Abstract

The aim of this class action research was to reach the best ability in sprint technique using the tool in learning sport and health for the students at sixth grade at MIN Sungai Beringin. There were 27 students with 13 male students and 14 female students. The class action research using cycle procedure consists of planning, acting, observation and reflexion. The research is a qualitative research which based on the data have gotten that have been taken from observation and described based on the note in the field while learning. Based on the research which was have been done. The result of the research there were developing ability of sprint skill. In the first cycle The earlier students ability in sprint was 9.97, In the first cycle 0,41 and the next cycle is 8,88 so the students ability increase 0.91 . For the students criteria achievement minimum /KKM (Kreteria Ketuntasan Minimal) . In earlier condition, They had 29.63% and first cycle70.73% and the second cycle 88.89%. The increasing condition of KKM is 59.26%

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the creativity of teachers in creative learning in social studies subjects in grade 6 of elementary school. This research used descriptive qualitative research method. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teachers and grade 6 of elementary school students. Data collection was carried out by interviewing and observing and recording documents. Data analysis used interactive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicated that; (1) the teacher has been creative in presenting learning material for the proclamation of Indonesian independence by using imaginative concepts, stimulating original ideas and works, applying variations in interaction patterns, teaching styles, and various messages, and applying direct evaluation, (2) the teacher is creative in applying the teaching method used with the application of brainstorming method and combining existing methods, (3) the teacher has been creative in developing learning media and learning resources by producing homemade media. In conclusion, creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical abilities, life skills, increase values and build and develop professional attitudes according to the era of globalization.

Abstract

Asertif training merupakan latihan keterampilan sosial yang diberikan pada individu yang diganggu kecemasan, tidak mampu mempertahankan hak-haknya, terlalu lemah, membiarkan orang lain merongrong dirinya, tidak mampu mengekspresikan amarahnya dengan benar dan cepat tersinggung. Tanggung jawab merupakan memberikan intensitif kepada siswa untuk saling membantu satu sama lain dan untuk saling mendorong melakukan usaha yang maksimal. Tanggung jawab rendah akan membawa dampak kurangnya bekerja sama antara teman dalam satu kelompok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Asertif Training Terhadap Sikap Tanggung Jawab Pada Siswa MTs Penyaring Kab Sumbawa Besar Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket sebagai metode pokok sedangkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai pelengkap. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh 5, 028 dan setelah dikonsultasikan t-tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dengan d.b 6 diperoleh 2,447 ini berarti bahwa t-hitung>t-tabel (5,028> 2,447), maka diambil kesimpulan ada Pengaruh Teknik Asertif Training Terhadap Sikap Tanggung Jawab Pada Siswa MTs Penyaring Kab Sumbawa Besar.

Abstract

The purpose of research to analyze the implementation of the role and the quality of learning carried out by teachers in upper-level education units. This research uses descriptive correlation method. The research sample consisted of 142 people who were spread across several upper level education units in Siak Regency, Riau Province. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, Product Moment correlation, normality, and anova. The results showed that all the actions taken had a significant role, namely reaching 47.8%, while 52.3% was determined by other factors. All activities carried out have an influence on the form of learning. The implementation of learning carried out in the upper level education unit has a very high quality standard. The teachers have taken appropriate actions to achieve learning objectives. The ability and skills of teachers in carrying out their duties are a means of realizing productive learning.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to know the effect of Learning Planning Management on the performance of high school teachers in the city of Mataram. This study used a quantitative research approach with ex-post facto methods. The population of this study was all of the 137 SMA teachers and SMA 5 Mataram teachers. The research sample consisted of 58 teachers taken using probability sampling techniques. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used were statistical analysis, namely simple regression and multiple regression tests. The result of the study showed that Learning Planning Management had a positive effect on the performance of high school teachers in Mataram City by 19.2%. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the planning of learning management, the better performance of high school teachers in the city of Mataram would increase.

Abstract

Ini membahas analisis strategi bacaan untuk mahasiswa FPBS IKIP Mataram. Semoga bermanfaat pengembangan pendidikan dan materi dalam pemahaman bacaan dan siswa menjadi bahasa Inggris yang baik guru. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan dan menganalisis data; dan subjek penelitiannya adalah dua puluh siswa Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Akibatnya, dalam strategi kognitif Ada 19 siswa yang dipekerjakan sumber, 6 siswa yang dipekerjakan meringkas, 4 siswa dipekerjakan terjemahan. 1 pengelompokan yang dipekerjakan oleh siswa, 1 siswa menggunakan citra dan 1 siswa bekerja untuk pendengaran representasi, dan sisanya tidak menggunakan strategi apapun. Strategi Meta-kognitif terdiri dari tujuh bagian; 5 Siswa menggunakan evaluasi diri, 4 siswa menggunakan organisator canggih, dan 3 siswa menggunakan selfmonitoring dan sisanya tidak menggunakan strategi itu sama sekali. Strategi sosial atau afektif terdiri dari dua macam strategi pembelajaran; pertanyaan untuk klarifikasi dan kerjasama. Ada 12 siswa yang bekerja sama dan 2 siswa mengajukan pertanyaan untuk klarifikasi. Jadi evaluasi diri secara dominan digunakan sebagai subkategori Strategi meta-kognitif, sumber daya adalah yang paling dominan digunakan sebagai subkategori kognitif strategi, dan kerjasama secara dominan digunakan sebagai strategi sosial atau afektif. Artinya sebagian besar siswa masih membutuhkan lebih banyak strategi untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang baik dalam pemahaman bacaan guna memecahkan masalah yang mereka hadapi dalam proses membaca belajar mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to address the problems relating to the lack of interesting and effective x thematic learning media in class so as to improve the effectiveness of learning. The development procedure refers to the Borg & Galls procedure with the development research procedure which consists of two main objectives, namely developing the product and validating the resulting product. The population of this study was SDN 1 and SDN 2 Sesela and the research samples used were SDN 1 Sesela as many as 12 students and at SDN 2 Sesela as many as 27 students. The research instruments used were questionnaires to validate and evaluate the quality of the developed products. Data analysis teschniques used qualitative descriptive and descriptive statistic analysis. The results of the research were as follows: (1) The results of expert validation and teacher assessment of media products that have been developed eligible to be used, (2) Limited trial results are known that the product development is worth use and (3) field trial results are known that the product of development that has been worthy of use affects the ability to understand the students ' thematic concept.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of PAIKEM Based Learning Guide Model in an effort to improve the learning activities of Class III.A Elementary School Students 2 Cakranegara. Benefits of this research is as a study material and material findings in the implementation of the learning process in the real class. For teachers to improve competence in the learning process and for learners to improve learning motivation that impacts the increase of learning outcomes of learners. This research is conducted two cycles, each cycle activity is; planning, execution, observation and reflection. The final result of action in cycle II shows that teacher observation result got average score (4.57) and result of observation learners reach average score (4,40). While the result of the increase of learners' learning activity is the increase of learners achievement result reaches the mean value (84,03), meaning the success indicator (> 70,00) has been exceeded. Because the success indicator has been proven that the research is successful and stopped in cycle II.

Abstract

This research was aimed to improve the vocabulary mastery of students through Bingo Game. This research was an action research study. The place of the research was at SDK Petra Madiun, East Java, Indonesia. The subject of the research was fourth grade students of SDK Petra Madiun, consisting 30 students. It was done in two cycles. The researcher did some steps for each cycle. They were planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data were collected by using test, observation, and interview. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. It was compared between the scores of pre test (before implementing Bingo game) and post test (after implementing Bingo game). The research findings showed that vocabulary mastery of most students improved after Bingo Game was used in the teaching and learning process. It was indicated by the increase of the mean of students’ vocabulary score in the pre-test and post-test (67.22 to 80.57). The students’ involvement and classroom interaction during the implementation of the game improved. It was showed by students’ enthusiasm during the game. They tried to be the first winner and raised their competitiveness among them. In addition, the implementation of Bingo Game and the complementary actions were successful to help the students memorize and understand new words easily. In conclusion, the students’ vocabulary mastery improved through the implementation of Bingo Game.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze school policies on the use of smartphones in student learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used a qualitative approach with the type of empirical phenomenology research. The research subjects were obtained through a purposive sampling technique, amounting to 6 people, and this research was conducted online or by phone to teachers, principals, and parents of students. Meanwhile, data analysis used empirical phenomenological analysis techniques The results showed that there were 4 aspects analyzed, namely benefits, drawbacks, learning strategies, and parents' expectations of smartphone-based learning for students. From these four aspects, the school policy directions for the use of smartphones in student learning activities are formulated, including: 1) school policies should provide opportunities for students to use smartphones as a learning tool; 2) school policy should always provide education and oblige weekly meetings between teachers and parents to evaluate the behavior and learning outcomes of students; 3) school policies should facilitate students in the form of learning quotas and provision of wifi so that students and teachers can access the internet properly; 4) school policies should oblige teachers to improve their digital pedagogy competence; 5) school policy should apply the blended learning method during the Covid-19 pandemic.
