Abstract

This research investigates the intricate dynamics influencing consumer purchase intentions within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, focusing on the impact of product quality, price sensitivity, and brand reputation. A quantitative research design was adopted, with data collected from a sample of 500 respondents through an online survey. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and ANOVA were employed to analyze the data comprehensively. The findings reveal a strong positive correlation between perceived product quality and consumer purchase intentions, emphasizing the importance of maintaining high-quality standards. Price sensitivity was found to negatively impact purchase intentions, highlighting the need for strategic pricing strategies. Brand reputation emerged as a significant predictor of purchase intentions, emphasizing the enduring value of strong brand equity. Demographic analyses identified distinct target segments based on age and income levels. The study contributes valuable insights for FMCG companies in developing tailored marketing strategies and enhancing market competitiveness.

Abstract

MSMEs provide substantial benefits in terms of income for most communities as well as encouraging creativity in line with maintaining local traditions and culture. The purpose of this study is to identify and propose new strategies that can help stone sculpture artisans in Trowulan improve competitiveness and business sustainability. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews. The results show that a holistic management strategy, ranging from strength-opportunity utilization to weakness-threat mitigation, helps Trowulan stone sculpture MSMEs strengthen their position in the market and achieve sustainable growth. This can be done by marketing and cooperation with the government and among craftsmen to face market changes and external threats.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative analysis to look at how social entrepreneurship and social initiatives affect community empowerment in Indonesia's coastal regions. Key characteristics were measured using a Likert scale in response to a standardized questionnaire completed by 150 individuals who are involved in social entrepreneurship or initiatives. Data analysis was done using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show a strong correlation in favor of social entrepreneurship, community empowerment, and social projects. Furthermore, the moderation analysis highlights the significance of stakeholder participation and organizational structure in enhancing the beneficial effects of social initiatives on community empowerment. These findings have implications for social development policy and practice as well as the transformative ability of social entrepreneurship and community-led projects in promoting empowerment within coastal communities.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are shaped by tax laws, which have a major impact on their growth prospects, competitiveness, and conduct. MSMEs in Indonesia confront many obstacles when it comes to adhering to tax laws, such as intricate administrative procedures, expensive compliance fees, and restricted access to incentives. Using a normative analysis technique, this research undertakes a comprehensive legal study to assess taxation policies and compliance constraints on MSMEs in Indonesia. The results highlight the necessity of focused initiatives to improve taxpayer education, increase incentive accessibility, streamline tax laws, and provide compliance support. By tackling these issues, Indonesia can provide a tax climate that is more favorable and supportive of MSMEs, promoting entrepreneurship, economic growth, and sustainable development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how networking, capital capacity, and financial literacy affect the performance of MSMEs in South Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. The study looks at how these factors relate to MSME performance metrics using a quantitative analysis based on survey data gathered from 120 MSME owners/managers. The findings show a strong positive association between MSME success, networking, capital capacity, and financial literacy. Furthermore, regression analysis shows that improved MSME performance outcomes are linked to increased levels of networking, capital availability, and financial literacy. To support sustainable economic development in the area, our findings highlight the significance of enhancing financial literacy, expanding capital accessibility, and creating networking opportunities for MSMEs in South Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.

Abstract

The world of technology is developing very rapidly over time and has become a need for every human being. The research aims to reveal the influence of social media and digital literacy on students' learning achievement in economics subjects. The research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The population of all class Data was obtained from valid and reliable instruments. Data analysis uses partial and multiple regression. The research results concluded: 1) Social Media has a positive effect on students' learning achievement in Economics Subjects; 2) Digital Literacy does not have a positive effect on students' learning achievement in economics subjects; 3) There is a joint (simultaneous) influence of Social Media and Digital Literacy on students' learning achievement in economics subjects; 4) The influence of social media and digital literacy together on learning achievement in economics subjects is 80.4%; 5) The correlation between Social Media and learning achievement in Economics subjects by controlling the Digital Literacy variable is significant; 6) the correlation between Digital Literacy and learning achievement in economics subjects by controlling social media variables is not significant.

Abstract

This research delves into the intricate realm of island tourism governance, focusing on the Sumenep region of Madura, East Java, and its strategies for sustainable development. Utilizing an in-depth interview methodology, coupled with insights from tourism communication theory, the study aims to unravel the multifaceted dynamics that underpin the management of tourism on islands. Through interviews with key stakeholders such as government officials, community leaders, and industry representatives, this investigation sheds light on the governance structures, policies, and communication strategies that influence tourism management in the region. By synthesizing the perspectives and experiences of these stakeholders, the research endeavors to uncover the challenges, opportunities, and effective practices for sustainable island tourism development in Sumenep. Ultimately, this study not only enriches our understanding of tourism governance complexities but also offers actionable insights for policymakers, communities, and industry players to promote the sustainable growth of tourism in island destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of Earnings Management and Sustainability Report on Tax Aggressiveness. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The subjects in this study used a sample of 3 (three) manufacturing companies that have been registered and licensed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection method uses sustainability report records and annual financial reports uploaded to the Indonesia Stock Exchange and sustainability reports that can be downloaded from the company's website for the 2018-20 22 analysis period. The data analysis method used in this study is the regression test using SPSS Version 22 to process and analyze the data. The value of the Earning Management variable (X 1 ) has a T value of 4.505 and is greater than the 5% significance value of 2.178. In addition, the test on the Earning Management variable (X 1 ) shows a value of -4.505. This indicates that an increase in earnings management efficiency can significantly decrease Tax Aggressiveness by 450.5%. However, the Sustainability Report (X 2 ) does not significantly affect Tax Aggressiveness with a test value of 0.313 smaller than the 5% significance value of 2.178, indicating that for every 1% increase in Sustainability Report, there is a 31.3% increase in the value of Tax Aggressiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategies employed by school principals to enhance the performance of primary school teachers by conducting a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, highlighting effective strategies, implementing these strategies at the primary school level, and evaluating their impact on teacher performance. The research findings are expected to provide valuable insights for school leaders and education stakeholders regarding effective strategies, their implementation, and their effects on teacher performance. The literature review method is utilized to gather and analyze information from various relevant sources. It is hoped that this research will contribute to creating a more supportive educational environment for teacher development, improving overall education standards, particularly at the primary school level, and refining educational practices through the informed implementation of strategies derived from this extensive review, thereby laying a strong foundation for advancing future generations.

Abstract

This study looks into the connection between worker performance in Indonesian Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and the Digital HR Sustainability Model (DHSM). The study uses partial least squares (PLS) path modeling to examine the direct and mediated impacts of employee retention, leadership, and compensation on the link between the DHSM and employee performance. It draws on a sample of 241 HR managers and senior management staff. The findings show that there is a strong positive correlation between employee performance and the DHSM and that this correlation is mediated by leadership, remuneration, and employee retention. The results highlight how crucial it is to adopt employee-centric and sustainable digital HR practices to improve organizational performance. By offering empirical proof of the mechanisms by which digital HR initiatives affect employee performance in the context of Indonesian MSMEs, the study adds to the body of current knowledge.
