Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of independence, competence, and professionalism of auditor toward the audit quality at public accountant office in di Bandar Lampung. The number of the auditorswho are being the sample of this research are 40 auditors from 2 Public Accounting Office in Bandar Lampung. This research employs a sampling collection technique by using saturation sampling method with all members from the population used as the sample. The questionnaire filling is using the Likertscale.The data analysis methods which are employed is multiple linear regressionanddetermination coefficient analysiswhich are processed by SPSS for windows 20. The hypothesis test is tested through F testandt test. The result of this research shows that independence, competenceand professionalismof an auditor, both for the simultaneous and partial, influence positively toward the audit quality.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), BOPO (Operational Opinion Costs), and Non Performing Loans (NPL), on Return on Assets (ROA). Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression with the least squares equation and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the significance of the influence together with a significant level of 5%. In addition, a classic assumption test which includes normality, multicollinearity test, heterokedasitas test and autocorrelation test is also carried out. During the observation period shows that the research is normally distributed. Based on normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasitas test and autocorrelation test, there are no variables that deviate from classical assumptions. This shows the available data meets the requirements using the multiple linear regression equation model. The results of this study indicate that the LDR, BOPO and NPL variables have a simultaneous effect on ROA in the F test with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. In the t test the results of the study show that LDR, BOPO and NPL partially have a significant effect on ROA and the three independent variables have an effect on ROA of 76.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological factors and personality factors on customer trust and its impact on the participation of e-commerce customers in Indonesia. This type of causal research with the population of all e-commerce customers with sampling technique Purposive sampling. The research sample was 192 people, obtained from number of indicator 32 multiplied by 6 (Hair et al, 2011). Data analysis of Strucutural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square Software (PLS) version 3.00. The result of this research show that psychological factor have positive and significant influence to customer's trust, personality factor have positive and significant effect to customer's trust, and customer's trust have positive and significant influence to e-commerce customer's participation in Indonesia. Advice for Vendor e-commerce service providers to improve communication, experience and service, provision of quality products, wider knowledge, self-existence, distributors and delivery services to customers, because the results of this study states the ability dimensions (ability) being the most powerful dimension of its correlation coefficient with repeated purchasing dimensions on customer participation variables. If the ability of consumers to increase their confidence in e-commerce transactions then the decision to make repeat purchases in e-commerce transactions will be higher.

Abstract

Research aims to understand cash flow report in the cooperative Lestari Lubuklinggau savings and loans. Methods used in this study descriptive use of quantitative data analysis technique used cash flow, the calculation of data the ratio of cash flow and the ratio of investment and funding. Data collection technique using a technique observation and documentation. In obtained data use secondary data with the object research financial report loan and save cooperative lestari lubuklinggau during the past 5 year from 2014 until 2018. The results of this study are based on the calculation of cash flow data showing the cash flow of operating, investing and financing activities has increased / decreased every year. Based on the cash flow ratio shows the ratio of operating cash flow to interest and to net income in good condition because it has a large ratio of more than one. The ratio of operating cash flows to capital expenditures, to current debt and to total debt must be paid more attention because it has a ratio of less than one.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to answer the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance in the Sub District Office of Karang Dapo Sub-District, Musi Rawas Utara Regency. Based on the results of the t test, it can be explained that the leadership variable (X1) on the performance of employees in the Karang Dapo District Office of North Musi Rawas Regency shows that the tcount = 2.572 is greater than the value of ttable 2.021 with a significant level = 0.014 <(α) 0.05, df (n -2) 40 - 2 = 38 is 2,021, this shows Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and partially the leadership variable has a significant influence on employee performance in the Karang Dapo Sub-District Office of North Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the results of the t test can be explained as follows: that the work motivation variable (X2) on the performance of employees in the Sub District Office of Karang Dapo Subdistrict, North Musi Rawas District shows the tcount = 3,793 is greater than the ttable value of 2,021 with a significant level = 0.001 <(α) 0.05 , df (n-2) 40 - 2 = 38 is equal to 2,021, this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and partially the work motivation variable has a significant influence on employee performance in the Sub District Office of Karang Dapo Subdistrict, North Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the Fcount test results obtained are 10.230> Ftable = 3.34 and the significance level simultaneously the significance is 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 40 - 2 - 1 = 37 is 3.26 so Ho rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) The influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in the Industry and Trade Service of Musi Rawas Regency, 2) The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Industry and Trade Service of Musi Rawas Regency, 3) The Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously on the Performance of Employees at the Department of Industry and Trade Musi Rawas Regency. Hypothesis Testing partially independent variables (Organizational Culture) on the dependent variable Employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade Musi Rawas Regency that is equal to 3,173 ≥ table 1,674. While partially independent Hypothesis Test (Work Motivation) on the dependent variable employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade Musi Rawas Regency that is equal to 3,042 ≥ (1,674) At a significant level of 5%, then partially the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable . Variations in changes to the dependent variable (Employee Performance) can be explained by the independent variables (Organizational Culture and Work Motivation) simultaneously (57.0%) and the remaining 43.0% is influenced by other variables. Regency Testing Hypothesis Testing with the F test obtained a Fcount value of 32.477 ≥ 3.18. and the significance level simultaneously sig F is 0,000 α α (0.05), at a significant level of 5%, the Organizational Culture and Work Motivation together on the Performance of employees at the Department of Industry and Trade Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

The impact of the expandingeconomy cause the decrease community incomesespecially the income of farmer income, from the price of rubber, palm oil, crops which were getting lower in price. The growing need for life requires the community to be able to fulfill their daily needs even with minimum fulfillment. Our concern for the future generation of children will inspire us to conduct direct observations of people in Bukit Langkap village kec Karang Jaya Kab. Musi Jaya Kab. Rawas Utara. The goal is to produce Knowledge Transformation Method is by training approach to improve children competency in junior high schooland general education in Bukit Langkap Village. Identifyingthe needs sueh asthe edulpment which use in training we get it by rent. The main target is senior and junior high sehool students the study principle by direct seminars with a practical approcch from the training result will be done a produce knowledge transform method by trahing /practice approach in using computer comprehension such as hase introduce of computer, can programe the word, exsel, and powerpoin, and we hope will estabiish the sustainability relationship even thoug the research has beeb completed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, compensation, and motivation on employee performance at the Public Works Department of Musi Rawas, both simultaneously and partially. The research sample of 60 respondents, and data collection through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that there was a significant influence between competency, compensation and motivation together on employee performance as evidenced by the value of Fcount = 38.881> Ftable = 2.77. There is a significant effect between competency and motivation together on employee performance as evidenced by the value of Fcount = 43.953> Ftable = 3.16. There is a significant influence between competence and compensation together on employee performance as evidenced by the value of Fcount = 38.763> Ftable = 3.16. There is a significant influence between compensation and motivation together on employee performance as evidenced by the value of Fcount = 42.793> Ftable = 3.16. There is a significant influence between competence on employee performance as evidenced from the tcount = 6.841> ttable = 1.671. There is a significant effect between compensation on employee performance as evidenced by the tcount = 7.098> ttable = 1.671. There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance as evidenced from the tcount = 6.005> ttable= 1,671.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of madrasa head leadership style and work motivation on the performance of private madrasa aliyah teachers in Tebet Subdistrict, South Jakarta. This research was conducted by the method of data collection by distributing questionnaires to 54 madrasa aliyah teachers. The results showed the relationship between the leadership style of the madrasa head (X1) and work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) carried out simultaneously showed a relationship of 0.973 and had an influence of 97.3%. In the T-test results (partially) madrasa head style leadership variables (X1) obtained a tcount of 43.012 while a ttable of 2.008. Because tcount> ttable so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means partially X1 affects Y. Work motivation variable (X2) is obtained tcount of 2.310 while the ttable value of 2.008. Because tcount> ttable so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means partially X2 affects Y. Test results F (simultaneously) obtained Fcount of 926,194. At a significance level of 5% Ftable = 3.18 was obtained. Fcount> Ftable, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be said that there is an effect of X1 and X2 together on Y. Madrasa head leadership style and work motivation on Madrasa aliyah teacher performance has a higher influence if the madrasa head leadership style and work motivation is carried out simultaneously.

Abstract

Pegadaian Syariah is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that runs a pawnshop system in accordance with Islamic law. Financing / credit is the provision of money or equivalent bills, based on an agreement between a financial institution and another party that requires the financed party to return the money or bill after a certain period of time with compensation or profit sharing. Islamic pawnshops can provide financing / credit to customers. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Large Loans, Loan Duration, Job Status on the Level of Smooth Credit Returns at PT Pegadaian Syariah UPS Urip Sumoharjo. The data used in the study were secondary data with a population of 487 customers, and a sample of this study which included 56 customers at PT Pegadaian Syariah UPS Urip Sumoharjo. The analytical tools used are chi square and logistic regression. The results showed the smoothness of repayment of credit loans affected Loan Term, and job status. The results of the analysis of the two variables, namely Loan Period, and Employment Status have an influence on the rate of return on credit at PT Pegadaiain Syariah UPS Urip Sumoharjo. Sharia Pegadaiain parties are expected to pay attention to these variables in the analysis of lending.
