Abstract

This qualitative descriptive research aims to examine the implementation of the use of Village Funds in infrastructure development in Ngaban Village, Sidoarjo. Data from observations, interviews, and documentation were then analyzed with reference to George C. Edward III's policy implementation theory. Regarding communication, the development planning process was carried out through the Village Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbangdes) involving the community, although information dissemination was not yet equitable. Regarding resources, human resources are sufficient, but budget constraints necessitate phased development. In terms of disposition, implementers demonstrate strong commitment and a sense of responsibility. Regarding bureaucratic structure, task distribution is clearly defined, although it is not yet supported by uniform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Abstract

Zakat as a wealth redistribution instrument in Islam requires accuracy in determining Mustahiq to ensure proper distribution. LAZISMU Pekanbaru has implemented selection through administrative verification, field surveys, and score-based assessment, yet faces discrepancies between administrative data and Mustahiq’s actual conditions, alongside the absence of formal clarification and structured impact evaluation. This study aims to describe the Mustahiq determination pattern, analyze it through Jasser Auda’s Maqasid Syariah perspective, and formulate an ideal model. A descriptive qualitative method was employed through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings indicate the Mustahiq determination system has reflected all six features of Jasser Auda’s Maqasid Syariah, though some still require strengthening. The proposed ideal model focuses on affirming the scoring function, providing clarification space for Mustahiq, standardizing decision-making, and implementing continuous impact evaluation toward a more transparent and society development-oriented system.

Abstract

This study assesses the impact of digital transformation and advancements in the financial sector on economic growth in the ASEAN area, with institutional quality acting as a moderating variable. The methodology employed is dynamic panel data analysis utilizing the System-Generated Method of Moments (SYS-GMM) and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The estimation results indicate that the impacts of digital transformation and financial development on economic growth are not consistently direct and significant. Nonetheless, institutional quality generally enhances this association, although the effect is not uniform across all sampled nations. The results demonstrate that the impacts of digitalization and the financial sector on growth are not consistently straightforward, but are significantly influenced by the efficacy of governance in each nation. This emphasizes that technology advancement must be paired with the enhancement of supporting institutions to facilitate optimal economic growth.

This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire survey administered to 104 active students of Universitas Cokroaminoto Yogyakarta who were currently enrolled in or had completed an entrepreneurship course. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that entrepreneurship education and subjective norms have a positive effect on students’ entrepreneurial intention. Online transactions were found to significantly moderate the relationships between entrepreneurship education, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial intention. In contrast, business capital and self-efficacy did not demonstrate significant moderating effects. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the career adaptability of Generation Z. Generation Z tends to be self-directed in managing their careers and is highly value-driven. They are more flexible, independent, and willing to take risks in pursuing non-linear career paths to achieve job satisfaction and self-actualization. This phenomenon reflects the concept of a Boundaryless Career because there are no limits in a career like barriers between organizations or a linear education path. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, utilizing a questionnaire instrument for data collection. The findings reveal a strong tendency that Generation Z possesses an exceptionally high level of career path flexibility. Today's guidance and counseling services must be able to develop students in healthy digital comparisons, facilitating virtual career exploration, and strengthening students' self-regulation. This ensures they do not merely become spectators, but capable directors in constructing their future non-linear careers.
