Abstract

This study examines the integration of artificial intelligence in Islamic Education to improve elementary students' literacy. It is a library research with a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing SINTA-accredited literature from 2021-2025 and international publications. The analysis involved identification, data selection, data extraction, and content analysis to map the relationship between AI, TPACK, basic literacy, and Islamic educational values. The findings indicate that AI has the potential to enhance literacy through adaptive, interactive, and contextual learning, but its implementation must be carefully guided. The study also shows that AI can strengthen literacy while promoting the values of manners and character, ensuring technology serves not just as a cognitive tool. An AI-Literacy model of Islamic Integration is proposed, combining AIEd, TPACK, literacy, and the principle of at-ta'dīb as the foundation for AI integration in PAI. This model offers a conceptual framework for PAI teachers to design ethical and relevant literacy learning in primary schools.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of justice as the foundation of proof in the indonesian criminal procedure code (KUHAP) with a focus on the paradigm shift from procedural justice to substantive justice. Proof is understood not merely as a technical mechanism to fulfill formal evidentiary requirements but as an ethical and constitutional process that determines the realization of justice in criminal adjudication. Using a normative legal research approach combined with statutory, conceptual, and philosophical analyses, this study finds that the new kuhap, enacted under law no. 20 of 2025, affirms the principles of substantive justice through the recognition of electronic evidence, an open system of evidence, and the exclusionary rule for unlawfully obtained evidence. However, the implementation of substantive justice still faces cultural and structural challenges within judicial practice. Therefore, the internalization of substantive justice is essential to ensure that the system of proof not only guarantees legal certainty but also embodies justice that is humane and civilized.

Abstract

This study analyzes the visual communication strategy and brand image formation through multimodal elements on the Lafiye website. Using a qualitative approach with Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis, this research examines brand identity representations across the homepage, product pages, and the "Anniversary Backstage" campaign based on Kevin Lane Keller’s Brand Association dimensions. The findings reveal that Lafiye establishes a unique, strong, and favorable brand image by deconstructing the perception of modest fashion into an authoritative figure. This is visually represented through piercing eye contact, bold makeup, and specialized photography techniques emphasizing material drapability. In the anniversary campaign, the use of horizontal shawl accents and shimmering details symbolically communicates brand stability and a decade of success. The integration of philosophical narratives with minimalist aesthetics successfully creates an authentic "Glamorous Minimalism" brand association. The study concludes that the Lafiye website functions effectively as a visual communication instrument to shape consumer perceptions of empowerment and a modern lifestyle. This multimodal synergy reinforces the brand's positioning within the competitive modest wear industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Medan City Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2024 regarding the obligation of the Regional Government to employ persons with disabilities from the perspective of siyāsah dustūriyyah. Medan City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2024 stipulates the obligation for the Regional Government to employ at least 2% persons with disabilities from the total number of employees. This aims to realize inclusivity and equal employment opportunities for persons with disabilities within the governmental environment. This research is a non-doctrinal legal study. The data obtained are qualitative data using a juridical-empirical approach, namely by collecting data through interviews with employees with disabilities and related parties within government institutions. The data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively by linking them with the principles of siyāsah dustūriyyah. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Medan City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2024 has not been fully effective. This is due to burdensome administrative requirements, the lack of vocational programs and job training, as well as weak coordination among institutions. From the perspective of siyāsah dustūriyyah, this condition shows that the government's role in realizing public welfare and social justice for vulnerable groups has not been optimal. Therefore, further in-depth study is still needed to ensure that the results of this research are truly objective and in accordance with real conditions in the field, so that the analysis and conclusions drawn are accurate and accountable in line with the principles of public welfare and social justice.

Abstract

This study investigates the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in english language teaching. It examines the integration of AI in learning english writing skills. The research employs a library research method by reviewing relevant books, articles, and previous studies related to AI in language learning. The findings reveal that AI can create a supportive and interactive environment for learning English by providing personalized feedback, adaptive learning opportunities, and increased access to learning resources. AI-powered tools are able to assist learners in improving grammar accuracy, vocabulary choice, sentence structure, paragraph organization, and overall writing quality. In addition, these technologies help students generate ideas, revise drafts, and build confidence during the writing process. Therefore, the integration of AI in teaching English writing can be considered an innovative approach to improving the effectiveness of the learning process and enhancing students’ writing achievement.
