Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tantangan komunikasi yang dihadapi penyiar Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Medan dalam proses adaptasi dari siaran konvensional ke siaran digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung di ruang siaran, dan studi dokumentasi. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Flow Model of Analysis. Teori komunikasi Stephen Littlejohn dan Karen Foss(2009), hambatan serta tantangan dalam komunikasi dapat ditinjau dari tiga aspek utama: perbedaan media, perkembangan teknologi, dan pola interaksi dimana ketiga aspek ini sangat relevan dalam melihat tantangan komunikasi yang dihadapi penyiar Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Medan dalam proses adaptasi terhadap siaran digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyiar RRI Medan menghadapi berbagai tantangan komunikasi, terutama yang bersifat teknis seperti gangguan jaringan internet, kerusakan alat siar (mixer, mikrofon), dan ketergantungan pada tim teknis. Selain itu, proses adaptasi teknologi dari siaran konvensional ke digital di RRI Medan memerlukan penyiar untuk tidak hanya menguasai alat dan perangkat baru, tetapi juga menyesuaikan gaya komunikasi mereka dengan audiens yang lebih luas dan beragam

Abstract

The author describes the planning made/designed by Aisyiyah Kecamatan Medan Tembung Medan City, namely by creating several programs that can encourage/improve the resilience and harmony of the families of street vendors. Therefore, researchers conducted Field Research using descriptive qualitative methods, using several data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain accurate data or information. The results that the author gets Aisyiyah provides open space for street vendors to market merchandise and help market merchandise at Aisyiyah activities. The author suggests that Aisyiyah should develop by creating workshops for street vendors and marketing them online through social media. As well as the need for government involvement to empower street vendors who can also be said to be people who are economically weak who really need care or assistance from the government so that the resilience and harmony in their families can also be intact and maintained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi kaum ibu perwiritan Desa Aek Raso terhadap informasi Islami yang manipulatif di platform media sosial TikTok. Maraknya penyebaran konten keagamaan yang tidak terverifikasi menjadi perhatian penting, khususnya dalam konteks dakwah Islam di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner online kepada 67 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dari total populasi 200 orang ibu perwiritan yang aktif mengikuti pengajian. Kuesioner disusun berdasarkan tiga indikator utama, yaitu: tingkat paparan dan kepercayaan terhadap konten Islami, kemampuan mendeteksi dan merespons informasi manipulatif, serta sikap kritis dan tindakan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat paparan yang tinggi terhadap konten Islami di TikTok, namun kepercayaannya masih terbagi. Responden juga cukup menyadari keberadaan dan bahaya informasi manipulatif Islami, namun kemampuan dalam membedakan informasi benar dan salah masih belum merata. Selain itu, sikap kritis dan kebiasaan melakukan verifikasi informasi belum diterapkan secara konsisten. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan literasi digital dan penguatan nilai-nilai keislaman seperti prinsip tabayyun agar masyarakat, khususnya kaum ibu, dapat menjadi lebih selektif dalam menyikapi informasi keagamaan di media sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana platform TikTok berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan tren busana di kalangan remaja Muslimah yang berdomisili di Desa Aek Raso. Latar belakang studi ini berangkat dari fenomena meningkatnya intensitas penggunaan media sosial, terutama TikTok, di kalangan remaja, yang secara langsung memengaruhi preferensi gaya berpakaian mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner secara daring melalui Google Form. Subjek penelitian adalah remaja Muslimah yang tinggal di wilayah tersebut.Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan pengujian yang mencakup validitas, reliabilitas, serta analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis terhadap 80 responden menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan TikTok dan tren busana Muslimah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (lebih kecil dari 0,05) dan nilai t hitung sebesar 10,661 yang lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,664, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dapat diterima. Lebih lanjut, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,593 mengindikasikan bahwa 59,3% perubahan dalam tren busana Muslimah dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan TikTok, sedangkan 40,7% sisanya disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun perkembangan tren fashion Muslimah di Desa Aek Raso menunjukkan peningkatan seiring dengan tingginya keterpaparan remaja terhadap konten di TikTok. Para remaja mulai mengadopsi gaya berhijab modern yang diperkenalkan oleh para influencer, dengan tetap mempertahankan kesesuaian terhadap nilai-nilai agama dan budaya setempat. Fenomena ini mencerminkan terjadinya proses adaptasi budaya, di mana tren global diintegrasikan dengan identitas keislaman lokal secara harmonis.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of understanding the marketing strategy used by Ginastel Ice Tea, Sukoharjo Regency. This research adopted a descriptive qualitative approach as a methodology and used in-depth interviews. The research location included Ginastel Ice Tea, Sukoharjo Regency, and participants involved owners, employees and consumers from that branch. The data analysis approach applied in this research is SWOT analysis. The results of research for business development on Ginastel Ice Tea are grouped into 4 categories, namely: (1) SO Strategy Maintaining price and product quality to increase consumer loyalty Establishing mutually beneficial cooperation to expand the marketing area (2) WO Strategy Expanding the marketing area so that consumers can easily reach a product (3) ST Strategy Continuously innovates in various flavor variants to increase the competitiveness of a product, and (4) WT Strategy Utilizes various promotional media to attract consumers by increasing and expanding promotion of a product. The next research focuses on the digital marketing strategy of the Ginastel iced tea business.

Abstract

This research aims to develop web-based learning media using Google Sites as a learning solution for Tax Administration subjects at SMK N 6 Surakarta. The development was conducted using the ADDIE model which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis stage, it was found that conventional learning methods were less effective in improving students' understanding of tax concepts. Web-based media was designed with interactive features, such as learning videos, practice questions, and interactive games, developed using Google Sites. Expert validation results showed that this learning media has a very good level of feasibility, with an average validation percentage of 85% from material experts and 78.33% from media experts. Implementation was carried out through a limited trial involving grade XI students, showing a significant increase in learning outcomes with an average pretest score of 84 and posttest of 93. The final evaluation confirmed the effectiveness of the media in increasing students' learning motivation and understanding. This web-based learning media provides an innovative solution that supports a more interactive, flexible, and interesting learning process, and is able to create a more meaningful learning experience for students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the Kaum Ibu Al-Mukhlisin religious gathering program in preventing stunting among families of garment factory workers in Medan Denai District. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of ten active members of the group, including five core administrators and five mothers working as garment factory employees. The results show that the program has had an initial positive impact on raising awareness among mothers regarding stunting prevention. Internally, socialization activities have been implemented with a participation rate of 60%, although comprehension of the educational material remains uneven. Externally, challenges persist in family nutrition patterns, mothers’ understanding of stunting, and children’s growth conditions. Nevertheless, behavioral changes observed among the factory-working mothers such as increased attention to children’s nutrition and home cleanliness indicate the initial success of the educational initiatives integrated into religious activities. Therefore, the perwiritan (Islamic women’s gathering) has significant potential as a strategic community-based platform to support stunting prevention efforts. Keywords: religious gathering, stunting, garment worker mothers, religious-based education, stunting prevention   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Program Perwiritan Kaum Ibu Al-Mukhlisin dalam upaya pencegahan stunting di kalangan keluarga karyawan konveksi di Kecamatan Medan Denai. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari sepuluh anggota aktif perwiritan, yaitu lima orang pengurus inti dan lima orang ibu yang bekerja sebagai karyawan konveksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program perwiritan telah memberikan kontribusi positif awal terhadap peningkatan kesadaran ibu-ibu dalam mencegah stunting. Secara internal, kegiatan sosialisasi telah berjalan dengan tingkat partisipasi mencapai 60%, namun pemahaman terhadap materi edukatif masih terbagi rata. Sementara itu, secara eksternal masih ditemukan tantangan dalam pola konsumsi gizi, tingkat pemahaman tentang stunting, serta kondisi pertumbuhan anak yang belum optimal. Meskipun demikian, perubahan perilaku yang ditunjukkan oleh ibu-ibu karyawan konveksi, seperti meningkatnya perhatian terhadap asupan gizi anak dan kebersihan lingkungan, menjadi indikator keberhasilan awal dari program edukasi yang dikemas dalam bentuk kegiatan keagamaan. Dengan demikian, perwiritan memiliki potensi sebagai sarana strategis dalam mendukung program pencegahan stunting berbasis komunitas. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebebasan pers dan keselamatan jurnalis di Sumatera Selatan selama pelaksanaan Pemilu 2024. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada analisis kebebasan pers, keselamatan jurnalis, regulasi dan perlindungan hukum, serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas demokrasi di Sumatera Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebebasan pers di Sumatera Selatan selama Pemilu 2024 masih menghadapi tantangan, termasuk tekanan dan intimidasi terhadap jurnalis. Selain itu, keselamatan jurnalis juga menjadi perhatian serius dengan adanya kasus-kasus kekerasan dan ancaman. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa regulasi dan perlindungan hukum yang ada belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam menjamin kebebasan pers dan keselamatan jurnalis. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya meningkatkan kesadaran dan perlindungan terhadap kebebasan pers dan keselamatan jurnalis untuk memperkuat demokrasi di Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

In this day seeing men wearing cosmetics is no longer a novelty. Makeup is not just for beautifying women. The genderless beauty advertising concept used by BarenBliss "Gabriel Prince as a Makeup Muse" is an idea that goes against the stereotype of all beauty or self-care products always sticking to one gender, namely women. Descriptive qualitative research using the theory of individual differences. Research data was obtained through interviews with informants. The results of this study show different perceptions, namely that the advertisement is new and dares to appear different from other advertisements because it uses a male model in the advertisement, while other informants consider that this advertisement is not suitable if played by a male model. informants have the opinion that the form of masculinity in the advertisement can be seen from the concept of the advertisement that makes Gabriel Prince as a male model dare to take different steps by using makeup. The masculinity depicted in the BarenBliss advert is also seen through the style of dress. However, one informant disagreed with the masculinity in the advert because makeup is identic with women. These perceptions are created because young men and young women are influenced by different backgrounds, knowledge, experiences, and lifestyles.

Abstract

Umer Chapra's thinking, as an Islamic economic scholar, adds an ethical and justice dimension to the study of UD. Sumber Logam in the context of Madurese culture. Chapra emphasizes the importance of Islamic economic principles that include distributive justice, social responsibility, and sustainability. The integration of Chapra's thoughts with UD's marketing strategy. Sumber Logam can create a holistic and sustainable approach so as to expand market share and strengthen relations or good relations between consumers and UD. Sumber Logam. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that UD Sumber Logam in the scrap metal business seeks to apply the principles of Islamic economics according to Umer Chapra, namely justice, transparency, and benefits for society, especially in the marketing aspect. Currently, businesses still rely on conventional methods, but are starting to switch to digital marketing through social media and modern advertisements that are honest and educative. The use of technology is also applied to improve efficiency and expand market reach, such as online catalogs and digital ordering services. Transparency is maintained with regular weighing controls and regular price updates for customers' trust and convenience.
