Abstract

This research investigates the impact of government policies on entrepreneurial ecosystems through a comparative analysis of developing and developed economies. The study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, including systematic literature reviews, case studies from various countries, and quantitative data analysis. The systematic review reveals diverse policy strategies employed by governments to stimulate entrepreneurship, while case studies highlight policy effectiveness in sectors such as technology, finance, and innovation. Quantitative data analysis elucidates disparities in entrepreneurship rates, access to finance, and regulatory environments across economies. Findings underscore the importance of context-specific policies, sectoral focus, and regional collaboration in fostering vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystems. The research contributes insights and recommendations for policymakers, stakeholders, and researchers to design adaptive policy frameworks that nurture sustainable entrepreneurship and drive economic growth.

Abstract

This research explores the role of Islamic finance in catalyzing ethical business practices within contemporary markets. Through quantitative analysis, the study examines the relationships between familiarity with Islamic finance, implementation of its principles, organizational characteristics, and the importance of ethical behavior and engagement in corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. The results reveal significant positive correlations between familiarity with Islamic finance and ethical behavior, as well as between implementation of Islamic finance principles and CSR engagement. Moreover, organizational characteristics also play a role in influencing ethical decision-making processes. These findings highlight the potential of Islamic finance to promote ethical conduct and CSR initiatives, contributing to a more sustainable and socially responsible business landscape.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of government regulations on small business performance through a comparative analysis of 20 countries. Utilizing quantitative data from reputable sources such as the World Bank's Doing Business reports, OECD Economic Surveys, and the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, the research identifies key regulatory factors influencing business outcomes. Findings indicate that simplified business registration, flexible labor market regulations, favorable taxation policies, and improved access to credit significantly enhance small business growth, profitability, and innovation. The study also highlights the potential for stringent environmental regulations to drive innovation. The results offer valuable insights for policymakers aiming to create supportive regulatory environments that foster small business success. The study concludes with recommendations for regulatory reforms and suggestions for future research to further understand the dynamic relationship between regulations and small business performance.

Abstract

This research aims to implement mall operations that are comfortable, efficient, and effective in energy use and determine the value of Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE). This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Research data was obtained from measurements carried out by researchers at mall buildings in South Jakarta. Instrument data is obtained from the installed Kwh meter. Data analysis technique by comparing measurement results with data results standardized by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for IKE and Indonesian National Standards for thermal comfort levels. The research results obtained show that the IKE value is classified as efficient. The IKE value during 2023 ranges from 8,79 – 11,37 kWh/m2/month with the total annual IKE value being 263,16 kWh/m2/year. In terms of air conditioning, the average comfort standard in 2023 will be 25℃ and RH (humidity) at 62.9%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is for​ know strategy development source Power man on the Performance of Grilled Fish MSMEs in Tambak Wedi through SWOT analysis This study uses a qualitative method. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of research and discussions conducted by researchers regarding human resource development strategies to improve micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Grilled Fish MSMEs in Tambak Wedi Village, the following conclusions can be drawn: New HR receives good guidance from senior HR and in accordance with existing regulations. HR can Study from training and contribute to the company. HR is expected to be able to produce Grilled Fish in accordance with consumer demand . Seniors are expected to be able to guide HR to deepen their work.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether digital marketing has an effect on clothing sales at Tanah Abang Market Block A Floor 6, Central Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study were clothing shop owners at Tanah Abang Market, Block A, 6th Floor, Central Jakarta, totaling 403 shop owners with a sample size of 162. The results of the study showed that digital marketing had a significant influence on clothing sales at Tanah Abang Market, Block A, 6th Floor, Central Jakarta. which is shown from the results of the R Square coefficient of determination test of 0.220 so it can be concluded that 22% of digital marketing influences sales and the other 78% is influenced by other factors which the author did not examine in this research

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of government policies on corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices and stakeholder perceptions. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative data from surveys of 350 companies across various industries with qualitative insights from in-depth interviews and case studies. The findings reveal that mandatory regulations significantly drive CSR engagement, while financial incentives encourage voluntary CSR efforts. Stakeholder perceptions are more favorable towards CSR initiatives perceived as authentic and aligned with their values. Additionally, the impact of government policies on CSR varies across different industries and regions, emphasizing the importance of context-specific strategies. The study offers valuable insights for policymakers and business leaders on designing effective regulatory and financial tools to promote genuine and impactful CSR practices.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of strategic agricultural policies and fertilizer subsidies on the business success of rice farmers in Cianjur, Indonesia. A quantitative approach utilizing cross-sectional survey data from 300 rice farmers was employed. The study explores the demographic profile of respondents, descriptive statistics of key variables, correlations between policy variables and business success indicators, and regression analysis to assess predictors of rice yield. Results indicate a high utilization rate of fertilizer subsidies, positive correlations between subsidy utilization and business success indicators, and significant contributions of access to extension services, credit facilities, and infrastructure improvements to rice yield. The integration of policies in a holistic approach emerged as crucial for enhancing business success and promoting sustainable farming practices. These findings have implications for policymakers in crafting targeted and integrated policies to support agricultural resilience and livelihoods in Cianjur and similar agricultural regions.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of tourist services and destination management on tourist satisfaction levels at Komodo National Park, Indonesia. The study employs a quantitative research design, collecting data through surveys from 320 tourists representing diverse demographics. Results reveal high levels of overall satisfaction, with service quality and destination management significantly influencing visitor perceptions. Accommodation facilities and conservation efforts receive positive ratings, while areas for improvement include information dissemination and visitor education. Regression analysis identifies service quality and destination management as key predictors of satisfaction. Qualitative insights highlight the park's unique appeal and opportunities for refinement. The study underscores the importance of integrated approaches to enhance visitor experiences and promote sustainability in ecotourism destinations like Komodo National Park.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of social capital on the entrepreneurial success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by examining the roles of bonding, bridging, and linking social capital. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including a quantitative survey of 300 MSME owners and qualitative interviews with 20 selected respondents. Descriptive statistics revealed high levels of bonding social capital, significant variability in bridging social capital, and diverse experiences with linking social capital among participants. Regression analyses confirmed the positive impact of bonding, bridging, and linking social capital on different aspects of entrepreneurial success, while structural equation modeling demonstrated their synergistic effects. Thematic analysis of interviews provided deeper insights into how entrepreneurs leverage social capital at various stages of business development. The findings highlight the importance of strategic management of social networks in enhancing MSMEs' ability to innovate, adapt, and achieve sustained growth.
