<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the waste bank program in Larangan Village, Candi District. The implementation of the Anggrek Waste Bank on waste management is a major focus of this study. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using primary and secondary data. Sources of data obtained online and offline, such as journals, the web, and information from sources. The results of this study suggest that the first standard dimensions and policy objectives of orchid waste Banks programs are having a positive impact on communities. The two dimensions of human resources contribute to the program and to financial resources can help the economic community. The three dimensions of communication are structured between management, depositors and cauldrons. Fourth, the characteristic dimension of the organization in the orchid waste bank program isa problem in determining the lift schedule and the granting of facilities from government agencies. Fifth, a dimension to the implementation of the program, and in social, economic, political environment it receives support from the external environment.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze how to optimize the smart economy in empowering MSMEs in order to increase MSMEs competitiveness in the city of Bandung. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study, the Bandung City government already has a strategy in optimizing the smart economy in empowering MSMEs, it is well seen that there are many actors who have taken part in the implementation of the smart economy program. Through a SWOT analysis, quadrant I shows the position of the MSMEs optimization strategy and the S-O strategy position is used, namely utilizing the image of the City of Bandung as a city with smart economy and government support to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[Law appears in accordance with the political and social configuration of a certain period. This fact indicates that the law continues to require renewal. One of the proofs that the law cannot reach people's lives which continues to develop is the emergence of Emergency Law no. 12 of 1951. The emergency law emerged as a renewal of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 8 of 1948, and changed the Ordonnantie Tijdelijke Bijzondere Strafbepalingen (sbtl. 1948 No. 17). At certain times the emergency law was the right solution, but now the law that has not been updated can cause problems. One of the problems that arise is the ambiguity of the "without rights" element in the use of sharp weapons. The law does not specify which party has the right or the right to not use sharp weapons. In order for the law to continue to be used, a ratio legis is needed. This study aims to examine (1) the ratio of the elements of "without rights" in Article 2 of Law no. 12 of 1951, and (2) the configuration of the concept of Article 2 of Law no. 12 Year 1951 which is ideal in the future. This research is juridical-normative research with a statutory approach. The technique of analyzing legal materials is done by qualitative descriptive. The results of this study include, (1) the phrase "without rights" needs to be specified so as not to cause multiple interpretations, and (2) Law no. 12 of 1951 is no longer relevant to use.]]>

<![CDATA[The city of Kupang as one of the cities in the province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) takes part in the smart city program by building a regional smart city. The main goal of Smart City in Kupang city is to improve people's welfare, including development, infrastructure, service management and the public environment. This research was conducted using a survey technique to the people of Kupang city with the research method being quantitative and using purposive sampling method. The results of the measurement of Kupang City Community Readiness for the Smart City program, it was concluded that the Kupang City community was READY based on the measurement results through the indicators of Awareness, Governance, Business resources, Human resources, Technology resources, Adoption.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine the effect of the CIRC model and close reading techniques on critical reading literacy in Indonesian language subjects for 5th graders at SDN Perumnas Tangerang. This research was conducted with a population of 171 students. The research sample was 42 students with an explanation of 21 students in the experimental class and 21 students in the control class. The research instrument used an observation sheet and a test sheet. Data analysis using T-test. From the results of the CIRC class hypothesis test, it was found that tcount (3.556) > ttable (1.720). Hypothesis test results for the Close Reading class Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 that is 0.04 and t count (3.146) > t table (1.720). Anova test with sig = 0.000 <0.05, Fcount (8.309) > Ftable (4.325). The results of the analysis showed that there was an effect of the CIRC model and close reading technique on critical reading skills and the simultaneous effect of the CIRC model and close reading technique on students' critical reading ability.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of student learning outcomes and high critical thinking through the application of project based learning learning models and to determine the effect of student learning outcomes and critical thinking using conventional learning models. The research method is a quasi-experimental and 2x2 factorial design. The research population was 159 students with a research sample of 56 students. The instruments used are questionnaires, observations and tests. Data analysis using T test and Anova test. The results of the first hypothesis data analysis obtained Fcount = 262.36 > Ftable = 4.20, the second hypothesis Fcount = 112.73 > Ftable = 4.20, the third hypothesis Fcount = 10,069 > Ftable = 4.20. The fourth hypothesis is Fcount = 10,069 > Ftable = 4,20, the fifth hypothesis is Fcount = 10,407 > Ftable = 4,20, so it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes using project based learning and conventional learning models.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to obtain information about the effect of using project-based learning models and creative thinking skills on social studies learning outcomes. The research was conducted at SDN Tigaraksa IV. The population is 130 students with a sample of 64 respondents. The instruments used are questionnaires and tests. Data analysis using T-test. The threshold value of Sig to determine the magnitude of the influence of the learning model is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount is 4.083 <ttable 2.738. The threshold value of Sig creative thinking ability and student learning outcomes is 0.000 < 0.05 and the tcount value is 43.186 < t table 2.738 with a significant value between variables on student learning outcomes of 0.000 < 0.05 and the F arithmetic value is 1865,006> 4,150. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence between project-based learning and creative thinking skills on student learning outcomes]]>

<![CDATA[The study was conducted to determine the effect of multimedia-assisted learning models on mathematics learning outcomes based on learning styles in fifth grade students in Cisoka District. The population is 165 fifth grade students at SDN Jeungjing I, II and III while the research sample is 74 students. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires and tests. The first hypothesis is the value of Fcount = 199.36 and the value of Ftable = 3.97, the second hypothesis is the mean value of the experimental class analytical learning style is 44 with a standard deviation of 1.854, while the global learning style is 11 standard deviations of 2.278, the third hypothesis is the Fcount = 137 .16 and the value of Ftable = 4.13, the fourth hypothesis the value of Fcount = 454.59 and the value of Ftable = 4.13, the fifth hypothesis the value of Fcount = 601.183, the value of Ftable = 3.91. The results of the analysis show the effect of multimedia-assisted learning models on mathematics learning outcomes based on the learning styles of fifth grade students in Cisoka District.]]>

<![CDATA[This study wanted to find out the procedural in the application for wali adhol and the number of cases at the Binjai Religious Court. Then the cause of the application for guardian adhol in the people of Binjai City to the Binjai Religious Court and the peaceful effort and the basis for determining the panel of judges at the Binjai Religious Court on the appointment of guardian judges in Muslim community marriages in Binjai City whose guardians are adhol. The type of thesis research is qualitative, the type of research is yuridis sosiologis, namely the type of social research research. The primary source of research is the decision of the Binjai Religious Court in determining the guardian adhol from 2011-2021. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, document studies and photos. Based on the results of the study that the Guidelines and Administrative Duties of the Religious Courts related to the application for wali adhol which was requested by the prospective bride to the Binjai Religious Court, namely registering the case and paying the down-payment of the case; the application can be submitted cumulatively, namely the determination of the guardian adhol as well as a marriage permit and the appointment of a guardian judge; The head of the Religious Court determines the panel of judges in charge.]]>
