Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of cafe atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Recceh Coffee, which is measured by partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). The population in this study is all consumers who have purchased at recceh cafes. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The research results show that: 1). The cafe atmosphere does not have a partial and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Recceh Coffee; Service quality has a partial and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Recceh Cafe. 2). The cafe atmosphere and service quality simultaneously and significantly influence consumer satisfaction at Recceh Cafe

Abstract

Students are the next generation and "agents of change" who must continue the struggle that their predecessors have achieved to maintain independence. The independence that is meant is that students have a spirit of responsibility to always ensure that the Indonesian state remains strong and intact, and students can continue the leadership milestones of their predecessors to move Indonesia towards becoming a more advanced and better country from year to year. This hope can be realized by lecturers applying the cooperative learning model as an alternative solution in increasing student activity when participating in learning activities in citizenship courses in the Civics Study Program. Qualitative research will be combined with classroom action research to maximize research results. It is proven by the lecturer's innovation by implementing the STAD type cooperative learning model that students experience increased activity, starting from the pre-cycle by 25%, then cycle I by 55%, and cycle II by 85% of students being declared complete, where students are again active in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparative analysis of product quality, promotional strategies and consumer perceptions on Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study on STIE Bima students as measured by the Independent Samples Test and the population in this study are STIE Bima students who have purchased OPPO and XIAOMI. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 60 people. The research results show that: There is no significant difference between product quality and Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study on STIE Bima Students; there is a significant difference between the Promotional Strategy of Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study on STIE Bima Students; There is no significant difference between consumer perceptions of Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study of STIE Bima students.

Abstract

Indonesia's natural resources need to be protected and preserved, because there are several things that threaten the sustainability of the ecosystem in East Java. Sustainable development cannot be separated from three things, namely economic, social, and environmental. The use of natural resources must be in harmony, in harmony, and balanced with environmental functions. This study uses a literature review method that is relevant to the cases or problems found. Internationally, it has received attention from UNESCO so that two biosphere reserves have been established in East Java, namely: CB-BTSA (Bromo Tengger Semeru Arjuno Biosphere Reserve) and CB-B (Blambangan Biosphere Reserve). Conservation in supporting sustainable development is carried out by creating ecotourism. Because the culture of each region is different and has its own uniqueness, it can support the community's economy. The development of ecotourism based on environmental management is a means of education and character development. Therefore, the concept of understanding the environment must be understood in depth so that it can be applied to various groups as a form of preserving nature

Abstract

Risk management in Islamic banks is an ongoing process of how banks manage the risks they face. Minimizing the potential for occurrence and the impact on various unwanted risks. The main activities of sharia banking are collectors and channeling funds in the form of murabahah financing to customers, from financing distribution activities that can lead to financing risk, that is problematic customers The research objective is to know the effect of CAR, and Bank size on financing risks simultaneously in the period 2019 - 2023 with a sample of 7 sharia banking company. The test method uses multiple linear regression tests, where the results of this study show that CAR has a significant effect on credit risk (NPL). Bank Size are two variables that have no significant effect on Credit Risk (NPL) for banking companies listed on IDX Islamic, Sharia Stocks.

Abstract

Youtube is the First Order social media with users most in Indonesia, on Youtube there are several channels become a source of information for students, one of which is Youtube channel @institutstiamiofficial. Youtube Channel @institutstiamiofficial the majority of users are students. The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of the use of Youtube channel @institutstiamiofficial as a medium of information dissemination on communication management student at the Institute of Social Sciences and management Stiami. This study uses the theory of Uses and Gratification of Blumer & Katz (2018) with qualitative descriptive methods. Technique data collection used in this study is observation, documentation and interviews. Subject in this study students Communication Management who owns Youtube and have access and see impressions from the channel @institutstiamiofficial. Results of this study, 1) the effectiveness obtained from the Youtube channel @institutstiamiofficial still less effective because there is information monotonous, unscheduled show times, and the number of subscribers which is very little, 2) the barriers experienced in using Youtube channel @institutstiamiofficial barriers in delivering information via Youtube channel @institutstiamiofficial is a problem technical and limited information available on this Youtube channel, 3) the solution is to maintain active involvement in creating creative content on the Youtube platform and sharing information related lectures.

Abstract

Advertising is an important aspect in the business world to attract attention and reach the target audience. The important thing to do in the process of creating a successful advertisement is to do creative communication. This research aims to explore the utilization of creative communication in the advertising process by Bank Mandiri. Through a qualitative descriptive study, this research analyzes the creative communication strategies used in Bank Mandiri's “Jadi Lebih Baik" promotional advertisement on YouTube, and evaluates its effectiveness in attracting audience attention in March 2024. The process of making the "Jadi Lebih Baik" advertisement took one month with brainstorming the entire team. With creative communication in place, the “Jadi Lebih Baik" ad generated many positive responses from a wide audience. The ad received 17 million views on Bank Mandiri's YouTube account

Abstract

Every company in its activities need to build or create a plan in order to reach its goal (if you fail to plan, you plan to fail) that's the reason build a good strategic plan and be implemented properly is a must for companies. In order to create a good formulation strategic, needed analysis and a correct strategic tools, Three steps Strategic Framework's used in this theses namely Input Stage, Matching Stage and Decision Stage. The result in matching stage analysis, indicates lndofarma Global Medika's position in defensive quadrant with turnaround as an main strategic ,and retrenchment, divestiture, and liquidation another alternative strategic. Implementation of this alternative strategic will implicate to revision of some policy, retrench of business unit/branches, changing policy, changing, adding product portofolio, reduce of human resource, customer, networking coverage, capital (capex), and liquiditation of the company. This will cause value added of IGM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, premiums and service quality claims on customer repurchase interest through the competitive advantage of health insurance at PT. Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia. The sampling technique is total sampling, which is a sample that represents the total population. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis processed with SmartPLS software. The results showed that the variable product quality and service quality claims have a significant effect on competitive advantage, while the premium variable has no significant effect on competitive advantage. The premium variable has a significant effect on repurchase interest, while the product quality and claims service quality variables have no significant effect on repurchase interest. The competitive advantage variable has a significant effect on repurchase interest. The results also show the most dominant direct influence, namely the direct influence between claim service quality on competitive advantage and the most dominant indirect effect between the variables, namely the influence of claim service quality through competitive advantage on repurchase interest

Abstract

Competent and adaptive human resources in responding to the challenges of the work environment are very important for an organization. The Directorate General of Bina Pemdes of the Ministry of Home Affairs in supporting the concept of good governance seeks to implement digital culture. However, its implementation has encountered obstacles because technology adoption and literacy depend on BPSDM and Bimtek. It can be said that the perceived organizational support of the agency is still minimal. This study aims to analyze the significant influence of digital culture on workforce agility, the significant influence of digital culture on organizational commitment, the significant influence of perceived organizational support on workforce agility, the significant influence of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment, the significant influence of organizational commitment on workforce agility, organizational commitment variables that can mediate correlational relationships Digital culture towards workforce agility and variable organizational commitment that can mediate perceived organizational support for workforce agility. The method used in this study is path analysis. The population in this study was 390 people and the sample used for the distribution of questionnaires was 263 employees of the Directorate General of Bina Pemdes. The results showed that (1 ) Digital culture did not have a significant effect on workforce agility, (2) 2) Digital culture did not have a significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) Perceived organizational support had a significant effect on workforce agility, (4) Perceived organizational support had a significant effect on organizational commitment, (5) Organizational commitment had a significant effect on the direction of positive relationships with workforce agility, (6) Digital culture mediated by organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on workforce agility, (7) Perceived organizational support mediated by organizational commitment has a significant effect on workforce agility. The conclusion in this study is that in the application of digital culture with a positive environment, agencies need to support its application from various aspects such as justice, compensation and security.
