Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini, banyak terjadi kasus kemrosotan moral generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam film Tanah Surga Katanya karya Danial Rifki dan Relevansinya terhadap Pendidikan Anak Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Content analysis atau analisis isi. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam film Tanah Surga Katanya karya Danial Rifki yang mencakup, Nilai karakter dalam hubungannya dengan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa meliputi beriman kepada Allah Swt, ikhlas, syukur, sabar. Nilai karakter dalam hubungannya dengan diri sendiri meliputi jujur, disiplin, mandiri, kerja keras, rasa ingin tahu, bertanggung jawab, percaya diri, dan kreatif. Nilai karakter dalam hubungannya dengan sesama manusia meliputi menghargai karya dan prestasi orang lain, tolong-menolong, peduli, komunikatif/bersahabat, dan gotong royong. Nilai karakter dalam hubungannya dengan lingkungan meliputi menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Nilai karakter dalam hubungannya dengan kebangsaan meliputi nasionalisme, dan menghargai keberagaman. Kemudian terdapat relevansi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam film Tanah Surga Katanya karya Danial Rifki terhadap pendidikan anak madrasah ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Negara membutuhkan generasi terbaik yang mempunyai kemampuan memimpin bangsa ini guna mencapai kejayaan di masa depan. Pemuda-pemuda saat ini adalah pemimpin bangsa di masa depan, mereka akan menerima tongkat estapet kepemimpinan bangsa sehingga mereka harus dibekali dengan kecakapan-kecakapan dasar kepemimpinan .Inilah cita-cita pemuda yang akan menjadi pemimpin bangsa masa depan. Kepemimpinan dalam bahasa inggris disebut Leadership dan dalam bahasa arab disebut Zi’amah atau Imamah . dalam terminologi yang dikemukakan oleh Marifield dan Hamzah Kepemimpinan adalah menyangkut dalam menstimulasi, memobilisasi, mengarahkan, mengkoordinasi motif-motif dan kesetiaan orang-orang yang terlibat dalam usaha bersama. Kepemimpinan merupakan bagian dari fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang menduduki posisi strategis dalam sistem dan hirarki kerja dan tanggung jawab pada sebuah organisasi. Seorang pemimpin harus sanggup bekerja dalam jangka panjang dan dalam waktu yang tidak tertentu. Hal tersebut tercermin dalam keteguhan pendiriannya, kemauan yang keras dalam bekerja dan penerapan sifat-sifat pribadi yang baik dalam pekerjaannya Inti pelajaran kepemimpinan untuk siswa SD adalah kegiatan menghormati dan saling mempercayai, serta membuat koneksi emosional dan komitmen untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas. Dalam kehidupan di kelas, penting bagi siswa SD untuk merasakan atmosfer kepemimpinan, dimana guru harus memberikan kesempatan yang menjanjikan bagi siswa untuk memperbesar konsepsi kepemimpinan mereka dengan menghubungkan emosi dirinya sendiri dengan gairah untuk melayani teman sebaya, disiplin dalam mendengarkan pendapat guru ataupun teman sebayanya, dan berani dalam bertanya. Mendengarkan dengan rasa ingin tahu adalah tindakan kreatif yang paling kuat yang dapat dilakukan, karena mendengarkan adalah pintu dimana anak membiarkan dunia luar untuk masuk. Kegiatan mendengarkan dapat meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal, memperkuat keterampilan anak, menciptakan makna bersama, mengembangkan kemitraan bersama, dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan kepemimpinan bersama di dalam kelas ataupun di sekolah. Pemecahan masalah, imajinasi, dan perilaku prososial adalah aspek kepemimpinan yang dapat dipelajari pada anak sekolah dasar. Tapi hal seperti itu bukan prioritas kebutuhan anak, anak harus diberikan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan sikap kepemimpinan mereka di sekolah, karena anak memiliki kecerdasan untuk memberikan kepemimpinan, dan mereka juga harus mengembangkan keterampilan sosial yang efektif dalam rangka untuk mengambil posisi kepemimpinan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The implementation of education at the time of the Prophet can be divided into two stages, namely the stage of education carried out in Mecca, and the stage of education carried out in Medina. During the development of Islamic education in the Mecca period, there were three stages of education, namely the hidden stage, the overt stage and the general appeal. Islamic education materials are monotheism and the Koran. Islamic education, namely lectures, dialogues, discussions or questions and answers, parables, stories, habituation and memorization. The educational institution is in the house of Arqam and Kuttab. During the development of Islamic education in the Medina period, the Prophet carried out activities, namely establishing mosques and forming the state of Medina. The material for Islamic education is to deepen and expand the material that has been taught in Mecca, order, social, economic, political and the welfare of the people. Islamic educational institutions are mosques and suffahs.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) How is the application of the PAI learning model with Quantum Learning at SDN 1 Jatidatar. (2) How much student learning outcomes in PAI subjects withQuantum Learning at SDN 1 Jatidatar before applying the Quantum Learning learning model (3) How much student learning outcomes in PAI subjects withQuantum Learning at SDN 1 Jatidatar after applying the Quantum Learning learning model (3) How to increase student results in PAI subjects byQuantum Learning at SDN 1 Jatidatar. This research is experimental research using The One-Group pretest-posttest design involving the dependent variable, namely the learning outcomes of PAI, and the independent variable, namely the learning model. Quantum Learning. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Jatidatar in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year with a sample of 24 students. The research instrument used was the PAI learning achievement test. The results of the descriptive analysis show the average value of PAI learning outcomes for fourth-grade students before being taught using the learning modelQuantum Learning of 10.66 and a standard deviation of 2.74 and after being taught using a learning modelQuantum Learning of 15.54 and a standard deviation of 3.48 with an average Normalized Gain value of 0.32 in the medium category. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the learning model Quantum Learning can improve PAI learning outcomes for class IV students at SDN 1 Jatidatar.

Abstract

The young generation is a valuable asset of a nation, so we must direct, guide and protect it as well as possible. The younger generation as well as the nation's cadres have a very big role in determining the progress and decline of a nation, even the independence of Indonesia cannot be separated from the role of the younger generation. The success of youth development as quality human resources and having competitive advantage is one of the keys to open opportunities for success in various sectors including education. While the long-term success is to build a developed nation. As stated by Basrowi that the success of youth development as quality human resources and having competitive advantage is one of the keys to opening opportunities for success in various other education sectors. In Islam itself, it not only teaches about prayer, fasting, and zakat, but also requires its adherents to be strong physically and spiritually. Islamic education not only teaches about faith, worship, morals, intellectuals but also teaches things related to health and physical strength, namely physical education. In fact, Allah loves the strong believer over the weak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal in Teacher Performance Assessment activities in order to improve the quality of educators in order to realize the school's vision and mission at Elementary School, Sumber Rejeki Mataram. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Researchers collect data and analyze data where the data sources used are primary and secondary data using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that the principal has several roles, namely as an innovator who triggers the PKG agenda, then the principal acts as a drafter and supervisor who makes the concept of activities from the beginning of the activity to the execution of the PKG program and finally as an evaluator, namely evaluating PKG activities, this can be seen from the activeness of the principal in overseeing activities in schools, especially those related to PKG activities. Some of the principal's roles encourage school principals to make breakthroughs and progressive policies to make PKG activities a success. The PKG activities that have been running since 2015-2016 have been beneficial in improving the quality of educators at Sumber Rejeki Mataram Elementary School, that's why the principal makes this activity one of the mandatory activities that must be followed by all educators at Elementary School Sumber Rejeki Mataram. The series of activities starting from debriefing to conducting evaluations is the principal's agenda in realizing the vision, mission and goals of Sumber Rejeki Mataram Elementary School

Abstract

Efforts to improve employee performance can be done in various ways, one of them is by preparing employees who are professional, competent and high-performing. Employee performance in the office of the Ministry of Religion of Lampung Province is influenced by various factors, namely the contribution of leadership, organizational communication and work motivation. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach and descriptive survey method. The population is employees in offices of the Ministry of Religion of Lampung Province, totaling 2,219 employees. The sample in this study was 10%, namely 200 employees. The research data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and path analysis. Based on the data obtained and researched and tested it can be concluded as follows: 1) Leadership influences organizational communication. 2) Leadership influences work motivation. This shows that leadership and work motivation are in line with perceptions of employee performance. 3) Organizational communication has little effect on work motivation. This shows that organizational communication is less effective and efficient so that it is not in line with perceptions of employee performance. 4) Leadership influences employee performance. This shows that there is consistency between leadership and the performance of employees from the leadership. 5) Organizational communication has little effect on employee performance. This means that the lack of communication from a leader to employees can reduce the productivity of performance and performance of employees. 6) work motivation affects employee performance.

Abstract

The institution's efforts to make good student achievement and discipline are the main factors in it because it trains students to be able to control themselves, respect, and obey all the rules and regulations that exist in the school. However, on the contrary, violations or deviations from the order will harm him and will cause a problem, so that in its implementation as education, it can take action against students by being given sanctions or punishments and warnings.Punishment should not be carried out unless it has been preceded by a warning. In giving punishment, the teacher should pay attention to the following things: punishment must have something to do with mistakes, punishment must be adjusted to the child, punishment must be given fairly and the teacher is able to forgive students after the punishment is given.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia has experienced ups and downs. The digital era has changed children towards individualism, losing the world of playing with nature. Even Islamic education has found a steep way to progress and develop, one of which is public distrust of Islamic educational institutions which is getting lower. So it is very important to analyze what happened. Based on the above, this paper formulates marketing management strategies, quality improvement procedures and builds public trust in Islamic educational institutions based on research results at MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Tenggur Rejotangan Tulungagung. Qualitative research conducted by researchers using field study methods, in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, data collection by data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. Produces findings that Islamic education is actually not limited to the process of educating only, but includes the process of changing behavior. Strategies are needed to build public trust in Islamic education, namely: school review, formulating vision, mission, strategies and work programs, expanding participatory leadership, intervention at various levels, developing the culture of educational institutions, improving teacher capabilities, mobilizing funding sources, monitoring, evaluating and controlling.

Abstract

Islamic education is increasing with the times. Experts formulate and rearrange the structure of Islamic education, especially in the 21st century as it is today. Modern Islamic education is not just a transfer of knowledge but a foundation of faith and obedience. Therefore, what kind of Islamic educational institutions are in accordance with modern life like now. In this context the author aims to identify Islamic education in modern pesantren. The modernization of Islamic education is a form of renewal of the previous education system to achieve glory in the future and can give birth to an advanced Islamic civilization. The oldest educational institution in Indonesia, namely pesantren, is consistent in contributing to the socio-religious field to date. In this millennial era, all activities already use technology so that they can keep up with the times. This existing progress can be followed by one of the Islamic educational institutions, namely the Islamic Boarding School. In his perspective on modern Islamic boarding schools, Muhammad Abduh emphasizes that any learning at a given Islamic boarding school should use the discussion method because according to him reasoning power will be damaged if you always use the rote method.
