Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economy, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Although MSMEs in Kutai Kartanegara Regency are experiencing significant growth, their welfare level is still low. This study aims to explore the effect of empowerment on the welfare of women MSME players, with MSME performance as an intervening variable, to understand the factors that influence their welfare in the region. The study uses a quantitative approach, using primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study refers to information obtained directly from respondents or from sources relevant to the research focus. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from various literatures, both published and unpublished, as well as from related articles or reports. This study aims to discuss tourist experiences and tourist satisfaction during a vacation or tour in Pagar Alam. The study used a quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling method with primary data collected through a questionnaire to 130 respondents. The memorable tourism experience variable is represented by seven indicators in the form of hedonism, local culture, novelty, refreshment, involvement, knowledge, and meaningfulness, while the tourism satisfaction variable is represented by four indicators in the form of price, product convenience, service treatment, and positive feeling. The study results showed that the memorable tourism experience variable positively and significantly influences the tourist experience. The desire of tourists to always share their travel experiences through social media provides the highest indication that this has two impacts at once, both positive and negative. The level of sharing positive experiences is a strong indicator of the success of achieving tourist satisfaction during travel.

This research aims to assess the impact of recruitment, training, motivation, and leadership style on employee performance. The employed research method is quantitative using a correlational approach. Through the analysis and collection of data derived from interviews, documents, and surveys. The research findings indicate a significant impact of the recruitment variable on employee performance, evidenced by a p-value of 0.000, which is less than 0.005. This indicates that variable X1 (Recruitment) exerts a positive and significant impact on variable Y (Employee Performance), as evidenced by the results of the second test using the Training variable. The findings from the third test indicate that the incentive variable x3 has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance Y, with a p-value of 0.033, which is less than 0.005. The findings of testing the four variables concerning leadership style and employee performance indicate that 0.035 < 0.005, signifying a partial positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance. The simultaneous testing of variables—recruitment (x1), training (x2), motivation (x3), and leadership style (x4)—exerts a favorable and substantial impact on employee performance, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.005. This research significantly contributes to employee performance, evidenced by a coefficient of determination of 0.915, or 91.5%. This indicates a general conclusion that recruitment, training, motivation, and leadership style influence employee performance at PT Surya Mas Ocean.

The study was carried out at the Social Services and Villages Department in Penajam Paser Utara Regency. Data collection is conducted via observation, interviews, and documentation. This study employs a descriptive methodology utilizing a qualitative approach with inductive data analysis. Data analysis approaches employ data reduction, data display, and conclusion formulation or validation. The findings of this study indicated that the effectiveness of updating DTKS yields results due to monthly changes, including the addition of impoverished families and the removal of families deemed capable. Regarding the efficiency of DTKS management, it is acknowledged as more efficient in operations, data storage, and other technical aspects for both Data Managers at Dinas Sosial and Operators at Village Governments, in terms of adequacy. The quantity of social assistance recipients is substantial, yet the trend indicates a decline in recipients over time, reflecting a reduction in impoverished families in Penajam Paser Utara Regency. Regarding equity, it is evident that the Ministry of Social Affairs' social assistance program encompasses all 54 villages in the regency. In terms of responsiveness, The Dinas Sosial of Penajam Paser Utara Regency demonstrates considerable responsiveness in executing its activity budget program; however, at the Village Government level, the responsiveness regarding the management of DTKS is markedly deficient. While some villages are active, a significantly greater number have failed to update the DTKS.

The collaboration between the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) and religious leaders has been ongoing for a long time. The type of collaboration that occurs relates to religious services, such as marriage services, the organization of STQ/MTQ (the Quran memorization competition), and family development. These services serve as one of the performance indicators for the Office of Religious Affairs. This research aims to understand the collaboration between the Office of Religious Affairs and religious leaders in enhancing the performance of services at the Office of Religious Affairs, along with the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research was conducted in Mamuju Regency, specifically at the Office of Religious Affairs in the Mamuju and Tapalang Sub-districts. Data were obtained using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis through observations and interviews. The results of this study found that collaboration between the Office of Religious Affairs and religious leaders has been implemented for a long time. However, in this collaboration, there has not been a clear division of roles between the Office of Religious Affairs and religious leaders; collaborations are based on local customs. In this study, the researcher recommends utilizing an integrated service model, where all services provided by religious leaders related to KUA services can be internalized within the KUA services. "Integrated" can be interpreted as connected services with proper orchestration of actions that can be measured (evaluated).
