Abstract

Short-term funding is a type of funding that plays a major role in the operational activities of a business, especially in medium-sized business activities, where it is known that the role of this funding is the backbone of business activities, the business policies implemented in business activities are of concern to researchers, it is clear that this business activity is a popular choice among the surrounding community so that it triggers interest in conducting research at this location, the purpose of this study is to determine the short-term funding policy that is being pursued. The method used is mixed, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods with a total sample of 99 respondents. The results show that the policies carried out by this business activity are centered on strong internal funding, which is considered a policy that is enforced. The conclusion that can be expressed is that this policy is deemed effective and efficient in optimizing business activities, the suggestion is to start directing the role of financial institutions in terms of investment in the securities aspect

Abstract

Background: The growth of the economic sector is intricately linked to the crucial function of financial institutions. A bank is a type of financial entity that operates within the banking sector. Banks serve the purpose of collecting funds through savings, deposits, and current accounts, and then distributing those amounts through credit or loans. Banks exert a significant impact on economic development. Objective: The objective of this study is to examine the impact of asset growth and interest income on profitability. Method: This study was a quantitative study that used an associative technique to assess variables partially and concurrently within the population of Bank BTN listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2023. The sampling process employed non- probability sampling approaches, specifically the purposive sampling method. Result: The findings indicate that asset growth (X1) does not have significant effects on profitability (Y), however interest income (X2) has a significant impact on profitability (Y). Additionally, there is no simultaneous effect of asset growth (X1) and interest income (X2) on profitability (Y). Conclusion: The results of this study can be concluded 1. Asset growth (X1) does not have a partial effect on profitability (Y) 2. Interest income (X2) has a significant partial effect on profitability (Y) 3. Asset growth (X1) and interest income (X2) do not have a simultaneous effect on profitability (Y).   Keywords: Asset Growth, Interest Income, Profitability

Abstract

This study examines the modernization of regional financial management to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in Tojo Una-Una Regency. By implementing the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) with the Accounting and Reporting (AKLAP) module since 2022, the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) aims to improve the quality of financial reports in accordance with government accounting standards. However, limitations in human resource (HR) competence and a lack of technical training for operators hinder optimal integration and report accuracy. Using a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach, this research identifies barriers and SIPD optimization strategies through interviews and observations. Key findings indicate that limited HR competence and unequal technological infrastructure across Regional Government Organizations (OPD) are the main obstacles. Recommendations include intensive training for SIPD operators and strengthening technology infrastructure at the OPD level, which are expected to enhance regional financial management performance, creating a more transparent, accurate, and accountable system

Abstract

The policies prepared by the government to accelerate digital transformation in Indonesia can be considered ready, both in terms of infrastructure, human resources (HR), and government regulations. This is evident from the projects that have been implemented by the government. From the explanations previously presented, it is stated that the number of internet users in Indonesia has been increasing year by year. This is also influenced by the fact that during the COVID-19 pandemic, digital technology users were facilitated in carrying out their activities. This digital transformation requires the community to adapt to new habits, encouraging them to innovate and find ways to sustain their livelihoods by utilizing digital technology. As a result, people will become accustomed to these changes, transitioning into a digital economy society. Indonesia's readiness to accelerate digital transformation is almost fully prepared, though there are minor obstacles in the field that are sometimes beyond the government's control.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of employee satisfaction factors at the population and civil registration services on the use of the population administration information system in Purworejo Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sample used was 40 employee respondents who used the population administration information system. The data obtained was processed using SPSS version 22. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests. multiple linear regression test, T test, and F test. The results of this research show that 1) system quality (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t test result of 3.481. 2) information quality (X2) partially has a significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t test result of 3.923. 3) service quality (X3) partially has a significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t test result of 3.775. 4) partial use of (X4) has no significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t test result of -1.043. 5) net benefits (X5) partially have no significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t test result of -1.608. For the f test, the significance value for the influence of system quality (X1), information quality (X2), service quality (X3), usage (X4), and net benefits (X₅), simultaneously on Y is 0.000 < 0.05 and the f value count 7,720 > f table 2,650, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of system quality (X1), information quality (X2), service quality (X3), usage (X4), and net benefits (X₅), simultaneously on employee satisfaction Y

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of competence, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance with infrastructure as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative. In this study, the population was employees of the West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, with a total of 45 respondents. The data processing technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SmartPLS 03 application. The results of the research conducted show that competency and work discipline variables have a positive effect on employee performance, motivational variables do not affect employee performance while competency, motivation and work discipline variables using facilities and infrastructure variables do not affect employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of brand experience on brand loyalty, with brand love as a mediating variable among Gen Z in Klaten Regency in choosing local sneaker brands. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected from 107 respondents selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using path analysis and Sobel test to examine mediation. The findings indicate that brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty (β = 0.257; p = 0.011) and brand love (β = 0.604; p = 0.000). Additionally, brand love significantly influences brand loyalty (β = 0.609; p = 0.000). The Sobel test confirms that brand love significantly mediates the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty (t = 3.711; p = 0.000). These findings suggest that a positive brand experience directly enhances consumer loyalty and indirectly strengthens it through brand love.
