Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and consumer trust on online purchases at Lestari Olshop. This method uses descriptive quantitative methods, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing with partial (t test) and simultaneous (F test). The research results show that there is a positive influence between service quality on online purchasing decisions at Lestari Olshop. There is a positive influence between consumer trust in online purchasing decisions at Lestari Olshop. Together there is a positive influence between service quality and consumer trust on online purchasing decisions at Lestari Olshop. The conclusion is that Lestari Olshop has a positive influence on service quality and consumer trust. Future researchers can develop this research by adding other variables such as: promotions and prices which can influence purchasing decisions and can use qualitative research methods by examining the variables regarding purchasing decisions more deeply

Abstract

With the increase in the number of business operators, there is an increasingly fierce competition in line with the swift flow of free trade that automatically makes competition come from all directions, both domestic, regional and global. There is no business, which is free to enjoy sales and profits, because there will be competition who want to enjoy it. The tight competition makes business people want to provide excellence and gain profits for business actors, for this reason, efforts are made in order to remain able to survive in the face of competition. Therefore, businesses must adapt themselves to the development of existing businesses. The results of this study conclude that the marketing strategy used by Himawari Collection applies a 5P marketing mix product (Product, Price, People, Promotion, Procsess). From these strategies found things in increasing sales turnover including paying attention to the use of Instagram, determining product strategies and prices in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, flexible prices, utilizing Instagram features to expand marketing targets, making it easier for consumers to make transactions, and stimulating consumers to make product purchases, guaranteeing safe products to consumers

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of inflation, Bl rate interest rates, foreign exchange rates and Return On Equity on share prices in state-owned banking companies listed on the IDX. The macro and micro economic environment is the environment that influences the company's daily operations. Investors' ability to understand and predict the company's macro and micro conditions in the future will be very useful in making profitable investment decisions. This research was conducted on state-owned banking companies listed on the IDX using annual reports for 2012-2022. The samples in this research were 4 banks, namely Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Bank Mandin Tbk and Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely taken based on criteria determined by the researcher. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company website and the Bl website. The data analysis method used in this research is the partial least squares (PLS) approach. Data processing uses SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of this research are that inflation has an effect on stock prices, Bl rate, foreign exchange rates and Return on Assets have no effect on stock prices. Suggestions for future researchers are that they can use other variables and use different research periods.

Abstract

Roads are the main component supporting economic mobility in an area, the condition of the road both will be able to lift the wheels of the regional economy. The south malang area is in the coastal tourist area, there are many beach tourist destination that you can go to holiday. Road conditions are of the main components supporting development area tourism in the south malang area. Good road conditions can increase interest tourist to visit and vice versa, so it is important to maintain the condition of the roads remain in very good condition.

Abstract

Philosophy of science is a compulsory subject that must be taken as a basis for the process of developing students' self-development into moral and dignified human beings. To become people who understand philosophy, students must be active in learning they tend to be passive in the learning process. This requires lecturers to think about how to present the learning process by the characteristics of the material and students. The characteristics of students who are currently taking philosophy of science courses are known as Generation Z, where they are a generation that grew up in a technological environment that is always connected to the internet and social media. So that the learning process is more active and students are more motivated to learn, implementing the discovery learning model is the right solution. The chosen learning model is proven by a percentage of 15% of the results of classroom action research in cycle I to cycle II, where student learning activities were more active and student learning outcomes were better so that learning motivation increased and the implementation of the learning model was declared successful.

Abstract

This research aims to determine, study and test the application and constraints of the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at PT. Aura Pesona Wisata. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study design. The results of this research show the application of the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at PT. Aura Pesona Wisata is still not running effectively because it still uses a manual system for recording, and the problem that often occurs in the cash receipts and disbursements accounting information system is miscommunication due to multiple functions or tasks within the company.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Internal Control System, Organizational Ethical Culture, Implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Personal Attitude on Fraud Tendencies. This research uses a quantitative approach and this type of research tends to be deductive. The sample population in this research is employees in the budget and finance sector at BPKAD Surabaya City. The type of data used in this research uses primary data which comes from respondents' answers obtained from questionnaires distributed to 52 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research uses Patial Least Square (PLS) with the help of WarpPLS 7.0 software. The research results show that the Internal Control System, Ethical Organizational Culture, Implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Personal Attitude influence Fraud Tendencies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of content marketing and electronic word of mouth (e-wom) on culinary purchase intention through trust as an intervening variable on @bangkafoodbang Instagram followers. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data collection involving 100 respondents of @bangkafoodbang Instagram followers with purposive sampling through distributing questionnaires. This research uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SMARTPLS 3.2.9 software. The results showed that marketing content and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant direct effect on trust. Content marketing and electronic word of mouth also have a direct positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, the indirect test results show that content marketing and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention when mediated by trust.

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has brought significant changes to the job market, causing a skills gap where many Indonesian graduates face unemployment due to a mismatch between their education and market needs. This study examines the influence of soft skills development on perceived work readiness among recent graduates from various public universities in Indonesia, focusing on five key soft skills: communication, problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and adaptability. The main issue addressed in this research is the lack of alignment between the skills developed during university education and those needed by employers, contributing to the high unemployment rate among graduates. A quantitative approach was used in this study, involving an online survey of 100 recent graduates who have secured full-time employment. The survey data was analysed using descriptive statistics and the Spearman-rho correlation test. The findings show a significant positive correlation between perceived work readiness and all examined soft skills. Communication, time management, and adaptability demonstrated a strong positive relationship, while problem-solving and teamwork showed an even stronger relationship. These results indicate that graduates with strong soft skills feel more prepared and capable of meeting job market demands. The study concludes that soft skills training is essential for improving graduates' work readiness. Universities should integrate more practical exercises and real-world problem-solving scenarios into the curriculum. Employers are also advised to offer specific training programs to help new employees transition into the workforce. Further research should explore the role of soft skills across various industries and education levels to understand how to prepare graduates for different job markets, including tracking the long-term impact of soft skills development in educational programs to bridge the gap between academic preparation and market needs, reduce unemployment, and enhance workforce readiness

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Fixed Asset Turnover (Fato) and Return on Assets (ROA) on PT Krakatau Steel Tbk's share returns. The population in this study was 13 years and the sample used was 10 years. The data used is secondary data. The results of this research partially Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) and Return on Assets (ROA) Tbk have no effect on PT Krakatau Steel Tbk Share Returns. Meanwhile, Simultaneous Fixed Asset Turnover (Fato) and Return on Assets (ROA) Tbk have no effect on PT Krakatau Steel Tbk Share Returns
