This research aims to examine the influence of personality, leadership and decision making on employee performance at PDAM Makassar City. The method used in this research is a structural equation model with a total of 66 respondents consisting of men and women. Based on data analysis, it was found that personality and leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while decision making did not show a significant effect. Validity and reliability tests show that all indicators are suitable for use, with Cronbach alpha values above 0.70. The data normality test shows a normal distribution, and the multicollinearity test shows there is no correlation between the independent variables. The heteroscedasticity test does not show symptoms of heteroscedasticity, which indicates a good regression model. The T test shows that personality and leadership variables have a significant effect on performance, while decision making does not have a significant effect. The F test shows that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.677 indicates that the model has a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve personality training programs, leadership qualities, and improve decision-making processes to improve overall employee performance.

One of the causes of the decline in sales at CitraLand Palu was the earthquake and tsunami of 2018 and the COVID-19 pandemic of 2019. One way to overcome this problem is to provide better quality services. In the context of the housing industry, previous research has been limited to studying the impact of service quality and customer satisfaction on loyalty. In research with campus and bank objects, different research results showed that service quality did not have a significant effect on satisfaction and loyalty. The relationship between existing variables shows that the influence of service quality on customer loyalty is tentatively unlimited, and there are still differences in research results. It needs to be tested in further research and is a gap for research in the context of housing objects. This research examines the influence of service quality in residential facilities on customer satisfaction. This study also examines customer satisfaction as a mediating factor in creating customer loyalty. Based on the type of data obtained, the author uses quantitative methods; a questionnaire is used as a tool for data collection. Data analysis in research uses path analysis, assisted by SPSS software.

The work aims to evaluate the applied pricing policies in the Indonesia automotive repair market to analyse the decision making of Hanif Jaya Motor Workshop which is an SME company. The research is centered on the effects of intuition pricing on the price determination, issues of cost control and the role of competition in pricing. Investigating the use of informal experience-based judgment and intuitive decision making at the workshop, as expected, has its advantages of flexibility, but the research findings show that they are dangerous for long-term profit making. The study draws public attention to these weaknesses, the most significant being the inability to capture cost increases and market dynamics and set suboptimal price to ruin the financial sustainability of service provision. The research also brings to light that the management of costs also poses a challenge at the workshop; efforts to offer competitive prices by increasing the internal costs have been associated with compromise on the strength of the products. Alas, this is quite dangerous not only for customer satisfaction but also for the degradation of a business’s reputation. Moreover, the study shows the negative impact of involvement in price concussion and portends that SMEs could proposed for better results by moving to value-based rather than cost-based pricing strategies.xThe implication for SMEs such as Hanif Jaya Motor Workshop is that it will be advantageous if cost based and value based elements are well structured and include more regularly data. They would help in the achievement of a closer fit with customers’ perceived value, improved competitiveness and business viability.

The research focuses on the effects of sharia management function implementation towards the employee performance of PT BPRS Puduarta Insani Tembung an Islamic financial sharia banking company in Indonesia. The research therefore seeks to test the hypothesis that there is a correlation between Shariah compliant management practices that comprises of Planning, Organizing Actuating and controlling (POAC) and the performance of the employees. A quantitative research approach was therefore used, and questionnaires duly administered to all the twenty employees in the institution to capture all relevant responses. Data analysis was done using SPSS version 26; the primary analytical technique deployed here was simple linear regression analysis with the view of establishing the nature of the relationship between the variables. The results show that there exists a positive relationship between the Sharia management functions and the level of performance of the employees with management practices accounting for 74 percent. In its turn, personality explains 1% of the variance in performance outcomes. This implies that Sharia management practices are essential in the improvement of employee performance, because they not only proffer a working structural model, but also offer an organizational cultural solution to the improvement of organizational performance through deontological legal standards and then Islamic tenets. The outcomes of the study affirm the relevance of incorporating principles of Sharia in the management so as to create increased commitment, increased enthusiasm and higher employee performance in Islamic banks. The final implications for future research are proposed to look into organisational differences that may cause variations of these findings and possible moderator variables that may regulate this relationship.
