Abstract

In organization must have done planning in human resource management processing to get right person for the right position. the targets of human resource management in organization management functions tell about leadership issues. The purpose of the research to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance in PD Pasar Jaya HWI Lindeteves West Jakarta in Nursing Field. The method is used the method of quantitative analysis. The data obtained through the spread of questionnaires with Likert scale measurements, for the sample of 36 respondents from a population of 40 employees. The technique analysis is used correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and test of regression equation. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficient obtained value of 0.385 indicates that the low level of relationship between leadership styles on employee performance, the coefficient of determination shows the value  indicates that the influence of leadership style on employee performance influential and the rest influenced by others factors such as work discipline, motivation, training, job satisfaction and compensation. From the regression is meaning the leadership style plus 1 unit then will increase employee performance, For advice, the organization should has to head of the nursing field continue to work, improve and understand the application of leadership style to employees it can be more conducive.

Abstract

This study basically want to know whether there is the influence of parents 'income level, family environment and students' motivation on student achievement social science subjects in Elementary School 2 Kutoanyar Tulungagung 2015-2016 school year, which is divided into four hypotheses. Total sample of 60 students Elementary School 2 Kutoanyar Tulungagung 2015-2016 school year. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis with SPSS for Windows. Some stages of the analysis carried out are (1) Frequency Analysis, (2) testing requirements analysis, consists of normality test, linearity, multicollinearity test, and (3) test the hypothesis that consists of simultaneous test and partial test. Based on the test results conducted simultaneous states there is a significant relationship jointly between parental income level, family environment and motivation to learn together on student achievement social science subjects in Elementary School 2 Kutoanyar Tulungagung acceptable. The calculation result F count equal to 69.669 while the Ftable at 4.00 (α = 0.05 df 1). This shows that Fcount (69.669) F table (4.00). Ha research hypothesis can be accepted as true. From the results of the partial test calculations have been done, tcount of 24.409 compared to ttabel (db = 60) is 1.671 to ɑ = 0.05, so tcount ttable then Ha Ho accepted and rejected. In other words, reject Ho and accept Ha for the whole hypothesis testing. Based on the above conclusion, the teacher should always follow the development of various methods of learning so as to convey the material to the students is not monotonous and more ready to accept innovation and the development of education, and students are motivated to increase interest in learning materials science social as one way to prepare to become an independent person and able to think critically for the progress of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Reading legend story as a kind of narrative text can be an activity in reading.Narrative is one of important text to learn. Basically using legend story will makestudent more effective to make narrative text, whereas narrative text consists offolktale. The legend is a narrative produced and transmitted orally or in writing, abouta single, extraordinary, supernatural, or marvelous, true or fictitious, believed orslighted, often dated/localized event (experience), brought up with didactic orentertaining intent; it serves to confirm, or expand the experiential horizon of therecipient and confirm or question a momentarily valid conception of the world.Legend story is kind of narrative text. The purpose of the study is to know whether ornot there is any correlation between Reading Legend Stories and Writing NarrativeText at Ninth Grade Students.The method of this study an experimental inquiry is seen as the mostappropriate approach in determining whether co-operative learning positively affectsthe test results of the Ninth Grade Students of SMPN 1 Gondang Tulungagung.Because r counts more than r product moment tables (0.462 0,206). Based on thecalculations can be concluded that test is valid. Based on the calculations can beconcluded that test is reliable because the reliability score bigger than alpha target or0.630 0, 6. Because r counts more than r product moment tables (0 630 0,6).After all of the data were analyzed accurately based on the research, now theresearcher can draw some conclusion. The r table n= 34 with α = 5% is 0.462. Basedon the calculations can be concluded that test is valid. Because r counts more than rproduct moment tables (0.462 0,206).Based on the research analysis as explained above, the researcher concludedthat there is any correlation between Reading Legend Stories and Writing NarrativeText at Ninth Grade Students of SMPN 1 Gondang Tulungagung Result of thisresearch will be useful for the English students, English teachers and otherresearchers: For the Students, Based on the result the researcher hope students willable to use reading legend story to make writing narrative text more interesting whilestudent ability of reading legend stories increase writing narrative text. For theEnglish teachers. Result of this research hope can contribute to English teacher whowill be able to improve his/her English teaching method and techniques especiallyusing legend story in improve students writing ability in writing narrative text. Abstract

Corporate governance merupakan tata kelola perusahaan yang menjelaskan hubungan antara berbagai partisipan dalam perusahaan yang menentukan arah kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) untuk mengetahui apakah dewan direksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. (2) untuk  mengetahui apakah komite audit berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan (3) untuk mengetahui apakah ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor pertambangan dan perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar dan bahan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2016-2018. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purpusive sampling sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Variabel yang digunakan adalah dewan direksi, komite audit dan ukuran perusaaan sebagai variabel dependennya, sedang kinerja perusahaan sebagai variabel independen. Alat analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa dewan direksi dan  komite audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan tambang..

Abstract

Problem Based Learning is a learning model that emphasizes student to be active. Students are given a chance to study by themselves for building their knowledge based on self-experience and experiment. The research aims are to 1) compare the average score of student learning outcomes by implementing problem based learning model in group and classical for simple matter opportunities event, and to 2) know whether implementing  problem based learning model in group is effective for teaching simple matter opportunities event in 9th grade of 3rd State Junior High School or not. This research is quasi experimental. The research design is randomized static group comparison design. The conclusion are 1) the average score of student outcomes by implementing problem based learning model in group is higher than classical for simple matter opportunities event in 9th grade of the 3rd State Junior High School, 2) Problem based learning model in group is more effective for teaching matter opportunities event in 9th grade of 3rd Junior High chool.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perbedaan pembelajaran numbered head together dan talking stick. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest-Only Control Group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 348 siswa.Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakancluster Random Sampling.Penelitian ini menggunakan Sampel tiga kelas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan Uji Independent Sample Ttest dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 21.0.Hasil penelitianada pengaruh yang signifikan antara:(1)pembelajaran Number Head Togetherterhadap hasil belajar IPS ditunjukkan dengan perolehan thitung2,671ttabel2,042(2).pembelajaran Talking Stick terhadap hasil belajar IPS dengan perolehan thitung4,448 ttabel2,042. Hasil penelitian ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara:(3) pembelajaran tradisional dengan pembelajaran Number Head Together ditunjukkan dari perolehanthitung5,605ttabel1,990(4) pembelajaran tradisional dengan pembelajaran Talking Stick ditunjukkan dari perolehan thitung2,363ttabel1,990(5) pembelajaran Number Head Together dengan Talking Stick ditunjukkan dari perolehan thitung3,439ttabel1,990.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the relationship between students' attitudes towards the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) in the catering work practice at SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan. (2) The relationship between students' mastery of occupational health and safety materials on the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) in the public works practice at SMK 1 Pogalan (3) The relationship between student attitudes and student mastery of occupational health and safety material (K3) on the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) in the public food shop practicum at SMK 1 Pogalan. This research was classified as a correlational descriptive study. The population in this study included all class X JBG1 students, the culinary majors of SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan Trenggalek Regency in the 2015/2016 School Year Odd Semester of 30 people. The results showed: (1) that students who had a positive attitude about K3 were very high at (56%), (2) students who had mastery about K3 material with a very high category of (52.6%), (3) students who have K3 implementation in the workshop with the sang category

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA Ma’arif Udanawu Blitar, (2) pengaruh motivasi siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA Ma’arif Udanawu Blitar, (3) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA Ma’arif Udanawu Blitar, (4)  pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa, motivasi siswa dan kompetensi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA Ma’arif Udanawu Blitar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MA Ma’arif Udanawu Kecamatan Udanawu Kabupaten Blitar.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah  korelasional  dengan pendekatan kuantitatif non eksperimen dan menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda, menggunakan program komputer SPSS 19.00 for Windows . Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik  proportional random sampling, yaitu mengambil sebagian populasi siswa kelas XI IPS MA Ma’arif Udanawu sebanyak 150 siswa dari 238 siswa. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) ada pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA Ma’arif Udanawu Blitar, 2) ada pengaruh motivasi siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA Ma’arif Udanawu Blitar, 3) ada pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA Ma’arif Udanawu Blitar, dan 4) ada pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa, motivasi siswa dan kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA Ma’arif Udanawu Blitar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and know the design evaluation of education and training curriculum at UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kota Probolinggo. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research  with case study design. This research uses snow ball sampling technique. The result of this  is found three evaluation design that is 1) evaluation of training participant, 2) evaluation of instructor, and 3) evaluation of training organizer. The thing has to be attended in the training curriculum are; type of evaluation, tool / instrument of evaluation, time of evaluation implementation, who conducts evaluation. Evaluation is a important thing to do starting from the early stages of the implementation of the training until the end of the training program activities.KeyWords: Design,  evaluation, curriculum, education and training.

Abstract

Kenakalan siswa merupakan salah satu hal yang menyimpang karena ada hal-hal yang negatif yang dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal dari dalam siswa tersebut.oleh sebab itu dalam menangani masalah kenakalan peserta didik ini diperlukan bantuan dari banyak pihak, baik dari keluarga khususnya orang tua, teman dan lingkungan sekitarnya merupakan salah satu dukungan bagi remaja untuk bertingah laku positif. Kenakalan siswa merupakan salah satu hal yang menyimpang karena ada hal-hal yang negatif yang dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal dari dalam siswa tersebut.oleh sebab itu dalam menangani masalah kenakalan peserta didik ini diperlukan bantuan dari banyak pihak, baik dari keluarga khususnya orang tua, teman dan lingkungan sekitarnya merupakan salah satu dukungan bagi remaja untuk bertingah laku positif.
