Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of divorce lawsuits through the e-court at the Binjai Religious Court, the difference between filing an ordinary lawsuit and filing through an e-court, and the effectiveness of implementing a divorce lawsuit through the e-court at the Binjai Religious Court. This research is an empirical legal research, with a case study approach and a statutory approach. The data sources are primary and secondary data, the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are: First, the implementation of a lawsuit in the Binjai Religious Court in terms of registration through the e-court itself is of two kinds, namely advocates/legal entities and independent users. Second, the difference between an ordinary lawsuit and the submission through e-court is an ordinary lawsuit, a divorce suit is filed by the husband or wife or their proxies to the Court whose jurisdiction includes the defendant. Third, the effectiveness of the implementation of divorce lawsuits through e-court through the Binjai Religious Court of North Sumatra can be seen from saving time and money in the case registration process, as well as well-archived documents, accessible from various locations and media as well as a faster data retrieval process.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has thousands of islands stretching from Sabang to Merauke. One of them is Pari Island which has high natural potential and is a natural tourist destination that is worth a visit. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, literature studies and interviews. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Community Based Tourism strategy for the Pari Island tourism sector, especially for natural and cultural tourism. The results of this study with a Community-Based Tourism strategy can improve the community's economy and the youth community becomes active in participating in Pari Island tourism with a note of the need for special handling for the development of Pari island cultural tourism so that it can increase the attractiveness of visits to Pari Island.

Abstract

Several obstacles occur on the part of the Counseling Guidance teacher at SMK Plus Al Aitaam Bandung. This factor happens because there is still a lack of knowledge from guidance counselors regarding materials on students' interests, talents, and information and knowledge about the various types of majors in tertiary institutions. Teachers still feel confused when dealing with students who need direction regarding their interests and talents. Especially when the students choose a major or related career description in work and business. Also, they could not use the test tool can be used to identify the interests and talents of these students. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to assist in the form of self-motivated training (workshop) in designing further studies and careers after graduation for class XII students. The measurement of their interests and talents uses a web-based online career test. The results of the implementation of the mentoring activities were considered very good by the partners. This web-based online interest test helps solve student problems. So that they feel that the activity material is following their needs. In addition, they can also identify interests and talents in determining the next step after graduation.

Abstract

The banks of the Gajahwong River in Yogyakarta City are part of the slum area based on a decree from the Mayor of Yogyakarta in 2016. Various Community-Based Environmental Empowerment Programs (PLPBK) have been implemented until 2022. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out a qualitative evaluation of the success of its implementation in overcoming slums in a sustainable manner, including involvement the parties in it. The condition of the Warungboto Slum Area is a mild slum with an average sectoral slum of 23.7% in certain RTs. The existence of the Kotaku program with the handling of increasing settlements in terms of road infrastructure, drainage, infiltration wells has had an impact on the non-slum parameter score but the handling of house buildings and riverbank inspection roads is still problematic. Thus the involvement and commitment of all parties, the government, local communities as well as NGOs and universities need to be strengthened so that slum reduction can be optimally realized.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the results of the researchers' initial observations regarding the premarital guidance provided by the Medan Marriage Clinic to the participants. This study aims to determine the main objectives of establishing the Medan Marriage Clinic, the system of providing premarital guidance carried out by the Medan Marriage Clinic, the suitability of premarital guidance at the Medan Marriage Clinic with the provisions of the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance in 2018, as well as the effectiveness of the Medan Marriage Clinic in forming a happy family. sakinah. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods with observation and interview data collection techniques. This type of research is field research (field research). The number of respondents in this study were 5 founders of the Medan Marriage Clinic and 30 alumni of the Marriage Clinic. Based on the results of the research, the guidance system implemented by the Medan marriage clinic is quite good with a lecture system in 12 meetings for a period of 3 months, as for the material, Mindset and Intentions for Marriage, Premarital Health, Stages of Choosing a Match, Ta'aruf, Khitbah and Dowry , KUA Administration, Walimah Fiqh, Jima' Fiqh, Fiqh of Livelihoods, Financial Management, Building Communication, Family Conflict Management, Fiqh of Divorce and Ruju', Consolidation Towards Marriage. Abstract

West Java has ecotourism potential that can improve the community's economy and regional income. This research aims to identify components and strategies that affect ecotourism, describe modeling using dynamic system analysis that can be a reference for predicting the future, as well as develop policies for the development of West Java Ecotourism Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri (KBM). This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. In this research, the author uses a dynamic system that can produce the right policy outlook in decision-making for 4 tourism components, which is expected to increase tourists and regional income. Based on the ecotourism KBM priority program, for tourism optimization there are three components that are focused on the categories of service improvement and comfort. From the results of the analysis, optimal strategies and policies are obtained, which can be assumed to have increased amenity by 8%, accessibility by 9%, and added an additional 3%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the demands of stakeholders on companies to implement sustainability. On the other hand, there is management's reluctance to implement it, because they perceive that the implementation of sustainability is not directly related to the company's main activities.The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of corporate sustainable development (CSD) on firm value (FV) and firm size (FS) through profitability (P) as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, and the method of correlation analysis to find the relationship between exogenous latent variables and endogenous latent variables. The data analysis technique used SEM PLS. This study found that CSD had no effect on FV and FS through profitability as a mediating variable. This is because investors tend to invest in companies that have high profitability and pay dividends. The goals of CSD can only be achieved through the transformation of education and technology by the Indonesian people which is currently in progress.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Malo, Bojonegoro Regency, the media used in learning and evaluation are still relatively difficult for students to focus on learning. Included here are PAI subjects. This school has an adequate computer laboratory. Also, teachers and their students have smartphones that are no less sophisticated to be used as learning media. It's just that they have not been able to optimize these facilities. So the first problem can be formulated: how to understand teachers about optimizing ICT for learning in schools and secondly, how to grow teacher skills in optimizing the creation of digital-based learning evaluation questions. The method applied uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The result of the implementation of this training and mentoring is that teachers have digital skills and knowledge and there is a significant change in the seriousness and understanding of students in participating in learning. As a suggestion of this training be used and practiced in learning to improve student understanding.

Abstract

In practice, sustainable development is still needed on Lusi Island considering that the existence of Lusi Island is not yet known by the wider community and the development plan has not been realized in the form of adding several tourist and educational facilities. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of e-government-based tourist destination innovation and community participation both partially and simultaneously on sustainable development in the field of Lusi Island tourism. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence of e-government-based tourist destination innovation and community participation in sustainable development in the field of Lusi Island tourism. Sidoarjo Regency is expected to maximize the development and promotion of Lusi Island tourism, for example by implementing online ticket purchases and promotions through official social media.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the PBL model and learning motivation on students' critical thinking skills in science subject class V, Daru I public elementary school, Tangerang district. Quasi-experimental type of research with 2x2 factorial design. The study population consisted of a sample of 110 students and 76 students sampled using purposive sampling techniques. Research instruments use questionnaires and tests. Data analysis with Two Way Anova using SPPS 22.00 for windows. Hypothesis test result data for the influence of learning models with sig=0.043 values < 0.05 dan F values count 4.226 > 3.873 F table. For student learning motivation sig=0.000 < 0.05 dan F value calculate 190.235 > 3.873 F table. And for the influence of the PBL model with learning motivation sig=0.017 value < 0.05 dan F value count 6.020 > 3.873 F table. The results of the analysis show the impact of the PBL model and student motivation on the critical thinking skills of science students.
