Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to review the realization of journals about budgets and school budget work plans (RKAS), the causes of problems that occur in the reviewed literature, namely about realization and budget plans. This research method uses systematic literature review research in the type of secondary research, namely by reviewing literature reviews and by searching in several data bases by writing keywords. This research uses a literature study approach and the use of data analysis techniques with the document method where this method is a collection of documents or sources that help examine the discussion that will be discussed. This literature review uses a sample of literature that discusses budget plans and budget realization at SMPIT AL-Izzah Serang city. From the results of the study, it is known that between the budget plan and realization in 2016 and 2017 there are discrepancies. In 2016 there were two activities where the realization did not reach 100%, while in 2017 there were nine months where the budget realization did not reach 100%. In 2016 there was a deficit of 234% and in 2017 there was a deficit of 146%. However, from 2016 to 2017 the deficit decreased by 92%.Keywords: Budget Plan, Budget RealizationAbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini guna untuk mengkaji ulang jurnal tentang realisasi anggaran dan rencana kerja anggaran sekolah (RKAS), penyebab masalah yang terjadi didalam literature yang direview yaitu tentang realisasi dan rencana anggaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian systematic literature review yang berjenis penelitian sekunder yaitu dengan cara mereview literature review dan dengan cara pencarian yang dilakukan dibeberapa data base dengan menuliskan kata kunci. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan study pustaka dan menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan metode dokumen dimana metode ini merupakan pengumpulan dokumen atau sumber-sumber yang membantu mengkaji tentang pembahasan yang akan dibahas. Literature review ini menggunakan satu sampel literatur yang membahas tentang rencana anggaran dan realisasi anggaran di SMPIT AL-Izzah kota Serang. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa antara rencana anggaran dan realisasi pada tahun 2016 dan 2017 terdapat ketidak sesuaian. Di tahun 2016 terdapat dua kegiatan dimana realisasi tidak mencapai 100%, sedangkan ditahun 2017 terdapat sembilan bulan dimana realisasi anggararan tidak mencapai 100%. Pada tahun 2016 terdapat deficit sebanyak 234% dan pada tahun 2017 terdapat deficit sebanyak 146%. Namun pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2017 mengalami penurunan deficit sebanyak 92%.Kata Kunci: Rencana Anggaran, Realisasi Anggaran

Abstract

Pondok pesantren memiliki ciri khas yang membedakan dengan lembaga pendidikan islam yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami serta memperoleh informasi tentang koordinasi kepemimpinan dalam Ma’had Darul Qur’an 2. Penelitian ni difokuskan pada koordinasi yang ada dalam pesantren tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa koordinasi kepemimpinan pesantren pengasuh menggunakan koordinasi kepemimpinan secara vertical yakni pengasuh memberi pengarahan kepada santri-santri yang telah di tugaskan secara langsung agar tujuan dapat dicapai dengan baik dan teratur.

Abstract

Learning is an important concern in achieving a success obtained by students from the impact of educational activities in an educational institution whose indicators can be seen from the effectiveness of learning carried out by educators and therefore proper management is needed from an educator, so that the name management mastery is needed. learning. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research by searching for literature that discusses learning management in Islamic boarding schools and madrasas, then an analysis is carried out to obtain findings and conclusions. The result of this research is that learning in Islamic boarding schools and madrasas has its own characteristics, namely the usual learning methods in Islamic boarding schools, namely wetonan, sorogan, bandongan, and memorization. And if it is associated with learning management, of course, not all of them are applied by pesantren, such as the existence of lesson plans, syllabi, and others, considering that learning in pesantren refers to the book being studied, so the target achievement is to complete the contents of the book, then if it is associated with learning evaluation it does not as in the case of madrasas applying semester exams as a condition for grade promotion, but in pesantren applying memorization of a nadhom which is a requirement for grade promotion, such as nadhom imriti, alfiyah, and othersKeywords: learning management, madrasah, pesantren

Abstract

This study aims to describe the marketing strategy carried out at MIM Al-Akbar Pandeyan.  This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative design.  The subjects of this study were the deputy principal, TU teachers, and the PPDB MIM Al-Akbar Pandeyan implementation committee.  Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation in schools, this research uses source triangulation.  The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by MIM Al-Akbar Pandeyan is using brochures, MMT, social media, and pick-up the ball, while the marketing strategy carried out during COVID 19 is more directed to MMT and social media due to physical distancing.  which resulted in not being able to carry out a pick-up-ball marketing strategy as well as temporary closures at schools and online learning in the 2020/2021 Academic Year.  The marketing strategy in the 2021/2022 Academic Year was carried out again before the pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibingkai oleh topik besar kepemimpinan. Lebih spesifik penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan di lembaga pendidikan islam. Subyeknya Pondok Pesantren Mura’atus Sibyan Desa Rantau Bakula, Kecamatan Sungai Pinang, Babupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif. Fokus penelitian ini mendalami tentang gaya kepemimpinan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini meyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan di Pondok Pesantren Mura’atus Sibyan, Rantau Bakula, Banjarmasin yang paling dominan adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen rekrutmen peserta didik di SMP THORINA yang mencakup latar alamiah berdirinya SMP THORINA, perencanaan pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, faktor penunjang dan penghambat dalam manajemen rekrutmen peserta didik serta mengetahui keberhasilan yang telah dicapai dalam pelaksanaan manajemen rekrutmen peserta didik di SMP THORINA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan menyalin dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan penafsiran deskriftif semata-mata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen rekrutmen peserta didik di SMP THORINA terdiri dari perencanaan (1) pembentukan panitia PPDB, (2) menentukan kebijakan, (3) sistem, (4) kriteria, dan (5) prosedur. Pengorganisasian (1) pembentukan struktur kepanitiaan (2) pembagian tugas masing-masing. Pelaksanaan (1) terlaksananya pembentukan PPDB, (2) pelaksanaan manajemen rekrutmen peserta didik dilakukan sesuai dengan perencanaan diawal dan dilakukannnya seleksi dan masa orientasi. Pengawasan (1) dilakukan secara kontinu dan inten, (2) evaluasi dan (3) pelaporan. Faktor penunjang (1) Lembaga terintegrasi dengan pesantren, (2) Lokasi strategis, (3) Beberapa program pengembangan minat bakat di SMP THORINA DAN Strategi bebas biaya sekolah dengan syarat dan ketentuan dan faktor penghambat (1) Cukup banyaknya sekolah SMP dan Pondok di sekitar wilayah Singosari, (2) Masih kurang Fasilitas sarana dan prasarana sekolah. (3) Kurangnya promosi di luar wilayah Singosari, terkendala biaya dan tenaga humas.Kata kunci: Manajemen, Rekrutmen, Peserta Didik

Abstract

Admission of new students is an important element in an educational institution, especially universities. Higher education institutions must carry out a development in order to remain competitive with other institutions. An Islamic boarding school based in Malang, namely STAI Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Malang. This private institution is able to compete with other institutions by carrying out developments on new student admissions..The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy for developing the implementation of new student admissions at STAI Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Malang. The analytical method used is swot analysis, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Comparing the swot elements in the implementation of new student admissions with the average number of registrants in each period.The results of this study are first, the implementation of new student admissions at STAI Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Malang who has gone through the stages of new student admissions which include; committee formation, candidate requirements, registration, selection test, announcement of selection results and student orientation. Second, the analysis of the new student admissions development strategy carried out by the swot analysis method, it can be seen that this institution has made developments that are adapted to the conditions in each period, so that there is an increase in each period. The average number of registrants in the first period was 21, the second period was 25.2., the third period was 107.8., the fourth period was 116.5., the fifth period was 199 and the sixth period was 344.

Abstract

 The madrasa head is a real example or role model for madrasa residents. Therefore the madrasa head must provide an example of the policies and programs that are made. This study aims to determine the efforts of the head of the madrasah aliyah in increasing awareness of the midday prayers in the congregation at the Bahrul Ulum Rantau Jaya Islamic boarding school. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. The number of research subjects was 18 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the efforts of the head of the aliyah madrasah in increasing the awareness of students in the midday prayers in the congregation were by improving oneself, working with teachers, homeroom teachers, waka, student guardians, organizations in the madrasa, and students. Carry out good supervision, following up on the results of supervision carried out in management, regulations, punishments, and others.

Abstract

 Leadership is one of the skills needed in the current era. A leader is someone who is believed to be able to influence and direct the people he leads to do what is his duty. Currently, all individuals can easily get an education and upgrade themselves through current technology. Thus, leadership skills are not difficult to learn. Through the available platforms, it will be easy for someone to learn. At present, the learning process is also not limited. Both from the upper, middle, to lower classes, have the right to learn. Not only that, both men and women have the right to learn leadership skills. Islam is rahmatan lil 'alamin. Islam is a blessing for all of nature without exception. Islam pays great attention to all aspects of human life, including the issue of women's leadership. The research method in this research is the systematic literature review, namely by analyzing journal articles and reference sources that are relevant to the research topic. Based on the results of analysis from several sources, it was stated that there was no prohibition on a woman being a leader.Keywords: Leadership, woman’s leadership, Islam

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Implementation of EDM and E-RKAM in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Tangkisan Pos for the 2022/ 2023 Academic Year. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the head Madrasah, while the informants of this research are treasurer of the madrasa, the madrasah committee, and the foundation. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and interviews. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model begins with data collection. Data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the result of this study it can be concluded: 1) In implementing EDM and e-RKAM, the MIM Tangkisan Pos has not involved all elements in the madrasa, secpecially the madrasah development team which is dominated by teachers. 2) After carrying out EDM and e-RKAM, the quality of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Tangkisan Pos has improved in the last two years. 3) The benefits of the implementation of the EDM and e-RKAM are: 1) EDM is the key in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of madrasa performance, the quality and quality of madrasas that will be used in preparing the RKAM are relevant to actual conditions, 2) The quality of education increasses along with the fulfillment of infrastructure madrasas, 3) teacher competence has increased.
