Abstract

In the process of learning, several indicators affect self-efficacy in the learning process namely the concept of teaching, kinds of teaching, types of teaching styles, and variations in teacher teaching styles. Self-efficacy is to measure success in the implementation of learning. Self-efficacy is influenced by several indicators, such as factors that influence self-efficacy and self-efficacy classification. The purpose of this study is to find out if there was an influence of teacher teaching style on self-efficacy in students grade V at SDN 006 Samarida Ulu academic year 2022/2023. The techniques sampling used was saturated sampling techniques. The subjects were 66 students. Data collection techniques was obtained by spreading the questionnaire and retrieving documentation. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis using IBM SPSS 21. The hypothetical test results concluded that the result of the meaningful test was obtained by 8,463 > by 3.99, so it could be concluded that there was an influence on the teacher teaching style variable (X) towards self-efficacy (Y) was Ha. The effect was determined by a correlation coefficient of r2 determination of 0.116 or 11.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this classroom action research in general is to improve social studies content learning outcomes about national events of the colonial masses by using the group work method. This classroom action research was carried out in 2 cycles using the group work method. Each cycle has 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects totaled 24 students. The results obtained after class action research on student learning outcomes on social studies content regarding colonial mass national events in class VB SDN 018 Samarinda Ulu could increase through the group work method in learning. This can be seen from the evaluation results of cycle I, there were 13 students who completed with an average of 66.5 or a percentage of classical completeness of 54%. In Cycle II, there were 24 students who completed with an average of 86 or 100% classical completeness percentage. Group work provides students with greater opportunities to explore the talents they have, and they also get friends who are considered better and more appropriate to study together, so that they can easily master all the knowledge they expect. The purpose of the group work method is that group work can develop students' abilities in terms of suggestion, motivation, and information, train and develop students' potential in integrating relationships with others, foster a sense of togetherness by working together in solving a problem or work from educators, train students' courage, to solidify the knowledge students have acquired. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu pilar utama dalam pembangunan suatu bangsa. Di era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi informasi, peran teknologi digital dalam pendidikan semakin penting. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital telah membuka peluang baru dalam pembelajaran, termasuk dalam konteks pendidikan agama. Agama Islam sebagai landasan moral dan etika dalam kehidupan memiliki peran sentral dalam pendidikan anak-anak, termasuk di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Pendidik yang mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital dengan baik memiliki potensi untuk menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam dan interaktif, serta mampu membantu membentuk karakter anak-anak sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis bagaimana teknologi digital dapat dioptimalkan dalam konteks pendidikan agama Islam di tingkat SD, khususnya dalam persiapan calon guru SD, diharapkan dapat ditemukan strategi-strategi efektif dalam memadukan nilai-nilai keislaman dengan perkembangan teknologi digital guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan agama Islam di SD serta mempersiapkan calon guru SD yang mampu berinovasi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian pustaka ini akan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis untuk menginvestigasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pendidikan Agama Islam bagi calon guru Sekolah Dasar (SD). Pendekatan ini akan memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali dan menganalisis informasi yang relevan dari sumber-sumber teks dan literatur yang ada. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar (SD) memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter, moral, dan nilai-nilai keislaman siswa sejak usia dini. Guru SD memiliki tanggung jawab besar sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran dan teladan yang baik, mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan teknologi digital untuk membuat pembelajaran lebih efektif dan menarik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the application of the jigsaw type of cooperative learning method can improve the learning outcomes of relay running in class IX students of SMP country 9 Sinjai. This research is action research conducted in the classroom, or classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) with two cycles. The research population was all students of class IX SMP Country 9 Sinjai, the sample in this study was one class consisting of 20 students. Data were collected through tests and observations. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study in the first cycle showed that the percentage of student learning completeness was 60%, while in the second cycle the percentage of student learning mastery reached 85%. Thus, it was concluded that the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning method could improve student learning outcomes in the relay running lesson

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kunci utama untuk membuka wawasan dunia dan mencapai kebebasan, seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi. Perubahan signifikan yang dialami lembaga pendidikan baru-baru ini adalah hasil dari adaptasi terhadap kemajuan teknologi dan modernisasi masyarakat. Institusi pendidikan yang tidak mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan ini berisiko tertinggal. Dalam konteks ini, peran kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan menjadi semakin penting. Kepemimpinan pendidikan melibatkan pengembangan potensi individu dan komunitas sekolah untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Kepala sekolah, sebagai pemimpin, memainkan peran krusial dalam memandu proses ini. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner seorang kepala sekolah berdampak langsung terhadap mutu pendidikan dengan memberikan arahan yang jelas kepada guru sehingga meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi kepemimpinan visioner untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan menguraikan perubahan positif yang terjadi seiring dengan peningkatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perpustakaan dengan mengumpulkan sumber referensi terkait masalah yang diteliti. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan memahami dan mengambil materi dasar hingga aspek-aspek penting Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pendidikan bergantung pada kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang visioner. Pemimpin sekolah yang visioner dapat merancang dan menerapkan perubahan strategis, meningkatkan kinerja sekolah dan guru, serta menghadapi tantangan pendidikan melalui inovasi. Hal ini menumbuhkan partisipasi aktif komunitas sekolah, sehingga sekolah mencapai standar kualitas pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan berpengaruh positif pada prestasi akademik siswa.   Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Visioner, Perubahan, Mutu Pendidikan

Abstract

The quality of education is a big challenge in the education sector in Indonesia, both at the higher education level and primary and secondary schools. The leadership of the school principal is important in improving the quality of educational management. The aim of this research is to find out how the leadership role of school principals can improve the management of educational quality. The research method used is a quantitative approach and data collection through library research. The findings in this research indicate that the way school leaders act professionally has both positive and negative impacts on teachers, counselors and other academic staff. This study also shows that the quality of education is closely related to the leadership responsibilities of school principals and the administrative organization, which is responsive to the educational needs of regional and municipal councils. To improve the quality of education, school leaders must focus on the small things, because these things are often overlooked, even though they have a big impact on progress.
