni MSMEs now have a significant presence on social media and the marketplace. MSME owners also gained a better understanding of digital marketing and managed social media and marketplace platforms effectively. Thus, this community service contributes to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in facing the digital marketing era.

Abstract

Banyuwangi merupakan kabupaten dibagian paling timur pulau jawa yang terkenal dengan destinasi pariwisata sebelum pandemi covid19, namun pandemi membuat kegiatan pariwisata terpuruk. Pada tahun 2023 ini, Banyuwangi mulai bangkit kembali kegiatan pariwisatanya karena ditunjang oleh menggeliatnya pelaku UMKM yang turut bangkit. UMKM sangat berperan penting dalam pemulihan perekonomian pasca pandemi, oleh sebab itu program - program  terkait UMKM banyak dicanangkan pemerintah pusat dan daerah yang antara lain perijinan, sertifikasi halal dan sebagainya. Namun tidak semua program menyentuh kebutuhan dari UMKM, salah satunya UMKM POKLAHSAR PEPAYA yang berada di Desa Pesucen Kecamatan Kalipuro, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. UMKM ini masih banyak mengalami kendala yang antara lain  permasalah kemasan yang masih sangat sederhana sehingga kurang menarik bagi konsumen. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan mitra dengan memperbaiki kualitas kemasan. Kegiatan PKM ini melibatkan mitra, dosen dan mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Mesin dan Prodi Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Ternak. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan survey untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dan melakukan studi literatur untuk mendapatkan solusi atas permasalahan mitra. Setelah solusi permasalahan mitra didapatkan, langkah selanjutnya melakukan desain kemasan yang menarik guna meningkatkan penjualan produk beserta dengan mesin band sealernya. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah kemasan produk yang sangat menarik sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah konsumen yang membeli produk dan omzet penjualan meningkat, yang pada akhirnya berimbas terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan mitra yang beranggotakan Ibu - Ibu rumah tangga.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of information technology in Islamic boarding schools as an effort to improve digital skills, learning quality, and concern for greening among teachers. This research aims to identify and implement effective strategies in using information technology in the Islamic boarding school environment to support a more modern and efficient teaching and learning process. Through a case study approach, this research involved a number of teachers in several Islamic boarding schools who were selected purposively. The methods used include observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires to collect data on teachers' digital knowledge and skills, as well as their attitudes towards greening. The research results show that the integration of information technology can significantly improve teachers' digital skills, which in turn contributes to improving the quality of learning. The teachers involved in this research reported increased abilities in operating learning software, using e-learning platforms, and using social media for educational activities. In addition, this research found that the use of information technology can also increase teachers' awareness and concern for environmental issues, especially greening, by utilizing digital applications and platforms for greening campaigns and environmental education. The implementation of information technology in Islamic boarding schools not only improves the quality of learning and digital skills, but also broadens teachers' insight into the importance of protecting the environment. This article recommends ongoing training and the provision of adequate technological infrastructure in Islamic boarding schools to support the development of digital skills and environmental awareness. It is hoped that this integration can create a better and more sustainable educational ecosystem in Islamic boarding schools, with teachers as the main agents of change.
