The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of school organizational culture on the performance of teachers of public high schools in the city of Mataram. This research is a quantitative research with ex-post facto method. The population of this study were all teachers of SMA 1 and SMA 5 Mataram, totaling 137. The study sample consisted of 58 teachers taken by probability sampling techniques. The instrument of this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used statistical analysis namely simple regression test and multiple regression. The results of this study are that organizational culture has a positive effect on teacher performance of Public High Schools in Mataram City by 55.2%. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the school's organizational culture, the performance of teachers in public high schools in the city of Mataram will increase.

The purpose of this study is to produce an IT-based psychomotor assessment instrument in learning the penjasorkes on the long jump material in junior high school students. This research uses research and development (R & D) method by adopting Rowntree development model. The stages in the development of assessment instrument consists of three stages: 1) phase I is the planning stage, 2) phase II that is development stage, 3) stage III that is evaluation stage. Data collection techniques in this development using expert validation test and questionnaire practicality psychomotor assessment instrument. Validation value of validator equal to 84,37% and practical value from observer equal to 82,28%. This study is aimed to develop e-learning media with self-assessment methods to improve mathematics learning outcomes of college students. The model used in the development of e-learning was the ADDIE model. The sample of this study was 39 college students of the Industrial Engineering Program, Faculty of Engineering, Mahendradatta University. The data analyzed in this study were student’s mathematics learning outcomes obtained from the posttest scores after using e-learning with self assessment method. To determine the effectiveness of the implementation of e-learning, experimenation with one group pretest and posttest design was conducted. Data of learning outcomes obtained were analyzed by using the Paired T-Test. Based on the results of expert validation and product trials, e-learning was feasible to be implemented. Based on the results of the Paired T-Test, a significant value of less than 0.05 was obtained, so based on the hypothesis that there was a difference between the learning outcomes before and after e-learning was implemented. This was also supported by an increase in the average value of student mathematics learning outcomes, from the initial pretest score of 75,92 to 82,10. Student response value was 69,0 which indicated that the response to e-learning was positive. The increase in learning outcomes was due to e-learning learning with self-assessment methods which provided opportunities for students to increase their confidence in their mathematical skills.

Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa semester satu program studi pendidikan bahasaInggris IKIP PGRI Madiun pada tahun akademik 2014/2015. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas Bsemester satu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sample penelitian.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisdata yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi.Hasilpenelitian ini adalah: 1) Pelaksanaan lagu bahasa Inggris dalam mengajar listening terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu:a) pre activity, whilst activity dan post activity 2) Permasalahan yang muncul dalam penggunaan dikelasadalah lagu yang diputar terlalu cepat, sehingga siswa kesulitandalam memahami isi lagu dan siswa sulit untukmenulis kosakata berdasarkan lagu yang telah mendengarkan 3) Solusi yang diberikan dalam mengatasipermasalahan yang muncul adalah dengan cara memutar lagu lebih dari tiga kali dan mahasiswa harus lebihberkonsentrasi dalam mendengarkan lagu yang diputar dalam melengkapi vocabulary.

This study aims to determine the study habits of students who are active in organizations and works with a GPA of 3.75 (cumlaude) in universities in Jakarta and Depok. The research method used a descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research were 12 students, i.e. four students were each from the UI, UNJ, AL-Azhar and UNPAM campuses. The selection of sources was categorized as students having a GPA of 3.75 while working or being active in organizations. The instrument used was an interview guide validated by a reviewer and the data collection technique was through interviews. The data analysis technique used source triangulation technique. The results of the study founded that students who studied while working or participating in an organization with a GPA of 3.75 had learning habits such as the followings: 1) Students must have good time management in utilizing soft skills and hard skills by setting a priority scale in the learning process, active organization and work. 2) Students must create habits with certain patterns for the goals to be achieved, by adjusting each individual's ability to study, organize and work. 3) Students must know the strengths and weaknesses of each to find out what supports and hinders the learning process, organization or work.

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman dengan metode Rollen Spiel pada siswa kelas XI Bahasa di SMAN 3 Mataram. Sample penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 siswa kelas XI Bahasa. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 Siklus yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu Perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari hasil tes awal dan tes akhir. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini yaitu peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman siswa kelas XI Bahasa semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dan perubahan hasil belajar secara positif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif empirik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Rollen Spiel dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman pada siswa kelas XI Bahasa di SMAN 3 Mataram.

Abstract: This study aims to identify the ability to problem posing of mathematics education students as a firststep to establish appropriate learning strategies that can improve student performance in solving problems. The data collection technique used is a diagnostic test that contains 4 non-routine questions, and requires that they make new questions that support the resolution of the given problem. Data analysis is carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study showed that the problem solving ability of the 2018 mathematics education students was still very low. This can be seen from the average student test score, which is 54.17 or if it is converted into letters, the average student test score is D. Qualitatively data is obtained <50% of students who are able to raise the problem correctly, even then not all question. Students are less able to represent problems in the form of diagrams or images. Even so >50% of students have good numeracy skills, and almost 100% of students know mathematical notation/symbols. So it can be concluded that the ability of mathematics education students is still weak in problem posing. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan pengajuan masalah (problem posing)mahasiswa pendidikan matematika sebagai langkah awal untuk menetapkan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat yang dapat meningkatkan performa mahasiswa dalam memecahkan masalah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes diagnostik yang berisi 4 soal non rutin, dan mengharuskan mereka membuat soal-soal baru yang mendukung penyelesaian soal yang diberikan. Analisi data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penyelesaian masalah mahasiswa pendidikan matematika angkatan 2018 masih sangat rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata nilai tes mahasiswa yaitu 54,17 atau jika dikonversikan dalam bentuk huruf, rata-rata nilai tes mahasiswa adalah D. Secara kualitatif diperoleh data < 50% mahasiswa yang mampu mengajukan masalah dengan tepat, da itupun tidak di semua soal. Mahasiswa kurang mampu merepresentasikan masalah dalam bentuk diagram atau gambar. Meskipun demikian > 50% mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan berhitung yang bagus, dan hampir 100% mahasiswa mengenal notasi/simbol matematika. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa pendidikan matematika masih lemah dalam mengajukan masalah (problem posing).

The purpose of this study was to describe the usefulness of the instruments of assessment in learning mathematics material covered, any Barriers faced by teachers of mathematics in assessment Instruments and devised alternative solutions to consider in drawing up the instrument for the assessment of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The research approach used in this research is descriptive research is qualitative exploration. The results showed that the teacher makes an instrument of systematic assessment and runtun if seen on the plan of implementation of the learning on the syllabus, the RPP and the Synod of the teacher. But on the other hand that the results of this study explained that teacher assessment tests are instruments devised only to the alleviation of material being taught, then reserved only focused on numbers, not many questions are structured to stimulate the mindset of students where students are required to familiarise problem-solving, so the thinking skills of students both at a high level, critical, creative, and solving the problem is not to obtrusive, only play on numbers alone.

This study aims to analyze the academic self-efficacy scale at counseling practicum up to the item and item level. The method in this study uses a quantitative method, aimed at 18 undergraduate students of the fifth semester guidance and counseling study program at Nusantara University PGRI Kediri. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of a scale developed by researchers, namely the academic self-efficacy scale of counseling practicum. Analysis of the data used is the Rasch analysis which aims to provide overall information about the quality of student response patterns and quality on the academic self-efficacy scale of counseling practicum. The result of the analysis showed that were 27 items of counseling practicum academic self-efficacy scale items that were declared valid and reliable, along have been validated by three experts. The item separation value of 3,29 is rounded to 3, meaning that there are three types of items on the academic self-efficacy scale in counseling practice, namely: (1) difficult academic self-efficacy scale items, (2) medium academic self-efficacy scale items, (3) easy academic self-efficacy scale items.

Learning sources which served macroscopic, submicroscopic, and symbol level in one unity weren’t suitable yet. Whereas those learning sources very needed in order chemistry concept which still abstract could be understood by students. This research aimed to develop interactive multimedia with macroscopic, submicroscopic, and symbol approach on buffer material. This research was Research and Development. Procedure of developing product consisted of five stages, namely analysis, design, develop, implementation, and evaluation. On implementation stage was conducted try out effect of interactive multimedia toward students’ creative thinking skills. The data of creative thinking was gotten from essay test and analyzed used score of N-gain. Result of research showed that interactive multimedia was proper used and could improve students’ creative thinking skills with mean score of N-gain was 73,74% (high category).
