Abstract

The background to this research problem is based on the large numbenumberPTKU MUI SU students in carrying out face-to-face learning activities during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative research which aims to obtain information directly in accordance with field facts so as to produce a research that can be scientifically justified. Abstract

It is very important to instill Islamic character in students, because with it students will become human beings with moral and noble character. However, as has happened now, the Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the conventional learning process. So we need a solution to answer these problems. Specifically, this study aims to analyze: (1) Overview of online learning private MTS Al Manar Medan Johor, (2) Variety of negative characters that appear during the learning period in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) Strategies for planting Islamic characters at MTS Al Manar Medan . This research uses qualitative research methods, based on descriptive studies, with research data sources namely teachers, parents, and students. The data collection technique is done by means of observation, interview, and documentation study. The results of the study indicate that online-based learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at MTS Al Manar Medan was carried out in collaboration with the Medan City Minister of Religion in the field of education, namely by using the E-Learning Application. With this application each teacher can enter learning material and at the same time can monitor students whether they have attended attendance. Various negative characters appear during online-based learning, such as cheating or dishonest characters, shy characters, and lazy characters. The strategy carried out in cultivating Islamic character is by giving advice, habituation, modeling, and giving rewards and punishments. Keywords: Islamic character, online learning, educating

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of Islamic religious education learning for students with special needs (case study: SLB ‘Aisyiyah, Tembung). This research uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the learning of Islamic education uses systematic learning planning that involves related elements according to competence to support the success of learning. Furthermore, the learning process is designed attractively to foster student interest in learning. Abstract

This journal aims to provide an explanation of the concept of quality assurance and service quality in the field of education. Educational institutions must be able to carry out quality mechanisms properly so that these institutions can provide quality as expected and always strive to improve the quality that has been achieved. Quality is determined by two factors, namely the fulfillment of predetermined specifications and the fulfillment of the expected specifications in accordance with the needs and needs of previous customers. Abstract

The times are increasing both in technology and in education. Along with the development of the times, especially in the field of education, provisions that must be owned by educators and students not only in the field of education that is related to worldly, but education and knowledge about religion also become one of the things that are not very important in the world of education. Therefore, at this time the need for understanding educators and students towards reading and writing the Qur'an is increasing and increasing. Moreover, in this growing age, many people ignore the ability to read and write the Qur'an which is very important to learn. The demand for one's ability to be able to master the reading and writing of the Koran becomes one of the phenomena that has developed and spread in the world of education. Therefore, it is not only at the level of basic education that learns to read and write the Koran but at the university level especially for students who are in the Department of Teacher Education Madrasah Ibtidaiyah this is one of the lessons that must be mastered by students who later in life will become a prospective educator. Some things that must be understood are especially the understanding of reading and writing the Koran, the benefits of reading and writing the Koran, implementing reading and writing the Koran in the world of education, and others. Abstract

The application of character education in madrasas or schools needs to be done integrally between learning methods, material and rules that exist in madrasas or schools. This research is motivated by the need for strong motivation in order to grow his character in learning. The low motivation of students' learning enthusiasm coupled with the habit of cheating, being undisciplined and not being present in learning activities shows that the application of character education is not integral. The application of character education must be carried out thoroughly, the need for cooperation and engagement between teachers, leaders, guardians of students and students. This research was conducted by conducting field surveys, interviews with teachers, and library research. This type of research is qualitative. The application of character education will work well if school leaders and teachers understand and apply it in a comprehensive learning process and school activities.

Abstract

: The purpose of this study was to analyze, (1) Problems of online learning at RA Masjid Agung Medan Polonia, (2) Collaboration patterns between parents and teachers in managing online learning at the Grand Mosque of Medan Polonia, and (3) obstacles faced in collaboration between teachers. and parents. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method based on descriptive studies. The results showed that. Some of the difficulties faced by parents in online learning are as follows: (1) Difficulty in identifying the behavior and initial characteristics of students, (2) Decreasing interest and motivation of children in learning, (3) Difficulty and minimal collaboration between parents and teachers, (4) ) Constrained by networks and internet facilities, (5) Problems in evaluating student learning outcomes, (6) Collaboration patterns between parents and teachers in managing online learning at the Grand Mosque of Medan Polonia. As for the pattern of cooperation between teachers and parents during online learning, there are two patterns, namely the permanent cooperation pattern and the tentative cooperation pattern. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced were (1) Difficulty communicating with parents outside school hours, (2) Constraints in understanding each other's conditions.Keywords: Learning, cooperation, Teacher, Parents

Abstract

Joyful Learning Approach in Muamalah Course Against Student Learning Outcomes of Faculty of Law UMSU that learning is no longer understood merely as a process of transfer of knowledge but must be practiced by students. As a form of implementation of the activities carried out by each student. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of the problems faced in class is often not in line with expectations. In learning material muamalah students often encounter boredom and difficulty accepting the material. So students feel uncomfortable with learning so that they will do things that can disrupt the learning process.This study aims to find out how much the influence of the Joyful Learning approach so that class learning in the implementation of learning should be held interactively, inspiratively, fun, challenging and motivating students to participate actively. Learning is organized in a fun and can have a positive effect on student learning outcomes. Abstract

This journal focuses on the Quality of Educational Institutions through Quality Management in Schools. The problem of education quality is one of the central issues in national education, especially related to the low quality of education at every level and education unit, especially in primary and secondary education. Realizing this, the government has made various efforts to improve the quality of national education, including through various trainings and improving the quality of teacher competencies, procuring books and learning media, improving educational facilities and infrastructure, and improving the quality of school management. So that the concept of "Quality Control Cluster" (TQM) emerged or also called the Quality Control Circle (QCC). In line with the flow of globalization, the term TQM or QCC is increasingly being used as an approach in the effort towards TQM or integrated quality management. A quality management system is a set of documented procedures and standard practices for system management aimed at ensuring the conformity of a process and product to specific needs or requirements.
