Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the quality of human resources, education & training, the role of village assistants, and community participation on the effectiveness of using the village financial system application (Siskeudes) in Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. The sample in this study was 80 village officials in Taman District. The analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear analysis technique. The research results show that first, the quality of human resources has a positive effect on the effectiveness of using the village financial system application (Siskeudes). Second, education & training has a positive effect on the effectiveness of using village financial system applications (Siskeudes). Third, the role of village assistants does not have a positive effect on the effectiveness of using village financial system applications (Siskeudes). Fourth, community participation does not have a positive effect on the effectiveness of using the village financial system application (Siskeudes).

Abstract

Digital marketing has become a very effective marketing strategy in influencing consumer buying interest. Various digital platforms such as websites, social media, and email allow companies to connect more personally with potential customers. Digital marketing is used to attract more consumers faster, connect with them, promote business brands, build consumer loyalty and increase sales, which ultimately is to increase profits. In this case, to increase profits, continuous communication is carried out and will find the theory of social interaction. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence digital marketing has on the buying interest of Tabaxain.aja consumers. The methodology used in this analysis uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques that utilize google forms for filling out questionnaires distributed online. The results of the research data show that digital marketing (X) has significant results on the buying interest of Tabaxain.aja consumers (Y).

Abstract

The increase in fuel prices makes the sustainability of micro-enterprise businesses unstable. One of the factors causing instability is inflation that occurs in regions in Indonesia, especially in Bandar Lampung. Inflation occurred at the same time as fuel prices increased. This impacts the sustainability of the community's micro-enterprise businesses. The micro businesses that are run are a bridge to meet economic needs. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) What is the impact of the increase in fuel prices on the sustainability of micro-enterprise businesses in Sukarame Bandar Lampung? 2) How will the community's efforts to increase fuel prices affect the sustainability of micro-businesses in Sukarame Bandar Lampung? 3) What is the perspective of Islamic business economics regarding the increase in fuel prices on business sustainability? To know the impact, efforts and perspectives of Islamic businesses on increasing fuel prices on business sustainability. The methodology used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Research location at micro businesses in Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung. The population in the study was 116,615 all micro businesses in Sukarame sub-district. And obtained 10 trusted informants. Data collection techniques use participant observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis with stages of data collection, data reduction, concluding, and research validation. The results of the research show that the impact of an increase in fuel prices on the sustainability of micro-enterprise businesses is a decrease in business productivity, decreased profits and loss of jobs. The types of businesses that experienced a big influence were culinary, grocery and transportation. Efforts made by the community are to increase the amount of time doing business than before. And people also save more in other ways Use fuel as needed. The Islamic view of business sustainability in this research is towards benefits supported by the state for the welfare of society. Benefits can be felt in the form of subsidized fuel oil

Abstract

This research examines how much influence organisational support and employee engagement have on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Padang. The research results showed that there was a significant influence of organisational support on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence of employee engagement on job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of digital marketing and service innovation on interest in buying traditional Cirebon batik with customer value as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on Trusmi batik with respondents in the Cirebon area. This research category uses descriptive methods with a quantitative method approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 215 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is processed with Smart PLS 3.0. The research results prove that digital marketing variables and service innovation have a significant effect on customer value. Then customer value also has a significant effect on purchasing interest. Furthermore, digital marketing and service innovation also have a significant influence on consumer buying interest. Complementary customer value variables can mediate the influence of digital marketing on purchasing interest. Likewise, customer value can complementaryly mediate the influence of service innovation on purchasing interest

Abstract

Sale represent the barometer of activity attainment in marketing procession by totally. A lot of factor becoming its consideration is consumer of before deciding to buy the goods among other things is product quality, price and form its promotion. So that this research is done as a mean to know the determinant factor influencing sale of drinking water refill at one of Depot in Chief Of Village of Rappocini of Town Makassar. Data obtained by propagating enquette to 95 customer, what is determined use the simple randomized sampling. Data obtained to be done by test of data quality of before analysed to use the doubled method regresi, test the parsial and determinasi. Result of research menunjukan that variable of product quality, price and promotion have an effect on positive and signifikan to sale of drinking water refill at one of Depot in Chief of village Rappocini of where variable of price have contribution to more dominant among other variable.

Abstract

This study is targeted to test the impact of implementing employee management information systems & job satisfaction on employee performance with work discipline becoming Intervening using secondary data found by distributing questionnaires to 50 permanent workers used as respondents at the Kerinci Hydropower Plant. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis media using Partial Least Square (PLS). The assessment results show that (1) the employee management information system does not have a significant impact (0.674< 0.05) on work discipline. (2) Job satisfaction has a significant & positive impact (0.000 < 0.05) on work discipline. (3) Employee management information system has a significant & positive impact (0.042 > 0.05) on employee performance. (4) Job satisfaction has a significant & positive impact (0.000 < 0.05) on employee performance. (5) work discipline has a significant & positive impact (0.000 < 0.05) on employee performance. (6) Employee management information systems have no significant impact (0.668 < 0.05) on employee performance through work discipline. (7) Job satisfaction has a significant & positive impact (0.000 < 0.05) on employee performance through work discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the influence of price and product quality on consumer loyalty, with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable, for the Specs brand football shoes (an empirical study in the football communities of Kabupaten Bogor). The research utilises non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, involving 120 respondents, examining the impact of price and product quality on consumer loyalty, with consumer satisfaction as the intervening variable (an empirical study within football communities in Kabupaten Bogor). The research employs Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) Price significantly influences consumer satisfaction, (2) Product quality significantly influences consumer satisfaction, (3) Price does not affect consumer loyalty, (4) Product quality significantly influences consumer loyalty, (5) Consumer satisfaction significantly influences consumer loyalty, (6) Price significantly influences consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction, (7) Product quality significantly influences consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Generation X, millennials, and Gen Z really like e-commerce applications because of the rapid development of pay later in the digital era. This research aims to determine people's behavior in using paylater. Then, this research focuses on the essential needs of life or desires for sociality. This research uses a qualitative approach with the interview method. Research participants were carried out among people from different generations, and birth years. Namely, Generation X aged 40 to 55 years, the millennial generation aged 28 to 39 years, and Generation Z aged at least 18 to 27 years. The research results show that generation. Generation Z also occasionally fulfills their lifestyle. Based on this data, pay later is more widely used to meet living needs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Economic Value Added and Profitability on Stock Returns in LQ-45 Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This research is of a descriptive type with an associative quantitative approach. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique from a total population of 73 companies, resulting in 23 companies being obtained. The results of this study indicate that Economic Value Added is able to provide a positive effect on Stock Returns, and Profitability is able to provide a positive effect on Stock Returns.
