Abstract

The Creative Economic Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (Bekraf RI) has produced 57 infographics throughout 2016-2018 from Independent Assessment of Creative City/ District for Indonesia (PMK3I). One of the exciting parts of those infographics is the cover related to city branding's identity in developing the creative economy in an area. This study aims to determine what identities are displayed in city branding. This research used the theory of city image management by Kavaratzis. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis techniques. The research data used are infographics cover of Creative Economic Agency of the Republic of Indonesia in Malang, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta. The data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews with informants who worked in the tourism sector government agencies and were native to those areas. In representing cities/regions in Indonesia, physical buildings, cultural products, and community characters are always connected to their local identity.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem that national governments have always faced, namely developed and developing countries' local governments. Several factors causing poverty were selected, including the Indirect Spending and Human Development Index, which was studied to influence poverty in Belitung Regency. The purpose of the study is to optimize poverty reduction through the Human Development Index and Indirect Spending scheme in the short and long term in Belitung Regency in 2011-2021, using secondary data from the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The method used Error Correction Model (ECM) and processed using Eviews. Abstract

Narcotics and Psychotropic are humanity crimes which in recent years have shown a fairly high trend of increasing. This problem certainly causes many victims, especially among the younger generation at the age of learning. In Indonesia, legal regulations regarding acts of drug abuse are regulated in Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. Based on these regulations, sanctions given for acts can be in the form of criminal sanctions and imposition of rehabilitation sanctions. This study aims to analyze the application of legal protection for victims narcotics victim abuse, as well as to analyze implementing legal protection for victims of narcotics abuse committed by students in the Malang Police jurisdiction. This research is empirical juridical research using a socio-cultural juridical approach, to examine the effectiveness of legal protection for victims of narcotics abuse in the jurisdiction of the Malang Police. The results of the study show that in addition to enforcing the law, legal protection is also implemented through rehabilitation for victims of narcotics abuse by students in the jurisdiction of the Malang Police. In an effort to implement it, investigators refer to the provisions contained in Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, and Permenkes No. 50 of 2015 concerning technical guidelines for the Implementation of Compulsory Reporting and Medical Rehabilitation for Addicts, Abusers, and Victims of Narcotics Abuse. The obstacles in implementing committed by students in the jurisdiction in the Malang Police, namely the difficulty of obtaining truth facts from victims or the dishonesty of narcotics abusers at student age which is influenced by fear and dependency, both in terms of economic, social, as well as emotional. In addition, there are also limited facilities and infrastructure for medical rehabilitation of narcotics abusers, as well as a lack of medical personnel who handle the rehabilitation of narcotics abusers in the Legal Area of ​​the Malang Police.

Abstract

Teachers must master information and communication technology (ICT) because the lack of it will cause them to fall behind, making the teaching profession challenging. The training activity focuses on three learning tools, namely word wall, peardeck, and storyline. The steps involved in this training include: (1) Providing initial understanding of the importance of learning tool applications, (2) giving examples of how to use learning tools in teaching, (3) practicing the utilization of learning tools, (4) providing mentoring and direct practice in the use of learning tools in teaching, and (5) distributing questionnaires about the training implementation to the participants. The training program provides many benefits, such as: (1) increasing the effectiveness of teaching, (2) optimizing students' learning experience, (3) improving teachers' digital competence and creativity, (4) helping to overcome obstacles in using technology for teaching, (5) ultimately improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The 5.0 education policy reflected through the Merdeka Curriculum directs to a meaningful reality that is truly applicable and functional. This study aims to describe the implementation of an authentic assessment of Indonesian Language subjects which includes digital-industry literacies at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Muntilan. The research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources of data to answer research questions are the results of interviews (teachers and students) and the analysis of learning documents. The data collection method uses basic direct talk techniques and advanced techniques such as recording and taking notes. Data validity was tested using referential validity, while reliability was tested using intra-rater and inter-rater techniques. The results of the analysis show that SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Muntilan has implemented various forms of authentic assessment of Indonesian Language subjects in the Industrial Learning (PI) program which also includes ocationally-appropriate digital-industry literacies. Implementing the Indonesian Language authentic assessment with digital-industry literacies at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Muntilan is considered good because it fulfills the performance and meaningful aspects to support students' Indonesian language skills according to the 5.0 education policy.

Abstract

Looking at how the government implements creative economy policies for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector during a pandemic, this article aims to see how they are implemented and draw lessons that can be used to prepare for future crises. This study aims to identify the challenges that the creative economy in MSME will face in the future, so that a number of suggestions can be provided as capital for defense and strengthening of the national economic sector. This study's research chosen method is a literature review, with primary sources consisting of scholarly journal articles from various sources. This study demonstrates how government economic policies can increase MSMEs' product sales. According to the findings of the analysis, there are two tailed of issues that will be confronted in the future, systemic and dynamic challenges. As a result, the MSME sector should be ready to improve the system and adapt it to the market environment.

Abstract

BPJS claim is the submission of all BPJS patient care costs by the Hospital to the BPJS Health, carried out collectively and billed to the BPJS Health every month through the verification process. BPJS Health is a legal entity established to administer the Health Insurance program. Health Insurance is a guarantee in the form of health protection so that participants obtain health maintenance benefits and protection in meeting basic health needs provided to everyone who has paid contributions or whose contributions are paid by the government. This study aims to design a medical record management system to support JKN claims for outpatients at Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation and literature study. The results showed that there were problems that occurred, namely unclear resumes, illegible SEPs, missing referral letters, and there was still 1 outpatient period that was mixed up so that coding officers found it difficult to read it and became an obstacle to claiming. Based on this research, it can be concluded that there is a need for a quality audit of specific medical resume writing and incomplete BPJS patient requirement files.

Abstract

Three company groups made up of ten Ganesha College of Economics students took part in the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW) Kemdikbud Ristek in 2022. Within the context of higher education, the P2MW program promotes the enhancement and development of students' entrepreneurial skills. This study intends to evaluate the P2MW implementation that took place within STIE Ganesha for 4 months, from August to November 2022. A descriptive qualitative approach is used in this study. Through observation, reading, and interviews, data were gathered and processed. P2MW had a significant favorable effect on universities, instructors, and students, according to the findings. Additionally, because they don't understand the program, supervisors and students may encounter difficulties implementing P2MW's digital reporting mechanisms. The Belmawa Kemdikbud Ristek rules ensure that P2MW STIE Ganesha's deployment is successful. Universities are urged to offer more support to instructors and students in entrepreneurship so that they are better equipped to participate in the next program.

Abstract

In Indonesia there are many cases of early marriage. Even though early marriage is permissible according to Islamic law, if it is not carried out according to the provisions it will cause a lot of harm. The purpose of this qualitative research is to be able to find out what efforts were made by Islamic Religious Extensionists in reducing early marriage in South Binjai City through observation and in-depth interviews. The informant was an Islamic Counselors in South Binjai. The results of the study show that the efforts of Islamic Counselors at South Binjai to reduce early marriage are carried out in various ways, including by socializing the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 and providing religious guidance to parents and adolescents every month in different locations regarding the purpose of marriage and the negative impacts of early marriage. Apart from that, they also cooperates with village heads and neighborhood heads in providing education for residents who want to marry early. This effort is very helpful in reducing the number of early marriages in South Binjai in 2022.

Abstract

This study illustrates how social media Tiktok affects the efficacy of salam da'wah television. This study employs a quantitative survey method. The questionnaire is disseminated online via a Google form. The population consists of followers of the salamtv Tiktok account. the research data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect on the delivery of da'wah on Tiktok to the effectiveness of salamtv da'wah with a value contribution of 55.1% and each increase of 1 delivery value will add to the value of the effectiveness of da'wah by 0.846. 2) there is a positive and significant influence on the da'wah content on Tiktok on the effectiveness of the da'wah of Salamtv with a value contribution of 55.9% and each increase of 1 delivery value will increase the value of the effectiveness of the da'wah by 0.695. 3) there is a positive and significant influence on the delivery of da'wah content on Tiktok together on the effectiveness of the da'wah of Salamtv with a value contribution of 59.7% and each increase of 1 delivery value will add to the effectiveness of da'wah by 0.435 and 0.390
