Cash withdrawals via mobile platforms significantly affect financial inclusion (β =1.195, p= 0.000). The study concluded that mobile banking has a significant effect on financial inclusion among commercial banks. The study examines the impact of democratic governance and corruption on electricity power supply in Nigeria. To achieve this goal, an integrated regression analysis such as Dynamic Ordinary Least Squares (DOLS), Fully Modified OLS, Canonical Cointegrating Regression and OLS were utilized to estimate data spanning the period of 1986 – 2020. The result revealed a negative and significant impact of democracy and corruption on electricity power generation in Nigeria. On the other hand, economic growth has shown a positive and important impact on electricity generation, suggesting that higher GDP growth will increase the supply of electricity in Nigeria. The implication of this findings are as follows: (i) one of the dividends of democracy which is providing public good to the citizens have not been achieved, as such, policymakers need to give more attention to the provision electricity supply; (ii) the institutions in charge of fighting corruption such as the Economic and Financial Crime Commissions (EFCC) need to be further strengthened in Nigeria.

The purpose of this study is to identify and classify the homogenous cases that have similar needs and knowledge about the importance application and benefits of bamboo. The questionnaires were completed by 378 respondents in Haiti. The results from K-mean clustering analysis show the three groups identified were namely Functional, Aggressive, and Potential groups. The Functional group was high knowledge about important application factors and low knowledge about benefit factors. While Aggressive group was high in both factors. Besides, the Potential group with the lowest one needing improvement on both factors. India has one of the largest Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) networks with other counties around the world. The BITs is to promote foreign investment by increasing investor confidence, empowering individual private parties to take international arbitral proceedings against the threat of appropriation by the government of the host country. This paper analyses the effect of BITs on FDI inflows in India using panel data for 76 countries for the time period 2000-2016 applying a dynamic panel generalised method of moments instrumental variable estimation method. The differenced GMM and system GMM estimates show a significant negative effect of bilateral investment treaties on the FDI inflows in India. While the lagged FDI has a significant positive effect, the financial openness of the source nations is reducing FDI inflows to India. The POLCON index shows that the countries with lesser political constraints have positive FDI outflow towards India. As opposed to domestic variables, the Chinn-Ito and POLCON indices have a greater share of change in FDI inflows to India. It seems that the BITs is not efficient enough to create investor confidence to invest in India.

The current global events have posed a great challenge to the survival of SMEs. This study is motivated to identify the factors that enhance innovative performance among SMEs by exploring the path of Strategic orientation (SO) and coordination flexibility (CF). A total of 400 copies of the structured questionnaire was administered to top managers and Supervisors in Nigeria. Out of the 400 copies administered to top managers, 200 were completed, while 217 were completed and returned by the supervisors out of 400 administered to them as well. Partial Least Square (PLS) software 3.3.3, a variance-based Structural Equation Modelling was used to analyse the data. The results indicate that SO, CF in employee skill but not HR practice was found to relate significantly with IP as well as mediate the relationship with SO. Thus, we concluded that IP can be enhanced through SO and explained through CF in employee skills.

The internet has made the world a smaller place and has several functions in providing exposure to other individuals, locations, ideas, global access and opportunities all over the world. Arguably all these functions require users to be satisfied with internet services to achieve their objectives. This paper reports findings from 171 users with fixed broadband services during Covid-19 pandemic in Danang, Vietnam. It argues that in certain disruptive and unfavorable events, satisfaction involves the conative, which is to continue the commitment with the current provider, and not likely to switch to new services or other brands. The study identifies that the customer services, value- added services, price structure, network quality, the convenience and responsiveness are important determinants and significantly adjuncts to the generation of satisfaction.
